akaashi doesn't know how bokuto ends up being in his room. at least that's not what he planned. "akaashi~." bokuto's sitting on his bed, while he was at his study table. "bokuto-san?" akaashi replies. the older chuckles, "seems like you're getting used to me calling you every time, huh?"
"well, you do." akaashi replies short. bokuto now sits beside him, resting his chin on his palms. "i'm sure your smile looks amazing because you're really amazing and cool." the other starts playing with his fingers, he's bad at taking compliments.
"you're fiddling with your fingers again," bokuto takes akaashi's hands from him and holds them. "they're soft. you have long fingers, pretty hands." by now, akaashi's red as a tomato. "b-bokuto-san." the younger tries to withdraw his hands back, but bokuto interwines their hands together.
"bokuto-san," akaashi flinches when he hears a yell from downstairs, "boys! dinner's ready!" akaashi immediately stands up and walks out without looking at the other.

"my house is close by. thanks for having me over, akaashi." bokuto grins, noticing akaashi's still red face. "yeah. see you tomorrow, bokuto-san." the taller cups akaashi's face. "please let me see you smile someday." bokuto says before heading to the door.

"kotaro! i noticed you're hanging out with that junior a lot lately. you like him, don't you?" bokuto's friend, akinori konoha asks him. "what? no i don't. i just find him interesting." bokuto answers, smiling just thinking about the black haired boy.
"yeah, right. well, don't be coming to me panicking, yelling about how you got a problem because you caught feelings for that boy." konoha teases the other, expecting that he's actually gonna come to him one day and says he's got a problem. "shut up before i push you out of that chair." bokuto laughs.
