(Based off season 3x10)
Dean and Calliope were seated by Bobby's bedside when they heard the door open, looking up they see Sam enter. "How is he?" he asked them as he stepped further into the room.
Dean rubs his hand on his face, "Still no change, what you got?" he asks, getting up to see what his brother had brought.
"Well, considering what you told me about the docs experiments..Bobby's wall is starting to make a hell of a lot more sense" Sam explains.
"How so?" Calliope asks the boy.
Sam takes a paper out, showing them a picture of a plant, "This plant, Silene Capensis, is also known as African Dream Root. Its been used by shaman and medicine men for centuries"
"Let me guess. They dose up, bust out the didgeridoos, start kicking around the hackey" Dean tries to joke.
"Not quite. If you believe legends, its used for dreamwalking . I mean entering another person's dreams, poking around in their heads" Sam says to them.
"I take it we believe the legends" Dean says and they both share a look.
"When don't we?" Sam asks his brother.
"But dreamwalking is just the tip of the iceberg" Sam says as Calliope takes a paper and looks it over.
"What do you mean?" Dean asks.
"He's saying this dream root is very serious stuff. You take enough of it, with practice, you can become a very real Freddy Kruger" Calliope says to them, "You can control anything. You can make good dreams bad, and bad dreams good"
"And killing people in their dreams" Dean asks, "yeah they could" Calliope tells him.
"So lets say, this Doc was testing this stuff on his patients, Tim Leary style" Sam says.
"Somebody gets pissed at the Doc, decides to give him a little dream visit, he goes nighty-night" Dean says.
Calliope looks at Bobby, "What about Bobby?" she asks, "If the killer came after him, then why isn't he gone yet?"
"I don't know" Dean answers, as they all look at Bobby.
"Staying here isn't going to do much" Calliope says to the boys and heads to the door, the boys follow.
"So, how do we find a homicidal sandman?" Dean asks.
"Could be anyone?" Sam says to his brother.
"Yeah" Calliope and Dean say.
"Anyone who knew the doc , had access to his dream shrooms" Dean says as they continue down the hall.
"It could be one of his test subjects, that Jeremey gave me a an odd vibe, or the assistant" Calliope says.
"Possible but his research was pretty sketchy. I mean, I don't know how many other subjects he had, or all of who they are" Dean says as they exit the hosipital.
Sam looks his brother scoffing, "What?" Dean asks.
"In any other situation we'd be calling Bobby and asking him for help" Sam tells him.
Calliope looks at both brothers then gets an idea, and she puts an arm out to stop them, "Why don't we just do that?" she says.
"Yeah sure, I think we might find the conversation a bit one-sided" Sam says to her.

"If we use the Dream Root it wont" she says smiling.
"What?" they both ask.
"You heard me" she replies.
"You wanna go dreamwalking inside Bobby's head?" Sam asks.
"Yeah, we might be able to help Bobby" she says.
"We have no idea what is crawling around in there" Sam tells her.
"Sam, Dean, its Bobby, we have to do this, or at least try" Calliope says giving them a pleading look.
"Okay, your right, one problem though. We're fresh out of African Dream Root, so unless you have some, or know someone who can get us some" Sam tells her.
"Crap" Dean suddenly says and they look at him. "Bela" he then says.
"Who's Bela?" Calliope asks, both boys look at her clearly not amused at having to deal with this women.
Calliope, Dean, and Sam were at the motel room, Sam falling asleep at the desk. They were all exhausted by the long day, Calliope was seated on the one bed. Dean had called the Bela women, and she was refusing to help. Calliope was doing reaserch on dreamwalking, when Dean decided to wake Sam. They were having some brotherly banter when there was a knock at the door. Dean went to check who it was, an annoyed look on his face as he opened the door.
"Bela, as I live and breathe" he says. Calliope looks to see a very gorgeous brown haired women walk into the room. "you called me remember" she says and Calliope gets the snese that this women is not one to trust.
"I remember you turning me down" Dean says to her.
"Well, I'm just full of surprises" she says looking at Sam, who gives her an awkward wave.
"Hey Bela what's going on?" Sam asks.
"I brought you the African Dream Root" she says handing Dean a jar, "nasty stuff, and not easy to come by" she puts her bag down, taking off her jacket. Calliope watches the women concern growing inside.
"Why the sudden change of heart?" Dean asks her.
"What? I can't do a little favour every now and then" Bela says.
Calliope can tell Dean really does not like this Bela, clearly she was someone who's burned them, which would explain why he currently didn't trust Calliope. She continued to watch and listen to their banter, when Dean stepped away, putting the jar in the motel safe. Calliope saw that Bela was eyeing something else that was in the safe Dean had opened with very intense interest. All Calliope could see was the barrel of a gun and wondered if that was the famous colt she had heard about.
Dean had closed the safe and was now telling Bela to leave. "Where am I suppose to go?" she asked him.
"I really don't care" Dean tells her.
"Why does that girl, I don't even know get to stay?" she asks, acting like she just noticed Calliope.
"Because, I trust her more than I would ever trust you" Dean says, surprising Calliope.
"It's the middle of the night" Bela argued.
"They asked you to leave, I suggest you listen" Calliope says standing up in front of her.

Bela tried to stare down Calliope, but Calliope wouldn't back down, felling defeated Bela unwilling left the motel room, Calliope making the door close behind her. "Well isn't she just something" Calliope says as she looks at the boys.
"Yeah, so Sammy how long till you get this dream tea ready?" Dean asks.
"Not long" Sam says as he walks away to prepare everything.
"Did you mean that?" Calliope asks as she sits back down on the bed, Dean sits beside her.
"Yeah I did, trust me that women is a mess, you on the other hand aren't so bad" he says smiling at her. After a few minutes Sam came over to them, handing the teas containing the dream root, as he sits on the other bed.
"Uh, should we dim the lights and sync up the Wizard of Oz to Dark Side of The Moon?" Dean jokes.
Sam looks at his brother, "Why?" he asks.
"What did you do in college?" Dean asks as he goes to drink, Sam stops him.
"Wait, Wait, we cant forget this" Sam says as he takes an envelope out of his pocket. He opens it taking something out, "Here" he says. putting whatever it is in Calliope and Deans hand.
"What the hell is that?" Dean asks a little worried.
"Bobby's hair" Sam replies, getting a disgusted look from Calliope and Dean.
"We actually have to drink Bobby's hair" she says to him.
"That's how we control whose dream you're entering. You gotta drink some of their uh..some of their body" Sam explains.
"Well, guess the hair of dog is better then other parts of the body" Dean says.
"Now I know how the Golden Trio felt drinking Polyjuice potion" Calliope jokes getting a confused look from Dean. The three of them then put the hair into their drinks, all taking a deep breath. Raising their glasses, "Bottoms up" Dean says.
"Yeah" Sam replies as they all clink their cups together.
They take a swig almost choking on the liquid, it goes down Calliopes throat and she wants to throw it back up, but knows she shouldn't . Finally swallowing it she coughs after and a look of a disgust forms on her face.
"Felling anything?" she asks the men.
"No" Sam answers. "You feel anything?" he then asks.
"No, Dean do you?" she asks the older boy.
"No" he replies, hoding up his cup he looks at it, "Maybe we got some bad shwag"
Just then they can hear thunder and the patter of rain. Calliope and Sam look over at the window confused.
"When did it start to rain?" she asks the men. Dean gets up and walks over to the window, he opens the curtain to see the rain isn't coming from the sky but the ground. Calliope gets up and moves over beside Dean trying to make sense of all this.
"When did it start to rain upside down?" Dean asks lokking at her. They both turn to look at Sam when the room changes. The window they had just been looking out was now a fireplace and they were standing in a living room. That's when they realize the dream root actually worked.
"Okay I don't know what's weirder- the fact that we're in Bobby's head...or that he's dreaming of Better Homes and Gardens" Dean say as as they look around the room. Calliope walks around and there is almost something familiar about the room they are now in.
"Wait, wait a sec. Imagine the place, without the paint job" Sam says as he gestures around the room, "more cluttered, dusty, books all over the place" Sam says as they continue walking around the room.
"We're in Bobby's house" Calliope says.
"Yeah" Sam replies.
"Bobby!" Dean shouts as they try to find him. Calliope steps near the window and gets the sense they are being watched.
She looks over at Sam and Dean, "Guys, I'm going to go look outside" she says.
Dean looks at her, "No, stay close".
"I'm a big girl. I'll be fine. Just look around here, we have to find him" she tells him.
"I'll go with her" Sam suggests.
"Fine, just don't do anything stupid" Dean warns.
Sam nods at his bother before stepping outside with Calliope. As they get outside the rain, coming from the sky disappears. It's now sunny, and all the colours are bright, and birds are chirping. The walk down the porch, confused by the sudden change. Calliope sees Bobby's old car, looking brand new, the walkway now lined with flowers. Suddenly they hear the door close behind them and slam shut, both run back to the door. Sam pulls at the knob and its locked.
"Dean!" they both shout, banging on the door for his attention. Going to the window they both hit on it, shouting at Dean, they see him but cannot get his attention.
"Come on there had to be another way back in" Sam says to Calliope. They walk away from the window and down the porch steps. They head toward the backyard, walking by a clothesline with sheets hanging on it. Calliope gets a feeling that they are no longer alone, thinking it might be Bobby, she calls out his name, "Bobby!". Turning around she sees Jeremey, who hits Sam with a bat as she ducks in time.
"Sam!" she shouts, and Sam looks at Jeremy.
"Who are you?" Sam asks him, holding his head.
"Who are you? You don't belong here" Jeremy shouts at us.
"Jeremy, you remember me from earlier. Why are you in my friends head?" Calliope asks as she checks Sam.
"You got a poor choice in friends, this is self-defence. He came after me. He wanted to hurt me" he says as he hits Calliope knocking her down beside Sam. She rolls over, looking up at him, "that may be because you're a killer"
"You should be nicer to me. In here..you're just an insect. I'm a God" he boasts to them. "Sweet dreams" he sneers as he goes to swing the bat down on both of their faces, before there is contact everything goes black.

Era Of The Kobold
Era of the Kobold Returning July Third! Hi there! Thought I forgot about this series, didn't you? In all seriousness, I am sorry for not posting in such a long time. I've been really busy with other things, mainly my education. However, once July hits and I get the time needed to write, I'll be continuing EotK where we left off. It'll be the regular one chapter a week at least, though I'll try to post more frequently for that month. Hopefully you all have been doing well! I'll see you in July. Synopsis: All he wanted was to spend his life gaming. Samuel was an absolute nerd when it came to video games, RPGs especially. He'd play them all day, rarely leaving his house, or even his room for that matter. His peaceful days were sadly ended before he even finished college, however. Despite his expectations, he finds himself reincarnated in a new world as a Kobold. He must now live a hard life as a weak creature that tends to die young and is seen as a monster. How will he manage in this new life and what will he do with it? The rate of publishing will slow down, as I focus on my education.

Keepers of the Neeft
The Indigo Empire has conquered half the world’s nations, their people, and their gods. According to its citizens, old and new, the rest of the world will follow. In the capital of the Throne-home, the Imperial Academy produces the next generation of great leaders to drive that expansion. Cadryn Bence knows he will be one such leader, he’s overcome his common birth, mixed heritage, and every other obstacle to be the top of his class. He dreams of glory on the southern front against the Gravanik States. He will not be finding it. Instead, if the glory he expects. Far to the north, lies the unassumingly named North-Eastern Extreme Frontier Tower, a backwater post if ever there were one. Through the machinations of the Emperor’s state religion, and a cult within it, Cadryn will find himself on his way to this first assignment. On the frontier, Cadryn will discover that neither his campions, nor the Neeft itself, are what he expects. Follow Cadryn on his journey to discover many truths: about himself, about the Empire, and about the very world he call home. ****** Keepers of the Neeft is a (bit dark) fantasy story revolving around Cadryn and his journey of discovery. There’s a fairly wide cast of supporting characters (his fellow Keepers) all with their own reasons and motivations behind how they came to be at the Neeft. Current release plan is to have part 2 completed, then fully edit up till the end of part 2. I am in the process of editing the earlier content as I complete the updates/re-writes. Apologies for any rough content in the meantime. My primary objective with Keepers of the Neeft is to work on developing content flow and establishing a community of people who enjoy my writing style. I write SF/F and horror as my primary genres, Keepers is actually my 3rd novel length work, but my current project. Updates of new Content will currently be in the form of one larger post on Tuesdays.
