《Sqampy's Adoption》Back to the Park

Izzy's PoV:
It has now been a week since Flo had been kidnapped and I'm missing her like crazy. I didn't realise how hard this was gonna be, I am now always sad, Squid and Nicole are doing their best to cheer me up but it's not working.
So today I decided I needed some space and I just got out of my bed, got changed, went downstairs and out the front door. I didn't tell anyone where I was going because I didn't want anyone to follow me, I just wanted some alone time.
I reached the park and sat down on a swing staring at me feet. It was around 7:00am so the park was practically empty apart from the occasional dog walker on the other side.
I had no idea how long I had sat there for, I couldn't check the time as I hadn't brought my phone, but just as I was thinking about going back I saw a pair of feet facing mine. I slowly looked up to see Craig, and slightly further behind him, the rest of his gang.
"Well, look what we have here!" He said smirking. I got up from the swing and, with a sudden surge of anger, I punched him in the face. It wasn't a hard enough punch to deal any actual damage but it was hard enough to hurt, a lot.
Craig put his hand up to his face, where I had punched him. This was the most angry I had ever seen him.
Suddenly there was another girl next to me.
"Time to go!" She said, grabbing my arm and pulling me away.
"Hey! Get back here!" Craig yells. We break into a run with her still pulling me by the arm. She dragged me towards the building in the corner of the park, where I was first rescued by Sqaishey, Nicole and Amy.

"Quick, come on!" She said as she pulled the bin towards the wall. She climbed on and jumped on the roof.
Craig would come round the corner any second so I quickly followed, once I was on the roof she kicked the bin so it went back where was. We laid on the roof silently just in time as Craig and his gang came round the corner.
We stayed quiet and they continued on.
We waited a couple more minutes just to be 100% sure they had gone before we sat up and I asked the most obvious question.
"So why did you help me?"
"I used to be bullied by them before which I how I knew what to do. They're so stupid they have never even thought it would be possible to get on the roof."
"Well thanks, I don't know what came over me, punching Craig like that!" I said.
"I thought it was good though, you stood up to him. Anyway you looked kinda sad, what was up." She questioned.
"Oh, my best friend was kidnapped by this man, so, you know, I'm not feeling great." I stated, I didn't really want to go into to much detail about it to a complete stranger.
The girl just nodded, she didn't look as surprised, or scared as I thought she would.
I examined her properly for the first time. Most of her clothes were black and she a shirt on that said 'Sleeping With Sirens' on it. I had no idea what that was but I didn't want to ask so I didn't look stupid. She also had black hair with a long side fringe covering half of her face. She also seemed kind of jittery and she kept on looking about like she was looking for someone. I just ignored it and assumed she was just looking out for Craig.

Eventually we got off the roof and just went to sit in the park for a bit and talked about stuff. She told me that she recently had met her sister, who had been taken by her father just like her, after years of being kept in the house. She didn't go into to much detail but you could obviously tell that she had had a rough life.
After about another 10 minutes I saw the girl look over my shoulder to the car park. I turned around to see a man who looked familiar charging towards us.
I looked back to the girl, she looked terrified out of her mind.
"You!! Get back here!" The man screamed as he got near to us.
"RUN!" I yelled at the girl, who I suddenly realised I had no idea what her name was, but she didn't run. She stayed completely still until he reached us.
The man grabbed her arm and started to pull her away.
"Hey!" I shouted running in front of them, "What are you doing?!"
"Get out of my way!" He spat at me. In that one second I knew exactly who he was. But before I could say anything he pushed me out of the way and I fell to the floor. He just stomped off pulling the girl in his wake.
"Izzy!" I heard someone shout. I turned to see Squid, followed by Nicole, running towards me.
"Did that guy just push you over?" He asked angrily.
"Yeah but don't worry about that now." I said. He started to protest but I stopped him, "Squid, that man, he's Flo's father, he's the one who took her."
Squid looked shocked, before wrapping his arms around me.
