I was walking back to my room like my soul had left my body. The previous scene was in my mind and breaking my heart into a million pieces. How could he just sleep with another women like that after kissing one a few hours ago?
All that was going on in my mind was getting my ass out of this fucking island. I don't want to be around him anymore. I cannot control my anger before him after what had happened. I went to the room to find Chaeyoung in the bathroom. Before she could come out from there, I packed up all my things and wrote a small note that I had a family emergency. I did not stress on the matter and kept it low-key. Then, I changed my shorts to one of my sweatpants.
I checked whether I had packed all of my things once and left the room. I went to the receptionist and gave the spare key as I informed her that I was checking out of the hotel. She thanked me for the stay and greeted me to have a nice day. Yeah, nice day my ass.
I called for a cab and directed him to take me to the ferry. He took me there and I was surprised that the ferry was available at such an hour. I boarded onto the ferry and reached Mokpo after which I headed to the station. To my luck there was a train to Busan which was to arrive after five minutes. I got my ticket and waited till the train arrived. As soon as it arrived I searched for my seat and dropped on it.
After a good 20 minutes, the train started moving. I took out my phone which was on silent mode and pressed the power button to find another 5 missed calls from Chaeyoung. She had also sent a message which said, "You could have waited till I came out of the bathroom. Anyways be safe and call me or leave a text message as soon as you reach home" .
As I sat there looking through the window at the moving figures, I realized what I was doing. I was running away like a coward that I am. I could have just approached him the next day and asked him for an explanation. But my weak and insecure self was not ready to confront the truth. So, I am running away from my problems rather than facing them. "That's what you are best at" I mumbled to myself as tears started flowing from my eyes. They wouldn't stop and the exhaustion of all the drama made me rest my head on the glass window.
I never realized when I had dozed off because when I woke up, I was already in Busan. It was past midnight and I didn't bother to look at the time. I took all my bags and exited the station. I boarded a cab and went home. As soon as I reached my destination and got off the cab after paying for the ride, I looked at my house as I mentally noted, 'Back to the hellhole'.
I went to the door and grabbed the spare key which was under one of the pots at the front. I opened the door slowly and silently made my way to my room, being careful not to wake up anyone.
As soon as I reached my room, I plopped on my bed as exhaustion took over me. It was hard for me to forget the sight of Taehyung sleeping with Jenny. The tears rolled down my eyes again. I didn't want to cry and look so pathetic even though my heart was breaking into pieces. I had to get myself together. It is not the end of the world now. I still have my whole life ahead of me.

My head hurt more at the moment than from the hangover in the morning. What I had done was what I was best at doing. Running away from the problems than facing them. I just hoped that I never cross ways with Kim Taehyung ever in my life.
So, here I am after seven years after the incident, thinking about him yet again. He never left my mind after that. Am I still mad at him because of that incident? Not a single bit. I had realized that I was not able to understand love at that time. I was just a teenager. But I wasn't sad now. As someone had once told, Don't be sad that its over, be happy it happened. I was happy that I could experience something like love.
As for my parents, They were just happy that I was back home in one piece. They didn't ask much about how my trip was neither did they scold me for my brave move. After few months I joined the best med school in Seoul.
My life as a med student was boring. All I ever did was study from the start to the end. It was a win-win situation even for me as I wanted to forget him. I passed with super good grades and finished my masters in no time. I had intern ship for the final year and now I own my own clinic. I also visit the city hospital of Busan. So, I found an apartment near the hospital. I was one of the Cardio- surgeons at the hospital.
Now I wanted to meet him if that was possible. Chaeyoung's marriage was a good event for it. I started packing my bags again. I grabbed all the dresses and cosmetics that I might require at the wedding. I messaged Chaeyoung for the address and waited for her to message me back as I was packing my things. Chaeyoung called after 30 minutes and I picked up my phone after I pulled my jeans up my ass and buttoned it.
On the call...
"Yah where are you? Why did you change your apartment?"
"Its nice to hear from you too, Chaeyoung. I had to move because the previous one was near a construction site and the noise was giving me a migraine"
"At least you called at the right time. I am at the station, Y/n-ah. Come here in 10 minutes and we'll be leaving to Seoul"
I took a deep breath before asking the next question.
"Are Jimin and Taehyung also coming with us ?"
"Only Jimin is because Taehyung is living in Seoul. He said he would be too busy to attend the wedding so he will be there for a short time. Since he is travelling most of the time, he is always busy. God knows when he will ever settle in life"
"Okay, hang up already. If you keep talking, I wont reach the station on time"
"Aye, don't be rude, I was going to tell you to hurry anyway"
"Then cu-"
She cut the call before I could even finish my sentence. I grabbed my bags and locked the apartment before heading to the elevator. After reaching the road I took a cab instead of my car and directed him to take me to the railway station. I reached the station in 15 minutes. I paid the driver and went inside in search of Chaeyoung but I saw someone near the ticket counter as a smile made its way to my lips.
Jimin was busy on his cell phone while there was no sign of Chaeyoung around him. He was standing near a few bags which I assumed was his and Chaeyoungs's

"Jimin~ " I hummed as I walked to him. As soon as he saw me, his eyes disappeared as he gave me the brightest of his smiles.
"Y/n-ah" he said as he hugged me. He pulled back from the hug and looked at me from head to toe. A mischievous smile was plastered on his face which made me cross my hands and look at him with a frown.
"You've become prettier" He said with the same expression. "So, you mean I wasn't pretty before?" I asked narrowing my eyes.
"I said prettier Y/n, by which I mean you were pretty before too. How can I ever forget your bikini move on Taehyung in Jeju?" he said which made me blush. This man had his way with his words. He never missed to make me blush every time we met in the past few years.
"Stop trying to flirt with me and tell me when you are going to find a girlfriend" I asked. In a moment all the cheerfulness drained from his face. But he masked it well with another one of beautiful smiles of his.
"I can make a move on you if your are up for it" he said moving forward towards me.
"Uh Uh, mister, not so fast. You got to do better than just calling me pretty and praising my half naked body" I said with a smirk.
"Aye, look at these two flirting in the station. Get a room if you are so desperate" Chaeyoung said as she approached us. She had curved her hair and let it down till her waist. This women made me feel less pretty every time I met her. She had wore a dress which reached her knees and hugged her body tracing all of her curves.
Jimin and Chaeyoung had been in a relationship right after the Jeju trip. According to my suspicion, I think they were already having their fling in Jeju since Chaeyoung was never seen in my room. But they had broke up because Jimin had to fly to the states for his studies. He was a famous singer, song writer and producer now.
It was heart-breaking for Jimin to attend Chaeyoung's wedding although he had agreed to stay friends with her. It was not his fault that he chose his dream over love. Chaeyoung had to be more understanding of him. I had tried my best to convince her but she was hell bent on breaking up with him.
I tried comforting both but most of the time I stayed with Chaeyoung. If only she saw how caring and sweet Jimin was. He had changed a lot after being in a relationship with her. He had dedicated himself for her all the time when they were together.
I had asked him to try and convince her but all he said was that he respected her decision and that he wouldn't force her to be with him for his sake. It was hurting me to see him pretending to be happy at her wedding. Some love stories never end well and this was one of them.
"So where is the wedding going to be held?" I asked Chaeyoung and she showed her million dollar smile.
"Its a destination wedding in Jeju" she said. All the colour drained from Jimin's and my faces. I wanted to scream at Chaeyoung to why she was acting like a bitch all of a sudden? How could she choose Jeju over all places? It was where their love story had started. She could just break his heart and leave him. But here she is squeezing out every inch of cheerfulness he had in him.
"That's great! Lets go then?" Jimin said and I looked at him with surprise. How can he be such an angel? I give up, Chaeyoung never deserved him. I just stomped my way to the ticket counter and bought the tickets.
**********************************
We were in Seoul now and we stood in front of a mansion which Chaeyoung claimed to be her fiance's. The watchman let us in and a few of the servants carried our bags into the house. We entered the luxurious living room. One of the butlers asked us to get seated and to wait as young master was still in the shower.
We waited for 15 minutes and I heard someone coming down the stairs from behind me. Chaeyoung was smiling like she had a hanger stuck in her mouth. She got up and walked past me towards the unknown person. Even I and Jimin got up to look at the man of her dreams.
The second I laid my eyes on the man who gracefully made his way down the stairs, I realized that Jimin had tough competition. He was handsome as fuck. Chaeyoung hugged him as soon as he reached the last step. He looked at her lovingly and placed a small peck on her lips.
"Sehun- ah meet Y/n and Jimin. They are my closest of friends and I really wish you get along well with them" she said. Yeah get along my ass. How can she ask her fiance and ex to get along well. I couldn't understand if she was just dumb or purposely acting like a selfish bitch.
I looked at Jimin and he still had that angelic smile on his face. I knew it was killing him internally. The guy called Sehun extended his hand for a handshake and I took his hand. he smiled and said. "Nice to meet you, Y/n-shi".
"Nice to meet you too, Sehun-shi" I said. His gaze shifted to Jimin and he extended his hand to Jimin too. Jimin took his hand and shook it firmly with a smile.
"Its nice to meet you Jimin-shi. Chaeyoung talks a lot about you and your songs are one of my favorites" he said.
"You are flattering me. But I am really happy that you appreciate my work" Jimin said. Sehun turned to Chaeyoung who was stuck to him like gum.
"The private jet is ready. If you are all up for it lets leave to Jeju now" he said and Chaeyoug jumped with excitement. They kissed right in front of us and I felt of like puking. I looked at Jimin and he looked like he was this close to crying.
"Let's go then! what are we waiting for?!" I said clapping my hands to get their attention.
"yeah sure!" he said as called for his butler and asked him to load our bags to the jet.
While were in the jet, these two love birds wouldn't stop with the adoring and kissing. Jimin was feeling so uncomfortable that he looked like he was ready to jump off the jet any moment. We reached Jeju in minutes and headed to one of Sehun's resorts.
We reached the resort and were escorted to our rooms. It was obvious that Chaeyoung and Sehun would share a room. I and Jimin were in opposite rooms. We placed all our luggage in our rooms and went down to the dinning hall. It was late already so we had our dinner and headed to our rooms.
Chaeyoung had informed me that tomorrow afternoon the wedding dresses would be here and that she wanted me to help her select the perfect one for her. Since I was in Jeju visiting Jin oppa would be nice idea. So, I told Chaeyoung that I had some important business in the morning. I washed up and went to sleep so that I could get up early tomorrow.
The next morning my alarm woke me up. The damn thing wouldn't stop screaming until I shut it up. I brushed my teeth and showered. I wore a creame blouse and light grey jeans. I left my hair down and put on slight make up to look presentable. I grabbed my wallet and cell phone as I headed to the door.
As soon as I opened the door Jimin opened his door too and we were face to face. Even he was all dressed up and looked like he was heading somewhere. He was the first one to ask the question.
"Where are you headed to early in the morning?" he asked as he locked the door to his room.
"I can ask the same thing to you too" I said as even I looked the door to my room.
"Me? I am going to one of Taehyung's brother's house. You might know him, Kim Soekjin" he said. Yeah buddy I met him before you and you are asking me if I know him.
"what a coincidence? I am going there too. Lets go together then?' I asked and he just smiled as he held his hand to the hallway.
"After you beautiful" he said which made me chuckle.
"Yeah yeah, lets go" I said as I grabbed his shoulder and dragged him through the hallway.
"You wont tell Chaeyoung?" he asked. "I already informed her yesterday, so chill" I said as we exited the resort. We called for a cab and told him the address. The whole ride Jimin kept me entertained. He was such a flirt yet he was careful with his words. We reached the mansion again. We got off the cab but my eyes fell on the one figure who was hugging Irene unnie.
He pulled back from the hug and got onto his car after waving goodbye to her. Jimin never noticed as he was busy paying for the cab. My eyes never left that car for after years of being away, finally I saw him. The one face who was like the rain on a dried land. That handsome face of none other than, Kim Taehyung

Haven in a Dangerous World (Old)
Devin McMullen. Female. 18. Single dad. Dead mom. Good in fights and little else. No friends. Or, at least, that's what she's always been. Now, she's not sure exactly what she is. She's never been one for reading fiction, or anything for that matter, but this feels like something straight out of a fantasy. Her newly acquired instincts, however, scream dungeon core. Whatever that is. Unlike most dungeon cores, though, she's missing something very important. A dungeon. Stuck out in the open, above ground where she's definitely not supposed to be, with not a cave in sight, or any other land form besides miles and miles of ice and snow, Devin's not sure if she can survive. Update: Big caveate, though, just so you know. Started with this one idea and ran with it as far as I could. Characters and plot suffer from it, but I'm proud that I wrote as much as I did. I will rewrite this at some point and make it so it actually has plot. Check out my wordpress © [koallary] and [Haven in a Dangerous World], [2017]. After Z
The signs were all there. A mysterious fever spreading in the wake of the pandemic. Increasing incidents of unrest with surprisingly little coverage by the media. Breakdowns in basic services. Nick had thought for years that total social collapse would come in his lifetime – he just never expected that collapse to come from the unquiet dead. As soon as he was sure enough that the potential danger outweighed the awkwardness of admitting that yes, the dead were rising, Nick grabbed his bug out bag and bugged out. It felt, at times, that the zombie movies, comics, and games he’d grown up with had been preparing for this moment. And Nick was right. But also very very wrong. After Z is an apocalyptic occult interactive serial about survivors hiding from the dead in a forest preserve. A new chapter is posted every week, and every week supporters vote on which way the story flows. This story will be added to daily until it's caught up with its current state elsewhere; if you don't want to wait you can read ahead on my blog.
