《Scrapped Metal {Karl Heisenberg X Reader}》The Factory
Advertisement
For the last hour or two you two have just been wandering around the facility, Heisenberg to be explaining what purpose the rooms have and even showing specific parts of the rooms like monitors and equipment.
In some instances he'd look in the next room before showing you in, even some cases trying to avoid certain rooms and areas in general. Once or twice he'd ask you to close your eyes in rooms to not see what's inside because you two couldn't avoid going to your destination without going through these rooms.
Obviously you didn't peak since you didn't want him to get mad, especially since you've seen him get angry at Lady Dimitrescu but you think that's not the true extent of his rage.
After a while of detours you two found yourselves in a room. This room had a bed in one corner and in the other corner was a corner desk and a chair. Other things where near by like tools, metal parts that look like they're in the middle of repairs, blueprints and other things you'd find in a workshop. There was also an old couch next to a wall where a familiar object sat: your bag.
Suddenly you rushed over to your bag and searched it, still containing all your stuff like your camera, photos you took of places you visited, your wallet full of money you stole from your 'parents', a teddy bear you always carried around, your music player, headphones, charger and passport.
Sitting down on the couch you put all your belongings on the floor a sighed in relief, knowing all your valuables where safe.
Heisenberg sat next to you, smiling at your relieved face, "So... What brought you to town?"
You knew this conversation was going to come up and crossed your legs, "Well... I'm traveling the world, seeing new places and all that. I came across this place in a newspaper back in Transylvania, I saw the pictures and I fell head over heals. This was actually my last planned spot, was going to plan my next adventure when I got here."

"Really?" He took off his glasses to reveal his icy blue eyes, this was the first time you saw them. They where beautiful, especially from the angle you where looking at them. He seemed extremely interested in what you had to say, continuing, "Are you sure you're not running away from something?"
Rubbing the back of your neck, "Is it really that obvious?"
He nodded, "Well your traveling extremely light, most 'tourists' that passes through here always have heavy luggage."
"Well..." You paused and pondered on telling him about your childhood. One hand he didn't really need to know but the other he did say your life, maybe you should only tell him briefly about it. Maybe tell him a bit more in detail in the future, "... I don't have a great childhood. My parents saw me as a trophy, so I ran away. Took as much money as I could and got out of there."
Heisenberg was taken aback by what you said and then smiled, "That's really brave, how old where you when you left?"
"I was 18, I left the week after my birthday. It's been about 5 years since I saw 'home'." You replied, that day forever engraved into your mind. In your opinion the best day of your life.
"Wow, I've thought about leaving but I never can. I envy you, to have the balls to stand up for yourself." He playfully punched your shoulder, you did it to him in return as you giggled.
"Do you ever want to go ba-"
"-Never." You cut him off, looking back at your bag and remembering the photo you took of your home city before leaving. You pulled it out of the bag and handed it to him, "Here."

"What's this?" He took the photo and inspected it.
"It was my home, I want you to have it. Dwelling on the past makes things worse, I want to start a new. Would you mind having it?"
He looked more intently at the photo he held, then his face soften and nodded, "Okay." Then he slipped it into the inside pocket of his long copper like trenchcoat.
"So." You clapped your hands together, "What are we going to do?"
"Well, I have to work on a few things. You can either join me or you can stay here, you choose." He stood up and grabbed his hammer that you just realized he wasn't near it while you two where talking.
"I guess I'll join you, since it looks like there's not very much for me to do here." You got up off the couch and approached him, "So what do you do here exactly?"
"Experiments and machinery repairs." He informed you, leading you through the doors and into the hallway.
"Could you elaborate?" You asked, hoping your not annoying him with your questions.
"I... I need you to promise me something." He stopped in his tracks and turned to you, dropping his hammer and getting extremely close to you, "If I tell you what I'm doing you promise NOT to tell my siblings of what I'm doing, ESPECIALLY Mother Miranda. Got it?"
Him enunciating the words 'not' and 'especially' in a violent way, telling you the severity of this secret. Even though the way he said it shook you to your very core you tried to keep a cool face and nodded.
Heisenberg grabbed his hammer and your hand, before pulling you into any direction he said: "Good."
He pulled you towards a door which lead to a balcony, showing a massive cave and a lot of the factory's outer walls. Extremely apocalyptic future looking. Something caught your eye: a hanging conveyer belt that's moving from one side of the massive cave to another, what was hanging from it really made your skin crawl.
Bodies. Hundreds of bodies being moved from one side to another. Disfigured with metal parts. The 'people' themselves weren't actually people, instead the looked like that where of the same species of the creature that attacked you back in the tiny house.
"I'm building an army."
