When I finished work I went straight to the elementary school. I waited at the school with the other parents until the kids came out.

I saw Eren and Armin run out with another girl. She had black hair and was laughing with them.

I walked up to them and was greeted with Eren jumping in my arms. I hugged Eren and armin.

"Mama we made a new friend" Armin said excitedly.

I glanced at the girl and smiled "nice to meet you uh"

"Mikasa ma'am"

"Nice to meet you Mikasa" I said politely.

She smiled and nodded I saw Armin and eren get sad as they said goodbye to their friend.

She was a very nice girl and I liked her I was glad Eren and armin have finally made their first friend.

We got in the car and Eren kept going on about how his day was. Him and Armin kept explaining everything they did today and I just smiled. I was happy for them.

We got back home and they ran Inside and went straight to the TV.

"Mama can we watch Pokemon" Armin asked.

I smiled and nodded "of course darling I'll get you guys some snacks".

They cheered and put on their show. I made them peanut butter and jelly sandwichs. I brought it over to them and sat with them and watched their show.

After awhile I felt them both fall asleep on my sides. I smiled and rubbed both their heads.....they were my world and I will promise to make sure they stay safe and happy.

I heard my phone buzz and I picked it up.

It was a message from my manager that I would be starting my new manager promotion tommorow!

I was startled at first because my new job started tommorow.

I looked at my information about when I would get off work I sighed in relief I got out in time to pick up Eren and Armin from school.

I looked at my salary AND GOD DAMN THIS JOB PAYS WELL!

It was 30 dollars an hour! I wondered why the other manager quit?

I didn't put much thought to it because I wanted to relax right now with my two boys.

I laid my head back on the couch and fell asleep.

Tommorow everything is gonna change....

I cursed under my breath as I finally arrived at Mikasa's school....I was two hours late.

I walked into the school to see her giving me dirty ass look. I apologized to the staff and thanked them from Watching her.

We got in my car and the ride was silent....

"I'm sorry kid, lilly quit on me and so I had to rush and get you..." I apologized.

She gave me a glare "glad shes gone....I hate when she picked me up" she said quietly.

I glared at her "Mikasa please don't tell me it was you again...."

"She left because of me...everyone always gives up on me....she wasn't even nice dad..." Mikasa explained.

I let out a deep sigh "I have a new one coming tomorrow I looked over her documents she seems like a nice person" I explained.

Mikasa stayed quiet....she had a big grudge against woman....ever since her slut of a mother abandoned us and ruined her.....

I tried my best to date other woman so she could have a mother figure but it never worked....she hated every single woman I dated.....

I decided to give up dating and focus more on Mikasa but now she hates me....

I wasn't a good father in my opinion....I never really had a good father figure when I lived with Kenny...

We got home and Mikasa went into her room.....

I sighed and got her some strawberries to give to her and apologize.

I cut up the strawberries the way she liked them and knocked on her door.

I told her I had strawberries and she let me in. I sat next to her on her bed and handed her the plate of strawberries...

She ate them and smiled from their deliciousness after she finished I took her plate and placed it on her dresser.

I sighed "I'm sorry Mikasa....I really am...I'm trying my best to make you happy and I may just not be a good father for you-" she cut me off.

"Its fine daddy....I'm not mad at you and I Never have been...I know your trying your best and I'm grateful for that....and daddy please don't leave me....I love being with you....I'm sorry for being the reason your manager quit....I promise to be better towards others....I'll stop being a brat...." She said to me with tears.

I hugged her "we can both improve....brat, and I wont abandon you I promise" I said holding her close.

We had our moment and I told her to go to the bathroom and I was going to bathe her. After I bathed her I made her spaghetti.

She finished dinner and we sat in the living room.

"How was your first day of kindergarten kid" I asked.

"I made new friends daddy" she said.

I nodded "I'm glad you made new friends Mikasa"

She grinned "yeah they are good friends....and their mom seems really nice..."

I looked at her surprised she never said anything like that before.

I ruffled her hair "alright it's bed time for you kiddo"

She grinned and ran to her room as I followed. She laid in her bed waiting for me.

I walked in and tucked her in bed and said goodnight. I carefully closed her door and went into my room. I stared at the ceiling in shock. Mikasa never admitted to liking a woman....I sighed maybe I should get in touch with this woman and have her help Mikasa....

I decided to get some shut eye and would worry about it tommorow.
