"Would you please accept my decision and not show up here anymore?"

"What about my daughter?" He took a step closer.

"What about my daughter? Rina is more than fine, you know that."

"Lilith, you can't push me away from my family. I need Rina. I need you.", he took her hand and tried to look at her but she averted her gaze from him.

"We can work this out like adults. Leave me. Or you're getting in trouble, Hank. And you know I mean what I'm saying." Lilith grabbed the doorknob.

"Listen to me-"

"Hank, even if I could make that possible, you know that I couldn't love you. I'm sorry." This time she looked at him. And it's true, she meant what she said. Before he could say anything, she closed the door.

She hated ending conversations in such a weak way, but she was tired.

Tired of him.

"Rina, I'll get you, did you hear? I'll get you out of there!", she didn't want her daughter to hear him say these things.

Lilith stayed leaning against the door and covered her ears. Every single word that came out of this man's mouth hurt her.

"Honey, where are you going?" when she saw her daughter leave the room, she hurriedly followed her into the kitchen.

"Sorry for being so overwhelmed. I forgot that he...Dad... wanted to visit us today.", Rina looked at the table and discovered a strange envelope.

"Don't worry. You know you can talk to me if you want to. How are you handling things? How are you feeling right now?"

"Mom, please don't play therapist again. I'm fine." She took the envelope from the table.

"Hey, you've gotten these letters quite often in the last few months. Who is writing to you?" Rina stood aside and showed her mother the letter she was holding.

"Rina-" Lilith pressed her hand over her mouth.

"Give me the letter," she walked up to her daughter and took the letter from her while she still could.

"That's nothing special. Friends of mine."

"They must be very special friends if they send you letters in gold envelopes. Seriously Mom, you wouldn't panic so much if it wasn't anything special. Is there anything you'd like to talk to me about?"

"Darling, no. Absolutely not.

These are very good friends writing to me, that's all." Lilith toyed with the envelope in her hands.

"Will you leave your mother alone for a moment? Your father has worn me out a bit, I'd like to think about it."

"Don't you want me to stay with you?" Rina tried to smile pitifully.

Lilith shook her head and sat on the edge of the sofa, watching her daughter leave the room.

Finally Lilith could exhale and forget everything that was happening around her.

When would he stop chasing her?

How does he keep finding her?

Lilith stroked the envelope and pulled out the letter, which she already knew by heart.

"It's been a long time," she said out loudly.

Maybe it was time to forget the law and the rules again.

It was time to have some fun.

"Joyce, my dear..."

"My my my, have you changed your mind honey?" Lilith heard her friend's smirk through the phone.

"...Yeah,"

"I think I did", Lilith smiled shyly.

"Yes baby! I knew you'd come to your senses. You know the address, love. And don't dress too revealingly, you know Lucy will be there."

"You really think I'm going to let you intimidate me, huh?"

***

"I can't tell you often enough how gorgeous you look in that dress, Lil." Lucy smirked.

"Hey, stop calling me that!" Lilith blinked elegantly, holding her drink in both hands.

"Would you like me to call you babe?" Lucy licked her lips.

"Here we go," Joyce turned happily to the two men sitting next to her.

"Can we just play this fucking game or are you too drunk for that?"

"Your turn, Lil. Truth or Dare?"

"Dare, of course."

"Ho ho ho, first she's late, and now she chooses Dare. This woman, lady's and gentleman, knows what she's doing!" Joyce put her arm around Lilith.

"See that girl?" Lilith turned in the same direction as Joyce, and mouthed a fuck when she saw you.

"What the hell is she doing here?" Before Lilith could stand up, Joyce grabbed her arm.

"Seduce her. She allows herself to stare at you, isn't that disrespectful?" Joyce grinned.

"Oh she won't do it, will you Lilith? Y'all know Lilith and her thing with younger girls. It's over." Lucy shook herself another drink.

"Don't be a wimp, Ritter." Said the man who was sitting in the group.

"Couldn't you have picked a better girl? This girl y'all just staring at,

has been helping the drunk bitches getting up for half an hour. She's a spoilsport who don't belongs here."

"You can dream of such spoilsports, Peter. You can't even make your girlfriend cum." Lilith licked her lips, took her tequila shot and put it back on the table, loudly.

"Watch and learn from the master of women,"

"Lilith, cut the shit," Lucy said, but Lilith was already on her way to you.

Why were you still sitting there?
