《Imagines | TVD》41| Klaus Mikaelson

You and Klaus had been dating for a couple of months, and so far no one really knows. Elijah has his suspicions along with the rest of his siblings but they all like you, except for Rebekah, so they don't mind. Though, your brothers are a different story. Damon and Stefan already hate Klaus with a passion, and if they knew you were dating him that hatred would be 10 times as bad. So you and Klaus try your absolute hardest to avoid your brothers figuring out.
Klaus had texted you not too long ago that he would be at your house soon. The boys would be gone for the day. They were tied up in something with Elena, as usual. It was easy to hide a relationship when the people you're hiding it from are never around.
You heard the door open downstairs and rushed down the stairs. Klaus leaned against the door frame with a smirk. A smile spread across your face. He shut the door behind him and sped the rest of the way to you, lifting you from the floor in a hug. Your giggles filled the air along with his chuckles as you enjoyed the embrace of each other.
He set you back onto the floor and placed his hand lightly under your chin and tilted your head up slightly to connect your lips to his. As soon as your lips touched, the door opened. You looked towards the door, noticing your brothers and practically threw yourself backward.
Stefan was surprised but you could see the disappointment in his face. Damon was angry. His jaw was clenched and his hands were already curled into fists.
"What is he doing here?" Damon spat. Klaus remained calm but his facial expression showed he was on guard. He was ready for anything to be thrown his way. He was also ready to protect you if needed.
"I-uh, he, we-" You didn't know how to respond and you were glad to be cut off but also scared as to what Klaus was gonna say.
"You're alright, love. We can't hide it forever. Damon, Stefan, I just so happen to be dating your sister." Klaus said with meaning but he was also being snarky. Damon took a deep breath before he suddenly launched in Klaus' direction. Klaus tossed him aside. Stefan sped over to you well Klaus left, deciding it was best for him to leave.
Damon groaned from the floor before standing up. His eyes instantly found you. You hadn't moved, you were in such a shock. You knew this would happen but it's still a surprise. As much as you loved Klaus, you still felt guilty about hiding it from your brothers.
"Really, Y/N? Klaus? Of all the options you picked a Mikealson and Klaus at that? How stupid are you?" Damon scolded you. You didn't know if you should be upset or angry at his words.

"Damon, watch it. She's not stupid." Stefan stood up for you. You knew he was still upset with the situation but you could always count on Stefan.
"I'm going to the Grill. She isn't allowed to leave. Watch her, Stefan." Damon said before slamming the front door.
You knew better than to argue with anything that was going on so you made your way to the couch and sat down. You could feel Stefan's eyes on you. His sigh was quiet but he came and sat next to you and held his arms out but you cuddled into the couch instead. His arms dropped and you sat in silence.
----
It was about an hour later. You hadn't moved from the couch and Stefan was in the kitchen cooking. Though he had just gone upstairs and this was your chance. You grabbed your phone and quietly left the house before leaving as fast as possible.
You were going to see Klaus. You had too. You didn't know what you were supposed to do. The boys would never approve of it and you know Klaus would never stay away. Then you're stuck in the middle.
You didn't bother to knock you just went straight in. A hybrid was about to attack you but realized who you were, letting you through. Elijah exited a room with confusion.
"Y/N, this is a surprise," Elijah stated. You would love to chat with Elijah but you don't have time right now.
"Where's Klaus?" You asked very eagerly. Elijah was about to answer, but someone else did for him.
"I'm here, love," Klaus said behind you. You turned quickly to face him and instantly went into his arms. He wrapped you in a strong embrace and placed a soft kiss to the top of your head. Soon, too soon, you pulled away from the hug.
"What do we do now?" You asked him. He held a kind smile on his lips. Though you didn't want to smile. This wasn't the time to smile.
"Deal with your brothers or you leave," Klaus stated and that kind smile formed into a sad one. You know he wouldn't kill your brothers, not over you. Though, you didn't want to leave him.
A sudden crash was heard. Everyone got on guard. A hybrid went towards the noise and a few seconds later came back with a big rock. Next thing you heard was Damon yelling outside. Rebekah came down the stairs, annoyance already on her face from the sound of Damon's voice. Kol not far behind her, he just held a baseball bat.
"Keep her here," Klaus told a hybrid before heading out the door with his siblings. You tried to follow but the hybrid held you back.

This was not happening. What if he does kill them? You could hear the arguments going on outside. Stefan was now showing his anger. Did they even know you were here? They had to.
You heard something crack and a groan that you couldn't specify. This quickly got you worried. You looked at the serious-faced hybrid behind you. His hand is still wrapped around your arm. There is no way he was gonna let you go outside. So, there's only one way to do this. You turned quickly and your hand went straight through his chest, grasping his heart. A gasp left his lips right before you pulled his heart from his chest. His hand let go of your arm and his body his fell forward. You dropped his heart to the floor before your ripped open the front door.
Klaus was battling Damon. Elijah is fighting with Stefan. Kol was arguing with Bonnie and Caroline was struggling with Rebekah. You didn't know which brother to help first. Stefan didn't seem to be struggling but neither did Elijah. Damon was loosing though.
You sped over to launch Damon backward, away from Klaus. Klaus looked at you angrily. You stood your ground. Damon was about to get up behind you. You turned to yell at him.
"No! Do not move." You ordered. He stopped his movements. You faced Klaus again.
"What are you doing?!" You yelled. "This is ending right now. All of this." You continued.
Elijah and Stefan had stopped to listen to you. Everyone had stopped. Your chest rose and fell quickly. You were never one to let anger get to you but you suddenly had a burning anger to take out on everyone.
"You," you pointed at Klaus, "Don't get to hurt my brothers. I know the rivalry you have. That's over Elena. Not me. I don't want to be a part of it. You want to fight over a selfish girl, go for it. I am not her." You finished scolding Klaus and turned to Damon.
"And you, I'm not something you get to always control. I can see who I want. I can speak to who I want. God, I can stand up for myself. I will make my own decisions and I'm tired of having to run them by you. Once again, I'm not Elena. You will no longer control me. I'll fight my own battles. Get over yourself already, Damon." You were fuming now.
You went to say more but a sharp pain filled you. Everything seemed to stop. It became hard to breathe and yelling was heard all around you. Your eyes never left Damons as everything froze around you. Then suddenly you couldn't feel anything and you couldn't hear anymore yelling. The last thing you saw was Damon's blue eyes full of fear and a broken yell escaping his lips.
I was about to attempt to calm Y/N down when the next thing happened all to fast. A stake plunged through her heart. My eyes widened and a yell left my lips. I grabbed the person who could dare be so horrible to stab the girl I loved so dearly. The girl who finally understood me for me. She didn't see a monster. She saw me.
It didn't hit me as to what was happening until Y/N's body hit the ground. I seemed to notice the stake pierced through her heart. Her skin already gray. She was already gone. Gone.
A stake was driven through Y/N's heart. A stake was driven through the heart that deserved so much more. A heart that deserved a better brother and as I watched Klaus' reaction to his own sister stabbing a stake through his girlfriend's heart, she had the love she deserved. Klaus loved her in the way she deserved. Someone that would fight for her and with her. Someone that would try and make sure she was always happy. Someone that would always put her first. I watched as he shoved his sister and approached Y/N.
Her eyes still locked with mine. I lost one of the things that mattered most to me but I never showed it. Klaus had tears streaming down his face as the anger faded away and was replaced with sadness and hurt.
This feud we all had with each other just killed the thing that mattered the most to this. Stefan was on his knees about ten feet away, his face in his hands. Elijah watched the scene carefully, a look of regret on his face. Kol had dropped the baseball bat and his eyes purely focused on Y/N and Klaus. Rebekah was standing there with an angry look.
Here I was, someone who hadn't moved because this was my fault. Y/N was gone and I was at fault.

I hope you enjoyed this @samantha2001wwe
If this isn't exactly what you wanted, I will rewrite it for you. I just added a little brother action but you might want a little more Klaus, I don't know. Sorry if it isn't what you wanted. This is my first request I've ever done. If there is anything you want me to add even I can. For example, a bigger fight scene or something like that.
For others, I hope you also enjoyed.
