There are three different forms of malnutrition:
1. : Balanced diet but eating too much of everything
2. : Having too little food
**People suffering from undernutrition tend to have swollen abdomens. This is because there is a lack of solute (proteins, glucose, etc.) in the blood. When the solute concentration is low, the water potential in blood is too high, so the extra tissue fluids will channel out the blood vessel as the water potential outside is lower. The extra tissue fluids cause the abdomen to be swollen.**
3. : E.g gaining too much kilojoules from fats, too few from carbohydrates
━━━━━━━
- Losing strengthand finally dying due to the lack of food.
- Lack of roughage (fibres: from vegetables) in food.
- Roughages are indigestible and form bulks.
- Friction between bulks and walls of intestine stimulate the peristalsis (squeezing movement of large intestine to move faeces).
- Take place in the coronary arteries, which are the main blood vessels delivering nutrients to the heart
- Caused by eating too many fats which are rich in saturated fatty acids (no double bonds between the C) and cholesterol.
- Blood vessels having walls of fats
- Eating too many fats and carbohydrates.
- Storage of excess fats leads to an increase in body weight.
- This can cause heart attack and high blood pressure.
- Lack of vitamin C in diet.
- Causes bleeding gums.

Ruins of Dalághast
I've been writing for as long as I can remember, but I'd always been torn between different projects. That's why I decided to dedicate myself to a pretty strict schedule of writing and editing a single chapter every month since the start of 2019. This is an ongoing, work in progress novel that follows a ragtag group of sellswords as they delve into a lost city on the edge of the known world in search of their fortunes. Within, though, they find much more than they ever expected and find themselves in a race against time to unravel a mystery centuries old. Stuck on top of the tower, Matt had 2 options: wait for help to arrive, or enter Tower and find his own the way out, and Matt wasn't much for waiting. The tower, it turns out, is actually a dungeon full of monsters and chests filled gold, jewels and magical treasures, but the dungeon also possesses its own consciousness. Fortunately for Matt, the dungeon gives him everything he needs to succeed, but Matt can't help but think that the dungeon has not revealed everything, and may have a hidden agenda. Even more troubling is that Matt suspects that the Dungeon may be suffering from a multiple personality disorder. Between protecting a village from crazed dark mages and their soul starved demons, organizing the opening of a dungeon in New York, reforming a crime syndicate on another planet, stopping another dungeon champion from getting him killed, and last but not least, finding a way to thwart some Gods before they stop him; the impromptu dungeon champion has his work cut out for him.

The Weaver's Wrath
Millennia have passed since the end of the God Wars. Mankind's heroes of these wars, the powerful Luminescents, have since become the rulers of the lands, relying on their ancestors' deeds to fuel their own ambitions. The Church itself has fractured since the death of their Goddess. Now it has shifted its focus to a new power - the descendents of the men and women who had received her blessing in the past - the Luminescents. However, with the death of the Goddess Selene, their own abilities began to lessen in quality with each successive generation, leaving them grasping desperately at whatever they can; money, lands, power. Sevrath was born in a time far different than that of ages past. Much of the continent was under the rule of the powerful Luminescent rulers. The Gods were dead and gone; the age of man had begun. Only the Desolate Lands lay unconquered and resolute, a relic of the power of Deimos, the God of Death and Destruction. So when he is found near the borders of the Desolate Lands, what does it mean? Is he some spawn of demon, like many of the townsfolk of Carthal believe, or something else altogether? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This will not necessarily be something that is updated often.
