"Look, Mom. An otter!" I said as I pointed to the animal.
"Otters don't come out of water. That's a gopher, Sweetheart," she corrected me.
"Then, it's a land otter."
"Also known as a gopher."
Now, every time we see an animal on the side of the road, Mom points to it and shouts, "land otter!"
There would be a cat running across the road and she'd point and shout, "land otter!"
