I can hear the beeping of a monitor and feel a tube in me
Then I squeeze both Shayna's and Becky's hand

It goes silent for a bit
When eventually I open my eyes to see Becky and Shayna

I squeeze Shayna and Becky's hand when tears roll down
When the doctor comes in
"Hey there Alex its nice to see you awake now let's get this tube out"
Once the tube is out
Shayna and Becky are in after I drink some water
As I have a nasal cannula on me to give me some oxygen for the last 6 hours then I'll be discharged to go home
They are going to monitor me the last 6 hours just to make sure everything is ok

As Becky and Shayna are trying to calm me down
"Becky you have to get to Smackdown live tonight so you need to go because you have a match and promo to do and Shayna your needed at NXT"

"Becky it's ok she's not going to be alone the shield are going to stay here until you get back"

Once Becky and Shayna left
"I want you three to stay here and keep an eye on her in case anything happens you call me or Stephanie you got it"

Gaius Atiius Quadratus will not forget this kindness. The MC is based on the monk class of many rpgs, but the story isn't Litrpg. Also he will gain non monk abilities after a while. Fair warning I don't understand the rating system but I'll say M-rated just in case. This is my first story, I accept criticism but I would like the critic to explain the reasoning behind it. Also I'm still figuring how this site works and I have no schedule so updates may be sporadic, at least once a week. Not a native speaker but in the practices, too lazy to actually get the diploma, I got an average of 9.7 out of 10 at the Cambridge C1 level, the CAE, second highest european level for foreign languages, so it should be no problem.
