*Hello lovelies, here is part two chapter 10. This confrontation is between John and Jack. Must read to understand the situation. Enjoy=)*
"You wanted to see me, John?" Jack enters and Grace shuts the door.
John gestures with his left hand for Jack to sit and the boy does so plopping down and making John clench his jaw at the groan the seat gave.
"Do you know why you are here?" John asks wanting to hear Jack say what recklessness he has done under John's nose.
"Is this about the dolphins? Why? Did that love-struck puppy tell you about me being there?" John smiles as Jack reveals the truth.
"So you were there huh?" John stands up from his seat walking around his desk and stands in front of the boy to whom John gave a job.
"Yeah. No big deal though." Wrong words.
SMACK!
"YOU IDIOT! HOW CAN YOU BE SO RECKLESS AND STUPID!" John blows off the fire he had collected the moment Austin mentioned what the boy has done.
Jack remains silent knowing if he does speak he is going to get hit again. After dealing with the man for six years, Jack learns John is someone who isn't so easy to fool.
"You have caused such a mistake I am surprised I am not killing you on the spot. You know fully well Stella's history with loud noises, the dolphin's trauma. I told you never go near the dolphins as they can cause us to lose Sarah!" John shouts and screams furiously at Jack.
"Why? The fish whisperer is nothing and her fishes are just animals. They don't have any feelings!" the volcano that is erupting in John's eyes gave Jack a strong sense of running away. Far away from the man.

Smack!
Jack holds the left side of his face with his hand not meeting his boss's gaze.
"Sarah is the whole reason as to why I hired you to kill her parents. Sarah does not know she is a mermaid borne, she doesn't even know her parents and weak little sister were mermaids. She is my wild card and the golden ticket to this aquarium. "Jack listens intently to what his boss is saying and stays quiet.
"I hired you to kill her parents for Sarah to come to me. I gave thousands of dollars to treat the dolphin with Sarah's surveillance and therapy! Sarah is mine! And if she has a problem, I fix it for her, to keep her within my grasp. She is as much as a caged animal as the one I pay fish to every damn day!" John yells at the boy who continues to not meet his gaze.
He grabs his glass that is half-filled with wine and throws it at the wall. Jack tucks in his head and brings his knees up closer to his stomach. Jack keeps his gaze down blinking away the tears that are filling up.
"You have destroyed all that work of getting Sarah to trust me, away with you banging a simple bucket handle and now, Stella is under her trauma again and Sarah will have to go through another few months to get Stella back on her tailfin!" John finishes his explanation and rant to the boy.
"So, what do we do?" Jack asks with a quiet voice; still meeting his boss's gaze but turns his head toward John.
"We do nothing. I am going to ask Sarah again for her help and I will include the others as well. You on the other hand will be at home for the next two days till I find something else useful for you to do. Got it!" John says pressing his fingers on his nose in between his eyes stressed.

"Got it, sir." Jack waits till he is dismissed. The last time he left without being dismissed, John slices his arm with a knife he holds under his sleeve. Still has the scar to this day.
"Good. Go!" Jack leaves at such speed, John is surprised Jack didn't slip and fall on his face.
"If that boy wasn't so useful, I would have killed him after I got him to kill Sarah's family." John walks back to the chair, sits down, and continues signing papers.
Unbeknownst to the two males, a certain female figure was leaning on the door with her hand over her mouth to prevent the whimpering cries when glass was smashed against the wall. Hearing every word from behind John's office door; she runs off before Jack sees her.
"Sarah, must be told this!"
*Ooohhh, I wonder who was hiding and listening in?

The Plant Dungeon
I wrote this a while ago at my website. It is a mix of cultivation/dungeon with a few LitRPG themes, but not enough to justify the tag. I am migrating it here, so I don't have to keep paying WordPress for the site. I will continue writing this. So... Now for the synopsis. Follow the life of an unusual adventurer who got turned into a dungeon. Well... that was short. I guess I would just suggest reading the first few chapters to see how you like it. (remember, if enough people ask for it, I will continue writing it.) I have no Idea who owns the picture I used for the cover. If you want it down PM me and I'll take it down.
