I watched as Jake slowly waves his goodbye and quickly makes towards a group of girls who called out his name. "jake! can you please paint our cheeks as well?"

I stared at them for a second and slowly started to feel the jealousy grow in me. I had no idea why but it made me mad to watch them fan-girl over Jake.

"hey," I turned my head and saw Sunghoon and Karina standing beside my locker, I relaxed a bit and gave them my full attention, "hey guys"

"what were you staring at?" Karina chuckled and then looked around the place, "Ohh, Jake!" She happily says while nudging my shoulders. I rolled my eyes, "yeah" i awkwardly sigh and turned back to him.

"jealous?" Sunghoon says in a teasing tone that makes the both of them laugh out loud, I sigh as I rolled my eyes at the two

"come on, let's go to class," I pulled the two of them towards our classroom, I couldn't help but feel jealous when I watch Jake getting surrounded by girls.

It made me cringe to see 5 girls swoon over him and suck up to him everyday, but at the same time I always end up doing the same.

The three of us entered the classroom and I went straight to the back of the class, I couldn't help but think about what my brother has said to me.

"Does Sunghoon actually like me?" I thought to myself as I stared out of the window. Thinking back to all of the memories I had of Sunghoon and I thought very thoroughly about it.

"he can't?" I looked up and there he was, I saw him walking up to my table and sitting beside me, "hey y/n," he says placing his things on the table, "hey"

"sunghoon, i've just realized that you've never really talked about liking anyone?" I watched him frown and blush a bit, "uhm"

I stared at him as he slowly sat down in the chair beside me, "well, I don't really like anyone?"

I felt somewhat disappointed at his response, "oh, okay" I replied to him with a smile. "why are you asking?"

My brows jumped up for a second, I wasn't expecting him to ask anything but now that he has I am speechless, "i was just wondering"

Groups of students rushed past each-other some trying to get to the soccer field, and the others trying to get home.

I quickly rushed towards the girl's changing room and changed into a clothes that don't my school uniform so I could feel more comfortable.

Right after I rushed out of the changing room and met up with Minju and Karina who were standing at the entrance to the soccer field.

"finally, it took you long enough," Minju said pulling me and started to make our way towards the bleachers.

The three of us sat pretty close to the front, on the third row and at the middle of the row. I looked around the huge, green field and searched for Jake.

Instead, I saw Jungwon stretching and practicing with some of the guys I met about 2 weeks ago, Heesung and Niki.

I watched as Jungwon looked at our direction searching for someone and his eyes finally stopped as he acknowledged me.

Awkwardly I waved at him and slightly blushed as he started to approached me but suddenly stopped.

"hey guys," My head snapped towards the person speaking, there I saw Jay, Sunghoon and Jake standing there.

I rolled my eyes aggressively and looked back to Jungwon who was now surrounded by a group of girls.

"him as well?"

"y/n,"

"y/n,"

I snapped back to reality and looked around, "what?" i asked confused, "wish me luck"

I looked up to Jake who was smiling at me with his cute smile as he brought his fist out, "good luck jake," I brightly said said punching his fists.

Watching as the three guys walked down to the field, I felt a rush of adrenaline. It was exciting to watch them play even if i had no idea what was going on most of the time.

The crowd started to cheer and everyone started to watch to focus on the game. It made me nervous that Jake and Jungwon were going up against eachother but it was still very exciting.

10 minutes into the game, our school's team has scored 2 points which meant that they were leading.

I was focused on the ball and I noticed Jungwon was now the one who had the ball. My heart was beating so fast As I watched him run towards the goal.

I watched as he kicked it towards the goal and watched as it smoothly entered the goal. The other side of the field started to excitedly cheer and without noticing I jumped.

"YES! GOOD JOB JUNGWON" I excitedly cheered as I noticed what I just said and quickly shut myself up hoping nobody heard it.

But to my luck, Jake stood there with a frown on his face, his face was full of disbelief and I knew right then and there that I fucked up.

I turned towards Karina and Minju who both had frowns on their faces, "what the fuck?" Karina started to chuckle, "did i hear that right?" Minju said chuckling along with her.

"oh." my face got red, "well that guy that just scored, he's my friend" I awkwardly say as the others relaxed their faces.

"we know who he is y/n, but you sure are stupid"

Our school won the soccer game with a close match only winning by 2 points. I happily jogged down to the field and gave Sunghoon a big hug.

"I'm so happy for you Sunghoon!" He hugged me back, "Thanks y/n" he happily says and pulled away, I looked around and noticed that Jake wasn't there. "Where's Jake?" I asked him. "I think he went to the changing rooms?"

I quickly excused myself and tried to find him at the school building. After looking around for a few minutes, I saw him standing at the school garden sitting in a bench.

"Jake!" he ignored me, "Jake?"

I watched as he slightly turned his head but then looked back at his phone. I slowly made my way towards him and say next to him.

"hey jake"

No response.

"congrats jake," I happily said to him but was ignored again, "why are you ignoring me?" I bluntly spat out and stared at him.

"why don't you go comfort your boyfriend for losing?" He says with a cold and harsh tone, "jungwon? what?"

"stop playing games y/n" he says as he stood up, "i saw you cheer for jungwon." As i listens to what he was saying, I couldn't help but frown.

"he's my friend jake? i'll obviously be happy for him?" Jake turned his head towards me, "oh come on, i know you and i know when you have a crush on someone"

I couldn't help but laugh at what he said, "Why do you care so much then? weren't you the one that told me at a convenience store that you are clearly not interested?"

It was dead silent for a second, "Jungwon's not the guy who he seems to be, and i'm just warning you right now"

"and how do you know that?"

"We've had drama a few months ago? that's how I know"

I stared at him in disbelief

"Well that's between you and him right? So i'm guessing that you hounding really get pissed at me for being happy that he scored a goal?"

"That's pretty immature, unless you're jealous of him? are you jealous I like him?"
