~Kashin~
So here is how the rest of the school day went... We managed to finish our summoning class, just barely, and then all went out for lunch. Needless to say, things didn't get any better outside of class, my peers and I met Sarada and her friends at the nearest lunch kiosk just outside the academy, and the fact that both Boruto and Sarada wanted the last remaining fried-noodle bun didn't make the meet a pleasant one.
"And she says were the childish ones..." Inojin mumbles as he and Shikadai grab the items they want for lunch.
"She's the reason Boruto gets so worked-up in the first place, maybe if she backed off this kind of thing wouldn't happen so often," Shikadai agreed.
'I get being an Uchiha comes with this stature one has to uphold... but she's a little prideful...' I think to myself looking between the two.
"You getting anything Kashin?" Inojin walked up behind me.
I looked back at him before looking down and thinking. I walked behind Boruto, sneaking a look at him and Sarada before turning to the woman behind the counter.
"Would it be possible for me to purchase this bun madam?" I asked the woman softly, giving her a sweet smile.
"Of course dear boy, here you go!" She smiled back and handed me the bun.
"Thank you," I bowed my head and headed back over to Inojin and Shikadai.
"HUH!? Where'd it go!? Did you steal it? NO way! You must have it! Don't be ridiculous!" Boruto and Sarada continued to fight.
"That was sly Kashin," Shikadai smirked at me.
"Two dogs fight over a bone the third dog gets it..." I mumble grabbing a water and another sandwich.
"Awww Kashin! You got it!?" Boruto grumbled at me.

"Don't be an idiot," I mumble throwing him the wrapped bun.
"I don't eat things like that, I just didn't want the fight drawing anymore attention." I roll my eyes.
"That's not fair! Hand it over!" Sarada growled.
"Yeah as if!" Boruto stuck his tongue out at the taller ninja.
"Usually a gentleman would step aside for a lady," Sarada stuck her nose in the air.
"Yeah if you were a lady!" Boruto chirped.
My eyes widened and I turned my head to Inojin and Shikadai who were shaking their heads.
"Why you~!" Boruto and Sarada then began growling at each other like animals, neither wanting to back off.
"What happened? Did a boy do something again?" More of the girls from our class walked into the conversation.
"It's jumping to conclusions like that, that forces our hand you know! Quit blaming everything on us!" More boys from our class walked up behind my classmates and me.
"You wanna fight!?" The girls growled.
"You know what!? Yeah! We do!" The boys growled back.
So now my entire class stood segregated... The girls, lead by Sarada, stood on the left, while the boys, lead by Boruto, stood to the right, all of us glaring at one another, just about ready to jump at and tear at each other.
"Not, another step!" Shino-Sensei appeared in between Boruto and Sarada, stopping the fight before it started.
"Sensei!" The girls looked shocked while Boruto, who had Shino-Sensei's hand against his forehead, was grumbling he wasn't going to be able to finish what he started.
"Academy students are prohibited from battling!" He lectured us raging tweens.
Sumire, our class rep, sighed, thanking the Sensei.
"However!~" Shino-Sensei dropped.
'Oh good lord here we go~" I fold my arms.

"Your determination to hold your ground, and not be beaten, is a part of maturing into strong Shinobi. After class, I will prepare a battleground for you all..." Our Sensei finished.
"Huh? What?" Everyone gasped, (The girls more than the boys but whatever)
"You will all battle your hardest, and settle your differences once and for all!" He fist-pumped the air like a cage fighter host.
So........ guess what we're doing now?
My class and I are standing at the Academy grounds entrance, in MALE vs FEMALE groups, listening to the rules and requirements for this 'battle'.
"Ready?" Shino-Sensei looked over our groups.
"..."
"Begin!" And so it begins... The battle of the Sexes...
I stand still beside Boruto as we watch the other boys run forward, Iwabe in the lead. The girls were on the same foot as we were, running full speed to reach the entrance first.
"I got this!" Iwabe calls and grips his staff.
"Eart Style: Mud Wall!" He yells and smashes his staff on the floor, creating a medium-sized wall of mud blocking off the girls' entrance to the grounds.
"Keep going!" He called over the rest of the boys.
"Let's go," Boruto pulls my arm.
"Good looking out Iwabe!" Boruto cheers for our classmate as we run past him.
Iwabe smirks and nods before I hear hard and heavy thuds against the wall.
"Two seconds and that walls down, we need another destruction," I tell Boruto as we run.
"Shikadai!" Boruto calls back as we run past him, the girls breaking through the wall and running after us.
"Man what a drag!" Shikadai groans but stops and turns.
"Shadow Paralyzes Jutsu!" He puts his hands together and stops all the girls in their tracks.
The boys at the front of our group make it halfway to the main building and suddenly an explosion goes off and everyone stops in their tracks.
"What was that?" Some ask.
"Oh," Shino-Sensei walked up to us.
"I have laid a few traps throughout the school, to help build up tension," He adds.
"Eventually, you will all be forced to work in three to four-man teams~" He lectures.
"Let's go, we don't have time for this!" Boruto grabs my sleeve again and pulls me along.

8 256Unwitting Champion
"In stories this is always easy. There's magic and powers, and quick steps to claiming that power for one's self. This doesn't feel true for me. I'm supposed to be a Champion, whatever that means, and yet I don't feel important. I don't have all the bells and whistles, which honestly feels familiar even in a new world. But what was I expecting? I haven't had the worst life - there are people with worse problems than mine - I've known what it is to struggle, to be pulled down instead of being helped up.This is nothing new."When in great peril, the Kingdom of Althor has no choice but to send a call into the void, beseeching the Fates to bring them a man who would save them from the coming darkness. Unfortunately the path the Fates chart is often unknowable to men and the Champion who appears is not what the kingdom expected.Unwitting Champion is a story of a guy displaced, dealing first and foremost with trying to survive in a world where he is no longer a person but a tool, and - at least from the reaction of those around him - a shoddy one at that. His major goal is to survive long enough that either he can run or find a way home, because as exciting as the possibility of learning magic might be, he would rather have a boring life than a short life.
