I was supposed to write chapter 16 on saturday but since I can't sleep earlier than expected tonight, then might as well update! And a reminder, please don't get confused with how I call Yun Xie as Qian Xie (because I tend to get confused as well). They are the same person.

And it's almost the time where the apocalypse started! I'm excited as hell, but school works are too much so I tend to keep updating when there are no classes.

Readying the bags full of canned and preserved foods and some full of clothes, Qian Xie proceeded to put them inside her Macheteé, which was also strengthened along with her personal base over the months.

Although she doesn't need to do this because she has her System Dimension as inventory and her duplication ability for unlimited neccessity, she still needs to put some front. Lest the Chen family would get suspicious of where she gets her things.

Before closing the door of her room, she casted it a hesitant glance. She may be badass now, but her love for her pink bedroom was unconditional.

"A guest came looking for Young Lady Yun Xie. Asking Young Lady to please recieve him at the moment." This must be Chen Jian. Qian Xie never expected him to be early, though.

They agreed on a set time, 2:00pm, to when he will bring his family to her mansion and then follow her car forwards up 'til they arrive at their destination. It was still 1:00pm, and knowing that Chen Jian definitely was a late bird during those months training with him, Qian Xie was a bit suspicious.

Were they too excited?

"Did you bring him to the living room?" Qian Xie asked, now heading to the living room with bags in hand. The maid in a cute pink uniform wanted to hold the bags herself for the Young Lady, but seeing how huge they were and how Qian Xie was easily holding all of them, she never dared.

"This maid did." Keeping a distance away and walking before Qian Xie, she lowered her head nevertheless.

Qian Xie shoo-ed away her maid and was already walking inside the living room. Seeing a beautifully postured man sitting with his long legs crossed on their black couch, Qian Xie was baffled.

Why did this guy come? And when did he know her address? Was it Yun Lian's doing? But they weren't in touch in these few months because she was avoiding that money cow.

"I see you're finally here." Tian Ming Jue immediately walked and stopped in front of Qian Xie. He bent his back in a stylish manner and his hand reached Qian Xie's hair, kissing it flirtatiously with a seductive smile pastered on his face. "Mhm, how did you do these past few months? I heard you were going on a trip with someone?"

Qian Xie broke free from the man's clutches with a flustered but angry face. She was heavily blushing for the fact that she had a flirtatious contact with a man just now, making her angry.

She put down the bags in an angry manner.

"I am. What does that have to do with you?" Although they were engaged, but it was only on paper. He was her fiancé only in name. They definitely don't have anything to do with each other. Did this guy only come because of it?

"Can I also go with you?" Tian Ming Jue didn't mind Qian Xie's reaction. Besides, he wasn't supposed to be this close with her in the first place. Even knowing that, he can't help but hug Qian Xie, snaking his long arms around her thin waist.

"What would you be even doing there?" Qian Xie thought all these were unreasonable. His actions were even more unreasonable! Suddenly hugging her like this, truly not reasonable!

"Can't I spend time with my fiancé?" Tian Ming Jue was a guy who was easily jealous. From his men, he knew that Qian Xie was going to somewhere with another guy's family. He just had time to approach her now since his research for this girl was finished, and he was planning on telling her the truth with sufficient evidences.
