《Lost (bakudeku)》3: I'm Starting To Lose It

Bakugo awoke in the morning and felt shivers on his body, looking at Deku. It rained so heavily that their clothes were drenched. He noticed Deku was still uncontious.

They couldn't stay there, they had to travel. Bakugo's arm was severely aching, and to aid it, he had his arm in a makeshift hammock tied over his shoulder. With his good hand, he used his heat to warm Deku's body, but in this condition, he wasn't sure how long Deku had to go before...

"Deku!" WAKE UP!" Bakugo screamed out of pure unbridled stress. He climbed on top of him and slapped his face side to side, until he buckled and cried, his face buried into Deku's chest. "I can't do this alone Deku! I need you to wake up now!"

"Kaa-Chan." Deku mumbled weakly. His hand lifted and touched Bakugo's head. He got embarrassed and immedently jumped off of him, scared that he reveiled his emotions too heavily.

"How much did you hear? Were you pretending this whole time?!" Bakugo accused, just because he was embarrassed. His anger turned to pity once Midoriya realized his leg was broken.

"My l-leg. What happened Kaachan?" Midoriya asked with intense pain, sitting up in agony. He realized that his leg was splinted, and remembered somewhat of the fall off of the cliff. He assessed the area and gathered that his arched rival, his nemesis — saved him.

"Kaachan, you do care!" Deku spoke joyfully. Bakugo rolled his eyes and turned his head, then stood up.

"Tch, shuddup loser. I was just doing what I was supose to do. But now My shoulder hurts too bad and you're stuck here. I can't lift you."

"What's wrong with it?"

"It's out of socket I think." He answered with stale words. Midoriya argued with him that he should let him pop it back in place. At first he refused, but given their situation, it was important that it had to have an attempt.

"Just don't break me with your freak power, Deku." Bakugo snapped. Deku said something and chalked his attitude up to his attitude. One one attempted Bakugo braced himself, then Midoriya summoned the strength to pop it back into place. It hurt, he screamed, but Bakugo felt a million times better. He rolled his arm in a wind meal, then stood up, throwing the made sling on the floor.

"Alright, you're good for somethin' at least!" Bakugo cheered. Deku felt proud of himself, and slightly irritated that he was so rude, like always. Midoriya wrestled his thumbs in his lap and watched Bakugo stretch.

"Kaachan, what are we going to do?"

"I'm going to take you somewhere else. This isn't safe Wolves, bears — anything is nearby." Bakugo directed. Without connecting eyes, bakugo leaned down and struggled, but managed to get Deku on his back. Midoriya's eyes gleamed at Kaachan's kindness. If he wasn't mistaken, the both of them were blushing. Midoriya was hurting with his leg in that position, but he had to be secured around Bakugo's waist. With that, Bakugo was off and started walking through the woods. Not even a half an hour later the thunder stood began again, and the showers were far colder and worse than before.

"DAMNIT! THERE'S NO WHERE TO GO!" bakugo screamed.

"We can't go back Kaachan, we have to continue. Maybe we can find the bus and take refuge."

"What bus moron?!" Bakugo shouted.

"Fine, I won't say anything." Midoriya said deflated. The heavy rain continued and Midoria was soaking wet, chilled. There was a nearby half person sided rock where Bakugo set him down and took off his jacket, throwing it over the wet broccoli. Deku's eyes lit up and Kaachan kneeled down infront of him, giving him a pair of intense eyes.

"I don't want you to get sick." He said at last. Deku melted, but this annoyed Bakugo. He propped his hands on his hips and let out a "tch".

Fourty minuets later, they did come across the bus, but it was on it's side. Still, it was good enough. Since it was an open planned seating, there was a good spot to sit down. Once situated inside, the sounds of the terrible rain hit the metal siding, causing a loud noise. Midoriya was shivering, which made him too cold to withstand the pain in his leg. His big eyes looked over at kaachan, who was warming himself, his head hanging off of his shoulders. bakugo, without looking at Midoria, raised his palm and heated Midoriya like a furnace. A few sparks, but he didn't mind them, anything to distract from the pain in his leg.

"What are you stairing at?"

"Nothing. It's just, nice of you, that's all." Deku mentioned.

"Don't get use to it nerd. I hate you." Kaachan said harshly, which made Midoria feel completely upset. His eyes dropped and his eyes watered, realising he was nothing but a burden to him, like always. Bakugo noticed this, and remembered that he was lowering his self-esteem again. Something about how he acted had to change. "I mean, I tried to hate you."

"What? What do you mean?" Deku lifted his head with hope. Bakugo's eyes hid behind his hair and didn't look at Midoriya's green gaze.

"I won't say it again."

"No I couldn't hear you, it's too loud outside." Midoriya cleared up, but secretly fibbed — which was few and far in between.

"I said, I don't hate you, okay?"

"So how do you feel about me?" Deku pried. Bakugo stopped the heat on his hand and Midoriya shook again. "Oh no please don't stop that it's too cold!"

"Well then stop pryin', would ya?!" Bakugo snapped, but continued his radiating heat. Midoriya smiled at him, thinking somewhere inside, Kaachan is cracking.
