It's Saturday and it's Hailey's birthday, Adrian's sister.

Her mom organized a party for her at their family house. Adrian and I are in the small shop specialized in photo equipment; this is the best in town. You can find the latest technologies for cameras. Hailey is a successful architect but the photography is her passion. She told me one day she will open her own gallery and I am confident about that because she is very talented. It was her who took our wedding's photos.

The seller proposed us different models of cameras but we chose one waterproof. She has a project to shoot under water so this gift will be perfect. We made a pretty package and put it in the car.

"What about a coffee and some cake honey" I asked Adrian

"Why not, I know one coffee not far from here" He was about to get in the car but I proposed him to go there by walk. It's a sunny day so it would be a shame not to take advantage of it.

Hand in hand we made our way to the coffee. It was crowded but we managed to find a place.

"What do you want love?" Adrian asked

"A strong coffee with a 3 chocolate brownie please"

"Ok I am going to order and come back"

I was looking at the walkers while waiting for him.

"Here madam" he put the tray on the table

"Thank you honey what do you order for you"

"Cappuccino and strawberry pie, usually you don't drink strong coffee?"

"I feel a little tired and we have to go to the party so I have to stay awake"

We ate in comfortable silence and reached to home to rest a little and have time to prepare ourselves quietly.

We were lying on our bed, my head on his chest and Adrian caressing my arm.

'I really don't want to go to the party" Adrian said

"It will be the occasion to see all the family"

"I need just you; my parents and Hailey I don't care about the others, plus there will also be my dad's friends and I really don't want to talk business tonight"

"I know you are tired honey but make an effort for Hailey and you mom she prepared this party with great enthusiasm" I said passing my thumb on his cheek

"I will, let's rest for a while sweetheart"

Almost all the guest are arrived and I had fun with Hailey and Christine Adrian's mom

"You made a great work Mom" I said to Christine

"Really? We like it?"

"Yeah and I think everyone enjoy the evening"

"I will go greeting my other guest" Mom said to Hailey and me

"See you later Mom"

"Want to dance" Hailey asked

"Yeah of course" I giggled and we went together dancing and feeling the beats. We were completely lost it was amazing.

I felt warm hands on my waist and my body reacted right away knowing who it belongs to. I turned facing him and threw my arms around his neck.

He bowed to my ear and whispered "I think you've danced enough babe"

"No, dance with me love"

"No I said enough let's go to our table"

"Why? You are not funny" I said while he was pulling me towards the table. I sighted at Hailey but she raised her shoulders unable to help me.

When we sat I ignored him. He notices it and told me

"Come on love will you ignore for the rest of the evening?"

I didn't answer him and just crossed my arms.

"Talk to me sweetheart" he said again squeezing my thigh softly

"Yes" I pouted

"Don't do that or I'd have to kiss you" He shuttered

I pouted again challenging him.

"Oh god you play with fire love"

"I know so go ahead" I teased

"You are so courageous I see, I will show you at home you will regret it"

I smiled and kissed him on his cheek. I can't stay angry at him for long.

"Why you don't let me dance Adrian the music is really good"

"All the men here were looking at your hips and I wanted to tear their eyes out. You can dance but at home and only for me understand?" he asked holding my chin

"Understood Mr Possessive" I responded embarrassed

"Good" He said sliding his hand down my back resting it in my lower back.

I definitely need some fresh air.

We were enjoying our evening but it didn't last long since Tanya decided to show up. I tensed instantly and Adrian felt it.

"Be nice love" He whispered and I nodded

"Hey you are here I was looking for you" She said to Adrian completely ignoring me.

'Bitch' I yelled in my mind

"Hey Tanya nice to see you I hope you enjoy the party?" I asked

"Yeah it's a nice evening" She smiled a fake one I could tell

"Adrian may I speak to you for a moment" she said again

Aaargh this bitch I am going to rip her dress if you can call it a dress and kill her just after

"What do you want to talk about Tanya you can say it here there's just Elissa"

Bam in your face I was making the victory dance in my mind. Holding a poker face.

"I just don't want to annoy her with business talk you know" She said making mimics

"Let's don't talk about business Tanya and enjoy Hailey's birthday we need to relax"

She appeared shocked but pulled herself together immediately

"You are right if you'll excuse me then"

"Of course you're all excused sweetie" I slipped enjoying her embarrassment

When she gone I got closer to Adrian I bit his earlobe and whispered in a seductive way

"You deserve a reward my boy"

He looked at me for a long moment as I could see his grey eyes darkened. He was clearly trying to control himself and I loved it . He kissed tenderly my forehead.

The party was great, the dinner was delicious, we had a good time chatting and laughing with Adrian's parents and his sister. Mom told me about Adrian's bickering. I found out he was a turbulent kid. Hailey loved our gift. We said goodbye to everyone and we left for our sweet home. Adrian was in a hurry and guess why?

"I can't wait to have my way with you Mrs Robertson" He said with a raised eyebrow.

I gasped when he pinched my butt and suddenly carried me bridal style and run to the car. I let a loud laugh at his madness I can't be more happy.
