First off, your feelings are totally normal right now; long distance relationships are hard and it's perfectly natural to be doubting feelings for someone when things aren't always the same as they were before.

Have you thought maybe your feelings are like this because you don't see him in person anymore? Also, are you still attracted to him in any other way? If you are this is a good thing.

Maybe you just need to spice it up some more, get those lost feelings back? Flirt, FaceTime him etc. Sometimes long distance works and sometimes it doesn't, if it doesn't then maybe it's just not meant to be which is totally fine.

Also have you thought about discussing with him that your feelings aren't the same anymore? See how he's feeling about the whole relationship also. Plus, physical attraction isn't everything in a relationship, it's what's inside that truly matters.
