This person's parents are getting suspicious of the requester's relationship.

Hello there,

I grew up with parents that are similar with you; they don't really allow us siblings to date anyone when we're in high school. However, I've never really dated anyone in school.

I'm not really going to tell you what you're going to do because imposing on what I really think you should do would only be unfair to you. But in this situation there are a lot of different ways you can handle this:

1. You've said that you want to keep on hanging out with him but it would be better if you stop hanging out with him at his house or limit your time meeting only at places like school. It sucks, I know but it's the only possible way to avoid your parents from getting suspicious.

2. Hang out with him along with your friends. This might also not be the best solution but your parents might not be as harsh if they ever found out you're hanging out with a guy as there are your other friends with you that they can trust.

3. If you think it's possible that you can sit down and have a conversation with your parents on why they're preventing you from dating anyone, it would actually be great. You can try to understand where they're coming from and you can try talking to them about what you think about dating.

In this situation, there's really no great solution because you're still living with your parents and going behind their back is harder and not something you could do forever as they're the ones driving you to places.

It might be me getting old but some parents impose these rules where they don't allow their children to date yet because they're worried of their children's wellbeing. Whenever we date someone, there will always be the chance of breaking up and it might be the reason some parents are worried about. Seeing your children going through a heartbreak is something that most parents would not want to see because who would want to see other people hurting their child?
