4 months have passed since Qian Xie was reborn. From all these days, weeks and months, all she did was prepare, practice, and cultivate.

Using guns.

Archery.

Martial Arts.

Chinese medicine.

Sword Skills.

And of course, cooking.

All of these were Qian Xie's top notch skills as her System has deemed it as Expert with full 1500/1500 exp. As for Chinese medicine, it doesn't really have any use for her unless she has to help anyone.

Qian Xie is already in Qi Transformation rank 4 which enabled her to use spiritual force. As per her System said, spiritual force can be used to immediately heal external and internal wounds in a flash. She can also duplicate things outside her space now. There are many things Qian Xie can do with her spiritual force that she herself doesn't know yet. But as her System's advice, it would gradually show its real powers.

Qian Xie only has this day left as tomorrow will be the 6th month where the apocalypse started. At first, it was homeless children who were infected by an unknown virus which was discovered in the Rong's laboratory (榮的實驗室) that was widely known in the whole country.

It then spread out with abnormal speed in city E that didn't let the other cities have enough time for preparations.

"This time will be different." Rong Qian Xie muttered to herself. It was still 6am and she thought of inviting Chen Jian and his family for a trip later in the afternoon. A trip to her personal base that was strengthened multiple times through the months with both worldly materials and her spiritual qi.

Speaking of inviting them, the Chen family was constantly looking for her and really wanted her to go with them to a trip to City A. Qian Xie was a bit suspicious so she has to reject them. Everyday.

Thinking of the people that she wanted safe, a handsome face was suddenly imagined by Qian Xie. Why does she care, anyways? That guy was only her fiance in name. She sighed after debating and lied down on her pink bed.

"Mistress, I have two updates!"

Her System's auto tuned voice was suddenly heard. Qian Xie's spirit was lifted after she heard what her System said. It was already a few months that System hibernated yet it didn't have any updates. Maybe it lagged again.

"Quickly tell me." Although said in a flat tone, the stars in her eyes and her flushed appearance was telling that Qian Xie was really excited. The System let out a cringey laugh before it talked.

"Mistress can now level up by making the the experience bar full."

After the System said these words, a portrait of Qian Xie suddenly popped out in the outer left corner of her vision. Beside her portrait was two bars: A green one to show her health points and a blue one for her exp points. Below the portrait was a "Level 1".

"My other update is now working. Mistress has already been given a hundred percent virus and pain resistance."
