~2 weeks has passed.~

Im flying through the orangey pink sky on Nightshade. We're going as fast as possible, weaving, diving, doing barrel rolls, having the best time ever.

"What do you say we try the water fall girl?" I ask my dragon. She responds with a nod and a chirp. I smile. "Alright, let's go!"

Nightshade let out a soft roar as she went limp and started falling. She went nose first as we fell towards the ocean waters. I let out a scream of enjoyment as we came closer and closer to the water. When we were about to hit the water, nightshade spread her wings then took off flying, creating a enormous wave behind her along with a large boom.

I throw my hands up in the air, "woo hoo!" I yell out. Nightshade flys back up into the clouds. We're soaring slowly through the clouds, me laying down on nightshades back.

"It's good to be back up here." I smile, scratching her side. I close my eyes and just listen to the sounds of Nightshades wings beating.

"Pst, hey." I head a very faint whisper. I open my eyes and see Hiccups face directly in front of mine. I let out a scream in surprise and fall sideways off of my dragon.

"Hiccup!" I yell in frustration as I fall down.

I'm soon caught out of the air by Nightshade then hiccup and toothless join beside us. I reach over and punch Hiccup in the shoulder.

"Ouch!" He says with a laugh.

"So what are you doing up here?"

"Oh, enjoying my time out of that village. Don't get me wrong, I love Berk, I really do. It just gets boring after 3 weeks of doing almost nothing. I need to explore, get out in the sky and discover something new." I say to hiccup. He nods.

"That's exactly how I feel, my dad used to think it was silly to go out every day and discover new lands." He chuckled. "If only he could see us now,"

I look at hiccup, putting a hand on his knee. "Your father would be proud of you. Berk is a beautiful place." I smile sympathetically.

He looked at me and smiled. "Thanks y/n." Then after that, I felt his hand on mine, it sent a tingle through my arm and down my spine.

It began to feel awkward sitting there with him holding my hand, so I decided to play a little trick on hiccup.

I squeezed his hand tighter then yanked it down, causing him to fall out of his saddle. Hiccup let out a yelp of surprise. I laugh and jump off of nightshade down towards him.

I eventually end up level with him, both of us falling head first, upside down. He looks at me and glares. I scrunch up my face and stick my tongue out at him. He grabs my tongue, I push him away. "Eww! Gross!" I say whipping off my tongue. He laughs.

Nightshade appears behind me and toothless behind hiccup. She pushes me into hiccup, causing us to start to spiral around, his arms wrap around my torso so we don't separate.

We laugh then look into each others eyes.

Hiccup bites his lip before leaning in...
