"Okay. I understand that you have questions. How about everyone gets one question. If I am unable to answer your question, then you can ask another one. please avoid speaking when you are not taking your turn so we can get this over with. Sound good?"
"Sounds like a plan, Arrow," Axel assures.
I smile at Bow.
"Well, who is willing to go first?" I ask.
"Dibs!" Gabriel shouts.
I giggle.
"How do you have such great clothes when your parents are ****?"
"Father doesn't hate me, so he sometimes buys me stuff. Master gives everything other than clothes to Marie. Eventually, Father caught on and started buying only clothes," I explain.
"My turn," Silas announces. "How do you know so many languages?"
"I learn languages whenever I hear them just by hearing them. If I see them, I can read and understand them on paper, and if I hear them, I can speak and understand them by listening. I guess I know most languages out there."
"How do you pass your tests so easily?" Kota asks.
"Um..." I hesitate. "I have an exceptional memory and sort of absorb knowledge."
"How long have you called your mother by the title Master?" Axel asks.
"I have called her that for as long as I can remember. After all she is my master."
They all look like they want to say something, but they remember that I told them not to talk unless it is their turn.
"How are you so fast?" Paprika asks.
"Well... I don't really know how to explain that. I think that part of it is because I am used to running and partly because I have help."
Was that a risky answer?

Yes.
Do I really care?
Not at this point.
"Where did you learn to fight?" Raven butts in.
"Father liked to take me to fights because his father did the same. Eventually, I started participating instead of just watching. I am sort of famous in the fighting clubs," I answer simply.
"Why do your eyes glow?" Prince asks next.
I clench my fists to keep the sugar shakes at bay.
"My eyes glow when I am happy. I don't really know why, but I do know that I can see pretty well in the dark. The two might be connected."
"You know binary, but are you good with computers?" Corey inquires.
"Yup. I don't really work with them, though, because they are way to simple. Kinda boring and easy, really, " I say in a disinterested voice.
He looks both shocked and pleased with my response.
Sean takes his turn next posing the question, "Who takes care of your injuries?"
"Oh, I do. It's really not that hard or that big of a deal."
"What kinds of food were you allowed to eat?" Marc asks.
I bite my lip.
"Well, I are as much as I could at school. When they grow, I eat plants from the forest. I've eaten a few animals from the forest, as well. At home, I only am allowed to sneak scraps and leftovers from Marie and Master's meals."
"How do you know so much about motors?" Brandon asks.
"I love to read and learn. Engineering is fun to learn about."
North Star takes his turn next.
"Why are you so fine with getting hurt?"
I giggle, "I love pain. It is really fun and I love seeing others in pain. It's hilarious, really."

I giggle a little more and have to force myself to stop.
Wouldn't want them to know about the sugary beauty.
Luke asks, "So you know who stole the candy out of my locker on the first day of school?"
I think that over.
I stole some candy, but I am pretty sure that I would have known if it was Luke's.
"Well, I stole some treats, but I'm pretty sure that they weren't yours. Maybe whoever I stole it from was sad and stole your candy to feel better..."
That makes perfect sense.
"Wait. What locker was it?"
Um...
"145," Sarah supplies with a sigh.
"Locker number 145!" I say proud that I was able to remember.
Luke looks heartbroken.
"Do you hear voices, Ms.Sorenson?" Mr. Blackbourne.
I gasp, "I'm not crazy! I don't have dissociative identity disorder, nor am I psychotic. The same goes with all the other strange problems."
Mr.Blackbourne studies me before nodding.
"Well, I suppose we are out of questions."
"Gotta use the bathroom!" I shout and run out of the room.
Do I really have to?
Phst. No.
It was my subtle method of leaving the room like a boss.
Luke sneaks out as well.
"Are you going to try it?!" I ask him .
He runs to his room where he his it and I follow him.
Luke pulls the bag out and dips his hand in it.
He plops a large portion in his mouth.
The blacks of his eyes become tiny dots.
He immediately starts buzzing and I can't prevent myself from doing the same anymore.
Luke quickly gobbles down the rest of it.
We both have Joker smiles on and a maniacal look in our eyes.
"Let's jump off the roof!" Luke shouts.
I laugh hysterically and follow him up to the roof.
"Jump! On three... Two... One!" I yell.
At one, we run and leap off the roof doing crazy spins and flips.
This. Is. So. Funnnnn!!!!
***
Raven's POV
I chuckled as my Kitten raced out of the room.
She truly was too cute.
I think we were all a little panicked when all the sudden we here someone shout, "Let's jump off the roof!" Followed by hysterical laughter.
We looked at each other and all raced upstairs.
But we were too late.
From where we are running to Sang, we were able to see Sang and Luke doing these crazy stunts while falling.
What. The. Actual. ****?!

Not unless you’re willing to think outside the box! This story contains lots of cute stuff, but also some tragedy. If you’re expecting it to be as light and carefree as Cinnamon Bun or Heart of Dorkness, you might find yourself disappointed.

The Arcane Gunslinger
A lazy celestial being's mistake leads to Sergeant William Remington, a decorated member of the Coalition Marines, to be placed into a new body. His old life aboard the Valkyrie, an interstellar destroyer has also been replaced as he finds his new body in an unknown world. Where he learns of magic, skills, the system, helhorses, and slinging lead with ancient revolvers. Initially, he is skeptical of his new norm but the desire to survive leads him to try to earn a living while he figures out what just happened to his life. He's a fighter but far from the elite, a grunt with some experience. But what better way than to fall back to what he's familiar with, weapons and going after criminals and rebels. With the added challenges of monsters. This is my first Litrpg writing. It's a wild west fantasy setting with the MC taking a role as a gun-slinging bounty hunter in a world of magic and monsters. Hope you enjoy it. UPDATES AT 3PM EST ON MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS! Warning. The story has a slow start because I'm trying to keep my MC realistic. It takes him some time to adjust to his new surroundings, start to make some friends, and really get into the swing of it. I kind of think it's dumb when an isekai's MC manages to blink twice and suddenly adapts to their new world without any sort of struggle or learning period. So not doing that but don't worry Will may be confused and a bit unfocused at first but he'll grow into his own. Also using it to practice my digital artwork... which is far from par but improving. Keep an eye on author notes for maps and depictions of monsters and characters.
