"Good morning Ashley" she said "Miss me?"

I scowled under my breath but continued to shade in my drawing.

"Oh Ashley?" Her voice was taunting, almost like a warning. I slowly looked up at her doll like eyes.

"H-Hi Melanie" my voice cracked at the end. I gripped my pencil tightly.

Melanie make a grab for my page and took it before I could stop her.

"No! Please Melanie put it down!" She held it above my head and pushed her hand against my forehead, keeping me and my hands away from her and my drawing.

"Melanie please!" I begged "Please put it back"

She removed her hand for a moment before pushing me to the ground.

I started up at her as she studied my drawing. For a split second, I thought she'd put it back and leave.

But instead she ripped it up and threw the shredded paper in my face, sneering and chucking evilly before leaving me sitting in the middle of the art room, crying.
