《A Guide To The Egos: Jacksepticeye》Jackie Boy Man (Part 2)

History of Jackie-Boy Man
Jackie-Boy Man first made his appearance on the Jacksepticeye channel on October 25, 2015, in the video "SPIDERMAN STEALS ALL YOUR STUFF" where Sean plays the game The Very Organized Thief. It should be noted that this is the first appearance of any of Sean McLoughlin's channel, meaning he even predates Antisepticeye, who's arguably Sean's most well-known and most fleshed out ego. The video itself starts off with Jackie-Boy Man in a Spiderman costume, which he wears for most of the gameplay portion of the video. Even when doing the intro, he says he's Spiderman and that he had to step in to play the game because Jack was too busy being a little bitch. He then says that he's there to protect the house from the thief that's going to break in. Spiderman/Jack plays the game like normal, and at just over 12 minutes into the video Jack takes the mask off and does the outro. This isn't the most exciting introduction to the ego, but seeing as Jackie-Boy Man is mentioned in the beginning and there's no other mention of him before this video, we can consider it his first video appearance.
The next time Jackie-Boy Man is seen is in the video "JACKIEBOY MAN RETURNS | Welcome To The Game #2" uploaded on July 10, 2016. Funny enough, that's the ego's birthday, and this appearance is also when we see the titular character in the costume we've come to recognize. Because the title says Jackie-Boy Man is returning, we know that Sean considers this the ego's second appearance on the internet. Or not the first, at least. The video starts off with Sean doing his intro before he explains that he got too scared with his last playthrough, and so he, in his own words, morphs into a superhero, being Jackie-Boy Man. There's a quick suiting up montage before the vigilante takes Sean's place and begins to play the game. He recognizes that his play-through isn't the first superhero let's play, as he references "Spiderman's" let's play from months earlier. Then as he starts playing, he tells the viewers he has x-ray vision and sees a man in a neighboring building selling weed. Near the end of the video, he says he has people to save, like a woman outside the building who needs his help. But then he sticks around to do the video's outro.

Jackie-Boy Man's next appearance is in the video "THE SCARIEST FUN! | Richies Plank Experience VR (HTC Vive Virtual Reality" uploaded on September 26, 2016. Jackie-Boy Man isn't present for the entire video, as he shows up from 6:30—14:23, and he doesn't appear in costume. Sean does the intro as normal and plays the game normally for a few minutes, deciding to do the plank experience of the game at first and seeing how high up he is in virtual reality. Then, at just over 6 minutes and thirty seconds into the video he switches to another experience. He strikes a hero stance and claims that Jackie-Boy Man is there to save the day. In the second experience, the player is able to put out fires and fly around the city. At around 14 minutes and 23 seconds into the video, the gameplay ends. While Jackie-Boy Man didn't make a physical appearance like he did in the previous video on this list, because Sean specifically said his name and introduced himself as the hero, we will still consider this an appearance.
This next appearance doesn't occur on Sean's channel, but it does seem to be canon nonetheless. On October 18, 2016, the YouTube channel Ninja Sex Party uploaded the video "Cool Patrol," a music video, and in it we seem to find out the origins of Jackie-Boy Man, or at least how he got his iconic super suit. Jackie-Boy Man doesn't appear in the entire video, only from around 2:48—3:05 when he gets his suit. Before he gets his suit, Jackie-Boy is a regular, seemingly nerdy, guy who's getting picked on by a group of guys much bigger than him. Danny Sexbang's character and his friends, which includes Markiplier, take him under their wing. They're a group of "bad boys" known as the Cool Patrol and they give him advice on how to deal with the bullies. The advice is ineffective and Jackie even recognizes that in the song, but by the end he goes along with it anyway. During the video just before we see Jackie-Boy Man in his suit, he eats a bird to absorb its power of flight, and after this, he's suited and has his superpowers. At the end of the video, Jackie is back to his nerdy boy outfit, only now he has a crown, leather jacket, and cape over it. He goes over to confront his bullies, and its heavily implied by the sound effect that he lost, and the Cool Patrol thinks he may have been killed with one move. Fans interpret this moment as being the one where Jackie-Boy Man became determined not to lose another fight.

After "Cool Patrol," there are no more canon appearances of Jackie-Boy Man, although one more video we'd like to point out is "Jacksepticeye Animated | JACKIEBOY MAN BACK IN JACKTION!" uploaded on November 17, 2017. In this animated video, which was animated by Pixlpit, Sean is seen filming the outro of a video before heading to the living room to watch tv. The news comes on and upon seeing a building on fire, Sean changes into Jackie-Boy Man and heads off to save the people inside. While he's trying to get inside, Jackie tells Dr. Schneeplestein to leave, as the doctor has also showed up. The hero doesn't appear to notice Anti as he keeps glitching in and out of areas of the building. When he finally makes it inside, Jackie finds the victim, Chase Brody, face down and not responsive. Shortly after Jackie-Boy goes home, in civilian clothing but forgetting to take off his mask. Then the video ends and the credits roll.
As far as we can tell, there are no more canon appearances of Jackie-Boy Man, and haven't been since 2016. It should also be noted that while Chase Brody, Dr. Schneeplestein, Marvin the Magnificent, and Jameson Jackson all have their own Jacksepticeye Power Hour episodes, Jackie-Boy Man does not. He also doesn't appear in "Don't Make Eye Contact."
Although these appearances are not canon, the rest of the videos Jackie-Boy Man appears in are:
