《The Hybridz | TBZ✔》Chapter 36 | The Hybrid Game

Eric and Sangyeon helped each other carry Chanhee back and put him on a chair out in the yard.
“Do we need to go to the hospital?” I asked him.
He shook his head.
“You should take it easy on your foot, okay?” I asked. “Stay still for a while?”
“Can I be in your bed then?”
“I mean...if you want?”
Chanhee nodded again. Sangyeon carried him to the attic first so he could change clothes before taking him into my room. He seemed to enjoy laying in my bed. I went out to the others and sighed.
“Do any of you know what happened?” I asked.
They shook their heads.
“I’ll figure it out. What do you want to do now, guys?”
“Why don’t we play a game?” Younghoon asked. “You wear a blindfold and guess which hybrid you’re touching?”
“Okay, why not?”
I put a blindfold on and then they stood in a line. I put out my hand, feeling. I accidentally hit someone in the chest.
“Oh, sorry”, I chuckled. “Let me feel your ears.”
The one in front of me bent down so I could feel the ears. They were fluffy and soft, but that could be pretty much everyone in the group. I kept on touching. I was so scared that I would hurt them somehow. I touched the shoulders but as soon as he stood straight, I knew who it was.
“Younghooon”, I said.
“Correct”, Younghoon said and went away so the next one could come forward.
The next one came forward and I held out my hand. I tried to feel who it was that was standing in front of me. I felt the ears, arms, hands and shoulders.

“Sunwoo?”
“Wrong. It’s me”, Jaehyun said. “I’m disappointed.”
“I’m sorry, Jaehyun.”
The next one came up. I tried to feel the jaw this time. It was a very sharp and defined one that I should have recognized. I felt the fluffy ears and wanted to melt. I had never felt their ears before.
“Give me your tail if you have one”, I said, holding out my hand.
I tried to figure it out by the tail. It wasn’t Jacob, that was certain.
“Eric?”
“Yes, babe. Good job.”
“Shut up, go now.”
The next one came up and before I could have the chance to feel anything, he had bit my finger.
“Ouch, Sunwoo!” I scolded.
“That was easy”, he smirked. “And that was my revenge for thinking Jaehyun was me.”
“You bitch.”
Sunwoo laughed and moved away. The next one came forward.
“Give me your hands”, I said.
I got to hold his hands, but couldn’t feel who it was. I touched his ears and smiled. They were small and round, a bear.
“Sangyeon.”
“That’s right”, he said and moved away.
Next one in line came. I felt around his head and shoulders. It was only clear when I felt his cheeks. It was the hamster. I poked his cheeks with a smile and then the next one came forward. This one had a sharp jaw and broad shoulders. I frowned when I didn’t feel any ears. I felt behind his back and could feel wings. I only had one bird.
“Juyeon.”
“That’s correct”, he said.
Next one was a little hader, but I could tell by the ears that it was Haknyeon. Next one came forward and I felt around.
“Jacob?”
“Yes, it is”, he smiled.
“We only have Kevin left.”
“For fuck sake, I couldn’t even be a part of the goddamn game? Forget it”, Kevin said angrily.
I took off the blindfold and saw how he started to walk away. I hurried after to try to calm him down because letting a fox be angry was not a good idea.
“I’m sorry, Kevin. I didn’t mean to make you mad. Can you forgive me?”
“Fine”, he sighed and pointed at my face. “But you owe me, baby girl.”
