《Lost (bakudeku)》2: Sleep Through The Cold
Advertisement
As the night went on, a strong wind blew the fire out. Bakugo awoke to the sudden change of heat-- his entire body shaking. He kept himself warm by using his quirk to heat himself, ' but shortly noticed deku was probably just as cold, or colder. he moved next to Deku, and felt him.
"Damnit Deku, you're always cold!" he griped, scooting closer to him. there was a moment that when he was using his quirk to warm them both that he realised he needed to rest for a bit. He was exerting too much energy.
Bakugo scratched his head, knowing that he had to do something.
"Don't get any ideas." Bakugo mentioned to Deku. even if he didn't think that Deku could hear him, he found comfort in talking. Bakugo lifted up his arm and brought Deku against his chest. this worked for a few minuets but his shoulder was really hurting in that position. he growled, set Deku on his back and laid beside him, curled up to him.
If he couldn't use his quirk, his body heat was the next big thing.
It felt soothing to Bakugo to have someone to hold like this, and after a few moments he began to stare at Deku's face through a different lense. while Deku was unconscious, he wasn't all that bad. But truthfully, Deku was never bad to Bakugo. He treated him like a person, not an enemy. A friend, not a foe. A brief smile escaped from his lips and he laid his forhead on the side of Deku's face, begging him to wake up soon.
Hours later a fridge chill jolted him awake and he found Deku still unconscious. His shoulder felt like it was being saraded by knifes, nearly loosing his cool from the pain. At least Deku was asleep, as he avoided feeling any pain at all.

"Deku, I have so much to ask you. questions like, why do you cry all the time? why are you so depressed - at a drop of a hat you're weeping. You can't hold it in as well as me. why?" Bakugo rabled. He got a shock through him, maybe a slight rumination.
"Did I lower your self-esteem all these years? You've always hyped me up, calling me cool and awesome, but all I did was encourage you to die and fail. But I did it for a reason, Deku. If you wake up I might tell you everything."

Blaze
The story of a fire elemental's life in a world dominated by mages. He will have to learn how to manage betrayals, treachery, and maybe even love as he goes on adventures to find a meaning to it all. From dark, humble beginnings he will rise... or fall, devastating amounts in his journey across the world. Hello, Author here! I am, unfortunately, rather terrible at coming up with descriptions that seem to have the right amount of decorum and yet actually serve their function of adequately describing the story, so here's the coursenotes. - The story follows a fire elemental. (As you can tell from that, it is heavily besed on fantasy with mages and the like. Technology will not feature prominently) -As mentioned in the tags, this will have game-like aspects. (E.G. levels, stats. I will be trying to put my own twist on this notion however, so bear with me if the premise intrests you but you despise LitRpg) -It'll get rather dark, but not devastatingly so. (I'm trying to write a more complex story so it will have its dark moments, the prologue being one of them. Rest assured the whole story will not be this dark, though I'll make sure that no-one is a saint either) -The protagonist/protagonists will not be a Mary-Sue. (The plural will be understood when I'm further into the story. They also won't be impossiby unlikeable such as those in many Light novels.) -There is no prophecy (Anyone who says there is, is lying, trust me.)
