"What's shaking?" I asked as me and Jack sat in our chair.
"Nothing much," Jaeden and Ally said at the same time. They immediately looked at each other.
"Jinx!" they yelled across the table.
"Okay you both win. No further banter or we'll see you as a couple," Sophia winked at them.
Ally's face tinted a light pink. Jaeden looked away from the group shyly. I smirked and turned to Jack's ear.
"I ship it," I whispered.
"I do too," Jack chuckled, wrapping his arms around me.
"Ally and Jaeden sitting in a tree-" Finn started only to be stopped by Ally.
"Are you five?" she questioned, narrowing her eyes at him.
"As a matter of fact I am," Finn teased. Ally rolled her eyes at him.
"K-i-s-s-i-n-g," Jack continued. I giggled as Jaeden sighed.
"Well the thing is, I can believe Jack is five," Ally sighed.
"I'm not that small. I'm even taller than Y/n," Jack mumbled.
"I'm short Jack," I stated. (if you aren't short then avoid this convo about shortness)
"You're supposed to take my side," Jack pouted.
"She can't take your side when she's right," Chosen spoke up.
"Hah. At least Chosen gets it," I stuck my tongue out at him.
"Y/n and Jack sitting in a tree," Ally started. I rolled my eyes.
"K-i-s-s-i-n-g," Sophia continued.
"First comes love," Ally started the next verse.
"Then comes marriage."
"Then comes a baby in a baby carriage," Finn finished, wiggling his eyebrows at us.
I blushed at the last verse of the song and buried my face in Jack's chest. "Oh jeez."
I heard a chuckle. "They're just teasing," Jack whispered.
"I know," I pulled back from his chest and laughed.
"Aren't you a cutie," he smiled.
"Nah," I blushed.
"That wasn't a questionable thing," Jack chuckled and started to play with the strings on the hoodie I was wearing.
"The babies are coming soon it looks like," Finn stated. Everyone at the table laughed except for Jack and I.
"Shut up Finn," Jack sighed.
"See how it feels?" Ally laughed.

I dodged the ball that was hurled right at my face. My eyes widened as they stared into Ellie's. A smirk grew on her lips.
"You can't throw balls at faces," Sophia defended from the sidelines. Her class was the other one in the gym with us. Her being older by one year put her in separate classes apart from gym.
"Oops," Ellie shrugged.
I side-glanced Sophia's class and locked eyes with Jack. My eyes got even wider as I noticed he had been staring at me. I quickly turned my attention back at the game of dodge ball. Ellie locked eyes with me again and dodged a ball, somehow gracefully. I narrowed my eyes at her.
I grabbed a ball from the floor in front of me. I stood straight again and dodged a ball that was thrown by someone other then Ellie. I threw the ball straight at the person as hard as I could and somehow hit them. They sighed and went over towards the wall.
I had one more person on my team with me while Ellie's had just her. My teammate threw their ball at her. Ellie dodged it and threw the ball she had at them. It hit them and I heard a slight grunt slip through their lips. She can't throw that hard. I mentally rolled my eyes.

I smirked at the black-haired girl. I picked up a ball and threw it at her. She barely dodged the ball. She smirked at me and stuck her tongue out. I rolled my eyes and ducked before the ball she threw hit me.
I slid over beside Sophia to get a ball. I picked it up and gave her a smile. She gave me a thumbs up with a smile on her face. "Go beat that girl's ass."
"Okay," I nodded at her and stumbled to dodge the ball being thrown at me. I breathed a sigh of relief as I hadn't been hit. I glanced at Jack who was grinning at me. I smiled at the thought of him watching me.
I ran out in front of Ellie who had another ball locked on me. I made a small scared noise as I moved to the side to avoid it. I cocked my arm back, ready to launch the ball straight at Ellie's face. Out of no where a ball slammed into my face from off to the side of Ellie. I struggled to get my balance back before I just fell onto my butt. Ellie and her friends were laughing at me. I felt tears prick the corner of my eyes. My nose was stinging from where the ball had made contact with my face.
"Your friend threw that ball!" Sophia yelled out to Ellie. Ellie made an innocent frown appear on her lips.
"I threw that ball. Maybe you should pay more attention," Ellie shook her head in a disapproving way.
"Wait, Y/n are you okay? Your nose is bleeding," Finn, who was also in Sophia's gym class, rushed over to me with Jack by his side.
"I think so," I reached up to my throbbing nose and felt the blood that was dripping down my lip. I tried to wipe the blood away with my hand but it didn't stop.
"Let me help you with that," Jack stated, using his white shirt to stop my nose bleed.
"No Jack. Your shirt is white," I grabbed onto his hand, accidentally smearing blood on it.
"Too late now," Jack shrugged continuing to hold the shirt up to my nose.
Finn steadied me as they slowly raised me off the floor. Sophia was too busy yelling at Ellie and the gym teacher to notice I was hurt. I wasn't complaining though. This was embarrassing enough. Ellie's friends defended her even though they threw the ball at me. The gym teacher didn't really seem to care about my health.
"Thank you both," I tried to push Jack's hand off as he was still holding his shirt up to my nose. "Jack It's fine now."
"No problem. Her friend shouldn't have thrown that. You were obviously going to win," Finn rolled his eyes. Jack gently lowered his shirt from my nose.
"It stopped right?" I asked him. He nodded his head, examining my red tinted nose. "You look a little dumb looking up my nose."
"I'm not dumb. I'm making sure you're okay," he pouted.
"Or do you just want an excuse to tend to that nose fetish of yours?" I wiggled my eyebrows.
"That's a thing?" he quickly looked between Finn and me.
"Jack, anything can be a fetish," Finn shook his head.
"I thought it was just like leg or feet fetishes," Jack stated under his breath.
"I mean, you can tell yourself that," I shrugged my shoulders. We all laughed and Sophia came over to join us.

"I swear I could beat her up right now," Sophia sighed angrily.
"I could beat her up anytime," I lightly shook my head.
"Let's not get violent," Jack said in a mom voice.
"Can it Mom," Sophia hissed.
"Come on now sweetie," Jack played along. Sophia rolled her eyes. "You've been like this since you turned 13," Jack fake cried.
I sighed at the both of them. "You guys are special."
"Yes they are, Dad," Finn put am arm around my shoulder. I looked at him with a blank expression on my face. "Hey! At least I didn't call you Daddy."
"Finn. Stop, get some help," I pushed his arm off of me and went over to Jack.
"Daddy, can I have a piggy back ride?" Sophia jumped in front of me.
"Eh. Why do you people torture your poor father?" I bent down so she could jump onto my back. She jumped onto my back and wrapped her legs around my waist.
"Why can't I get piggy back rides honey?" Jack tapped his foot with crossed arms.
"Because I'll fall," I stated walking in a circle around Jack.
"Weeee!" Sophia yelled in a mock childish tone. I giggled and continued to circle Jack.

"Why did you drag me into this?" I asked Jack with a sigh. We were outside of the party location.
"Because I don't want to do anything with Ellie," Jack unbuckled his seatbelt. I unbuckled mine right after.
"Are you planning on drinking?" I raised an eyebrow.
"Maybe. You don't drink so yeah," he nodded his head.
I sighed and stood from the car. I'll have to look after him all night. He only wanted a babysitter out of me. Of course that's why he brings me.
"Please just don't drink too much. I don't want to look after you or take you home drunk. I mean I have no idea what you'd try to do to me," I shook my head.
"Do you not trust me?" Jack pouted.
"Not when you're drunk," I watched as he got out of the car.
"At least you do when I'm not," he grinned over at me.
I gave him a smile. I took his hand and we walked up to the house. Loud music was heard just from the outside. I heard the music from inside the car. It got even worse up close. I can tell I'm getting a headache tonight.
Ally and Sophia rode with Jaeden in his car. He was probably already here. I scanned the outside of the house as Jack was dragging me along. There were red solo cups in a lot of places in the yard. I could make out faint moans coming from the bushes close by. Of course they were mostly tuned out by the music but someone was moaning loud enough for people passing to hear.
As soon as we entered the house I was hit with the foul smell of the alcohol and sweaty bodies that were inside. I instantly saw people grinding on each other to the incredibly loud music. It was a very crowded space of people dancing. I moved closer to Jack to avoid the people we were passing.
As soon as we made it to the couch where our friends were seated Jack was handed an alcoholic drink. I sighed at the thought of what he would be like later. I sat down beside Ally causing Jack to sit down beside me. He slipped his arm around my shoulders casually.
"What are you drinking?" I asked, peeking into his cup. I'd had a small sip of alcohol as a child. My Dad had given it to me back when he used to be around.
"Don't know really," he looked into the cup as well before shrugging and taking a sip of it.
"Better not have a date-rape drug slipped in it by Ellie," I narrowed my eyes at the drink.
"Jeremy wouldn't have given me the cup if there was," Jack chuckled. "But nice try."
"What was I trying exactly?" I raised an eyebrow.
"You blame Ellie for everything," he stated.
"No I don't," I sat up away from his arm. "I only say what she would do or has done."
"She isn't that mean," he defended.
"Yes she is. You're just an oblivious little rat," I stood up fully this time. "She's a bitch and you know it."
"Stop making a scene," he pleaded.
"Not my fault you like a bitch," I raised my arms and turned away from the couch. When I heard someone else get off it, I thought it was Jack, but when a small hand gripped my shoulder I knew it was either Ally or Sophia.
"You okay?" Ally started.
"Maybe. Maybe not," I shrugged and kept walking through the people.
"What are you planning on doing?" she asked from behind me.
"Staying. I have to make sure Jack doesn't get drunk and flirt with Ellie. He asked me to," I stopped walking and leaned against the wall. I saw Ally lean against the spot next to me.
"You're too loyal," Ally shook her head. "It wasn't right for him to tell you that."
"I don't think I care as much as my brain tells me. At least that's what my heart says. Besides, he's a good person. Maybe he just hasn't realized that himself yet," I sighed.
"Your brain is right, trust me. He has that affect on people," she looked at me, almost as if she was sympathetic of me.
"Don't do that. I'm his best friend. Maybe not as good as Finn but I am his best friend. I know him and I know that he's good."
"Okay," she raised her hands. "I won't bring that up anymore."
"Thank you," I glanced at the floor before looking over at Jack. He was staring right at me, sipping his alcoholic drink. By the looks of it, he was downing it. "Jesus he's going to be drunk."
"Wouldn't doubt that. But don't pay attention to him. There are so many hot guys here," she looked around at the guys with a sudden giddiness.
"Ally no. Look at Jaeden if you want a guy to look at. Besides everyone knows me as Jack's girlfriend," I pointed her head in Jaeden's direction. She grabbed my hand and gently pulled it away from her face.
"Not college guys," she stated, looking into my eyes.
"Ally. I lo-" I started.
"Hey ladies," I was cut off by a cute guy. He had blonde hair and green eyes. In my eyes he couldn't compare to Jack though. He had a muscular brunette beside him. "Having fun?"
"Now that you're here," Ally winked at him. I almost laughed out loud. Seeing her try to flirt is terrible.
"I'm not having much fun. Especially since you're here," I narrowed my eyes at him.
"Awe come on. You know you can't shoot me down that easy," he stated with a grin across his lips.
"Yeah I can. I have a boyfriend," I nodded.
"Oh? Where is this boyfriend?" his friend raised an eyebrow.
"Over on that couch," I stated pointing towards the couch only to see Jack, along with Jaeden had disappeared.
"Which one is it? They all look scrawny to me," the blonde laughed and nudged his friend in the rib.
"Scrawny? Who?" I heard a voice behind me. It definitely belonged to Jaeden.
"Step away from my girlfriend," I felt a pair of arms go around my waist as Jack gripped onto me in a protecting way.
"Oh this is you're boyfriend. He looks like the smallest of all of 'em," the boy laughed.
"I wouldn't say that to a highly drunk, angry male protecting his girlfriend," I stated.
"What's he gonna do, hit us?" the brunette asked.
"Yeah," Jack chuckled letting go of me. "I'm going to hit you."
Before either of them could react Jack punched the blonde in the face. The blonde fell back onto the table behind him. Jaeden slipped Ally behind him.
I kicked the brunette where the sun doesn't shine as the blonde pushed himself back up and punched Jack in the face, near his lip. I got worried before Jack punched the guy again. Jack pushed the blonde into the wall and held him there. Whispering words I couldn't hear.
Jack returned to my side and grabbed my hand. I gripped it tightly as he dragged me back over to where they were sitting. He pulled me down onto his lap. He stared into my eyes as he struggled to say something. He was definitely drunk.
"I'm sorry," he stated with a small, shy smile.
"It's okay. Even if you aren't in your right mind," I thumped his head. "But let's go."
"Okay," he nodded and let me climb off his lap.
I waved to our friends and walked with Jack to the door. We walked out and climbed into his car. I was driving this time. I cranked the car and adjusted the seat.
"Are you mine?" Jack asked me from where he was. He played with his fingers in his lap.
"Your's? If you want me to be," I replied. My heart was racing. But I remembered that he was drunk.
"I want you to be mine," he nodded at me. "I'll make you mine too."
"How's that?" I smiled. It was like talking to a cute little kid.
"You'll see."

The Novel's Extra's Extra
As a reader, Cristopher always looked for things that entertained him, didn't matter what the "critics" said, all that matters was his own opinion on the novel, so he started reading "The Novel's Extra", a webnovel that despicts an author who is transmigrated to his own novel. It was fun and all with its own good and bad points, really, one of his favorites novels at the end of the journey, and that's taking into account the little fact that he didn't have too many things he was able to enjoy, not in that empty shell that was called life for him... Why could someone be born like that? With a void inside, an endless void that slowly consumes oneself... But... for better or worse... everything changed one day, the same day he woke up to discover he had the same faith of the author whose novel he just finished reading, becoming an extra in a novel, becoming The novel's extra's extra... /Ok, now that's the description I thought of... first of all, for those of you who are reading this, if any, a few points I have to make clear: 1. I'm not an english native speaker, so if you find anything wrong in the text, please let me know, that would help me learn, and I would be thankful for that.2. I'm writting this out of pure "enjoyment", so while I'll try to be constant, I'll not make any promises.3. True reason why I'm writing this is because I'm going through a moderate to crippling depression right now (and no, is not because anything trully bad and horrendous happened to me, it seems to have something to do with my brain's malfuctioning, among other things), and doctors told me to try writing as I enjoy reading. So yeah, this is more like a self-help excercise, to keep myself distracted while trying to be safe from my self.4. I choose to make a fanfiction of "The Novel's Extra" as I don't trully know how to write, and because I really loved that webnovel, though there are some points I didn't particulary liked.5. If you see some (let's be clear, really much) self insertion on this series, well, that may be me trying to escape reality, to which I make an early warning and disclaimer, and also ask for forgiveness, as I said before, this is more of an excercise, so don't take it too serious.6. I'll be a slow writer, as I have to still check a few things from the novel, even when I've read it like 3 or 4 times already, and because I know shit about writing a novel or a series.7. If you get to enjoy this, then that's good, I would be glad about it, maybe even more motivated, but I don't really expect this to be any good. Thanks to you all who may, or may not, be reading this novel./
