They keep their candles/light in their chest. When they bring out their candle, the light disappears from the chest and is transferred to the candle.

Their body is possibly made with clay or darkness or both

When they run out of light, their “orb” on their chest turns dark, and when they are close to recharging your flame, the “orb” starts blinking.

The default mask has a glowing diamond on its forehead.

Masks are also known to have non-glowing diamonds on the forehead.

The chibi masks are squashed and more circular than default masks and seem to have eyelids.

Their default outfit/“pants” is a tunic.

Everything that they wear(capes/hair/instruments) is just light.

*They create images with light. They learn what they look like from spirits.

*Only their body casts a shadow

Their cape is made out of light, which is why it's charged by light, glows in the dark, and goes out because the rain is caused by rain clouds, which are usually darker clouds. The rain could be dark rain caused by dark clouds. Because the cape is made of light, when we collect winged light, our cape is upgraded

The cape being made of light theory explains why the capes don't have shadows

When they lose all their light, they will still have a white cape(and doesn't disappear like the rest of their cosmetics) because they are made of winged light. When you lose all your winged light, your cape disappears

The color of their cape is light. When they run out of light, their cape has no color.

They acquire emotes by mimicking spirits (like how children mimick adults)

reason why some emotes are more goofy than realistic because its from a child's perspective, and the sparkly versions of the emotes is made up of the skychildren’s imagination

They may have been summoned to save this world fallen to the darkness

'freeing' the spirits of the darkness holding them back, "bringing them home" (to orbit?)
