akaashi wakes up to a voice yelling his name from downstairs. "what is it, mom? it's saturday today, and it's only 9 am." the young boy yawns with his eyes closed. "uh, keiji. your friend's here." what his mom says, makes him open his eyes quickly.
and there he is, bokuto kotaro, smiling at him, looking at him while he's still wearing his bear pajamas. "bokuto-san. y-you're here." the sitting boy waves at him. "go shower, put some clothes on. we're leaving in an hour." before akaashi could protest, bokuto pushes him to the stairs, "go on."
akaashi comes down and sees his mom laughing because what bokuto probably said. he shakes his head and makes his way towards the two. "you ready?" the crazy haired dude asks, and he gulps before answering.
"bokuto-san, where are we going?" akaashi asks while being dragged by bokuto, he's dragging his arm gently. "should we go to the movies? or the amusement park?" the younger thinks, "it'll be more fun in the amusement park, i guess." bokuto nods, "good choice. let's go."
-
"bokuto-san. we've probably rode all the rides here, let's take a break." akaashi says with a sigh. one thing he learned about, bokuto likes to show off. it's obvious he's scared to death, but he pretends he isn't. for what? akaashi doesn't know.
"yeah, i'm getting hungry too." bokuto looks horrible, he looks like he's seen a ghost. "what's with that look?" the smaller asks when he notices bokuto's face. "what? what face? i don't know what you're talking about." the taller tries to play it cool.
"well. i won't judge you, bokuto-san." akaashi gives a small grin, and bokuto screams so loud that people started to stare at them. "y-you smiled. wait, i think i'm gonna faint."

"bokuto-san, p-please calm down." akaashi stutters, scared that the taller might actually faint. "akaashi, you're so beautiful." bokuto's shocked face turns into like a puppy who's admiring his owner. "please calm down, bokuto-san. people are staring at us." the older ignores the other and continues to stare at him.
bokuto feels a tug on his jacket and sees akaashi pointing to a small ramen restaurant. "bokuto-san, i wanna eat there." the taller agrees right away. it's the first time akaashi touched him, well technically he touched his jacket, but still.
-
"bokuto-san, don't you think it's getting pretty cold these days?" akaashi starts a conversation while they're walking back to his house. akaashi gets confused when the other doesn't answer, then he feels a jacket being put on him. "if you wanted my jacket, you could've just said so." bokuto says with a grin on his face.
"th-that wasn't my intention, bokuto-san. this is kind of cliche." akaashi chuckles, and the other freezes. "i like you, akaashi. not like that! i like you as a friend, you know, we balance each other." bokuto scratches the side of his head, feeling embarrassment of what he said.
"well, thank you for the jacket, bokuto-san."

Limits
Have you ever considered, what is a Limit? Well, I have. I’ve seen people who were as strong, as wild animals. Those that were faster than the wind. Some that shined with intellect. Yet, what are the Limits of mankind’s strength, or intelligence? No one seems to know. We develop more and more, seemingly without an end. What if, someone was the smartest in the world? Would that suggest the Limit? What if, someone was the strongest in the world? Would that be the Limit? Would that make that someone, more than a Human? These are just questions, but what if I saw people reach their Limits? What if I know what happens, when you break the Limits? What if I were to tell you about it, would you believe me? (This novel is no longer published on royal road. If you wish to read more than 1st volume, head to webnovel. That is all)
