Peter woke up feeling like crap. His head was pounding, and his throat was burning. He slowly sat up and looked at the clock. 5:49am. His alarm would be going off soon so he got up anyways. Peter went to the bathroom and splashed water on his face. He looked up and saw his reflection with flushed cheeks and dark bags under his eyes. He had woken up a few times throughout the night and it apparently took its toll.
Peter's eyebrows scrunched up in confusion. 'Spider-Man can't get sick' Peter couldn't remember being sick ever since the spider bite. Bruce has guessed that it was because his immune system was boosted, which was why he healed so quickly.
Peter sluggishly got dressed into jeans and plaid shirt. He slipped on some vans and walked into the kitchen. Peter made some toast and munched on it occasionally gagging at the taste in his mouth. He tried to drink some water but he went against it due to the burning in his throat. He saw Wanda give him a concerned look when she walked in but he just gave her a smile and walked out. She opened her mouth to say something but Peter walked away to fast for her to say it.
Peter got a ride from Happy to school and again, he had a concerned look. He assured Happy that he was fine and waved as he drove off. Peter grabbed his books from his locker for his next classes and sat in his desk as the bell was ringing. "Peter? Are you okay? You kinda look like shit."
Peter looked over to Ned giving an annoyed look. "I'm fine Ned."
Class went by slowly. The wild activity of his class didn't help his already pounding headache and he laid his head down in pain.

He had let out multiple coughs and looked up to see MJ's notebook facing him with a sketch of Peter in it.
During lunch Flash seemed to avoid him after realizing Peter was sick. Peter was grateful for a day without having to deal with Flash. Peter refused to eat any food due to his churning stomach. "Peter. Peter. You have to eat. You know about your metabolism."
"I know Ned. I'll eat when I get home."
Ned flashed him a disappointed look but he said noting. Peter signed as he looked at the clock. 'Only two more hours to go'
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^yee^^
Peter lied. He didn't go home to eat.
"Hello Peter. How was your day?"
"Hey Karen. It was fine. Do you have anything for me?"
"Nothings up yet. Though, you do seem off. Are you alright Peter?"
"I'm fine Karen."
Spider-Man swung off the building and started his patrol.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Peter landed on the building gasping for air. His head was pounding even harder and he was sweating so much. 'Barely even anything happened today' he thought. The entire day only even consisted of a few muggings and some guy trying to steal some ice cream. Peter took a step forward to swing home but stumbled forward, his vision blackening. "Peter? Your temperature is rising. It's currently at 101.2. I would recommend getting home."
"Heh, maybe your right."
Peter swung to the next building only to feel wind flying against his face and the roof of a building hurdling towards him before be welcomed the land of unconsciousness.
^^^^^^^^^^sorry for all these time skips^^
"Peter? Peter? Are you there? I'm going to contact Irondad. Calling Iron dad.."
"Wha-Karen no. Stop call!"
"And why would Karen stop this call? Peter. It's late and I get a call about your health. Karen? What's his temperature? Geez kid your giving be gray hair- 104?!? Peter what the hell?! I'm coming don't move! God damn it. Don't move."

"Call ended"
"Karen. Your a snitch."
Peter waited for 5 minutes before he heard the familiar sound of thrusters. He vaguely remembered being picked up and flown back to the tower. He remembers seeing his dads face laying him in bed and giving him a gRosS medicine. Then he slept.
The next morning he didn't go to school but he got some of Wanda's soup and an unlimited day of MarioKart with Sam. And to him, it couldn't have been any better.

Soulforged Dungeoneer
In a modern world invaded by System Dungeons, one man's search for sanity and redemption will plunge him into an insane plot connecting Gods, Dungeon Administrators, Fairies, and the dangerous creature at the heart of the invasion. If he can survive it all, he might have a chance to save humankind... but he may not be ready for that responsibility. In a world gone to madness, perhaps only the mad can rise? NOTE: Although this novel is LitRPG in its origins, the numbers were never the focus and have been completely de-emphasized by the end. Includes romance, crass puns, spontaneous musical numbers (including fights set to music), horror, madness, and other nonsense.
8 95False Prophecy (Prelude)
Everyone knows the Prophecy of the Fated King. Everyone knows of his Six Signs and Seven Trials. Everyone knows he is the one destined to lead an army of soldiers and fae into battle against the spectral invaders known as wraiths. But what if the Fated King failed, and his Prophecy never comes true? What if he was killed surrounded by loved ones and devoted allies? What if he died four years before the inevitable war for our world’s soul? Humanity could not possibly survive without him. Could we? Nise, 107-563 P.R. False Prophecy is a high fantasy saga about a world that loses its chosen one four years before their apocalypse. The Prelude takes place during the five weeks prior to this tragic event, following a husband and father named Kon. When discovered to be a Seer - a human blessed with the power to see and bond with the magical fae - Kon is taken away from his family and conscripted into the Fated King's army to play his part in the coming war. Inspired by Brandon Sanderson's The Stormlight Archive, Wildbow's Parahumans, and countless anime. Disclaimer: FP's Prelude Novel, A Sung Prophecy, is slow burn and character focused. Expect lots of worldbuilding and an extensively large cast.

8 75Decay
It all begins with a single streak of silvery green against a velvet night sky. Cora Auclair, soon-to-be-farmer, looks up at that moment, tired from a long day of work, and makes a wish. That one day, the town of Lazarus will expand its borders and reclaim past lands. That someday, she will be a part of a future radical movement in seeding humanity across the planet to reign like it once had a century ago. However, the world isn't what it appears to be, and soon, an enduring mystery emerges that throws everything Cora has ever known into question. Trust is a fragile thing. Dreams are flimsy. Power is futile. But most importantly, truth is subjective. *New chapters come out every Friday
