《True Ruler》Dragons relict!

I saw Ameli-san entering the room and walking straight towards me. My first thought was that she would scold me however I was soo wrong with that.
Ameli: I want to offer you a place in the student council, Iruma-kun.
Me: Huh?
I took the paper from her and she immediately turned around and left the room.
Huh....
Wait what?
You are okay with what happened in this room and all you wanted was give me a leaflet?!
Wha-
There is something going wrong here?
Am I the only normal person here?
... person mean human
... they are demons...
Of fucking course they don't have some common sense like I do!
Thanks to me everything calmed down in seconds and I could walk around and ask them for what they do or what they specialized in. There were so many different battras that it take me a lot of time to get through them all and every one of them had one thing in mind. To get Alice to join them or sometimes even Clara because of her skills and pocket dimension. No one cared for me much which I preferred too.
It took us a while to get through them all and as we were walking back to a nice place to get dome rest, Lied, Elizabeta, Allocer and Caim came over.
Lied: Checking out the battras?
Me: Well, yeah. There are soo many different battras for all kind of aims and purposes. Did you decide on which one you are going to?
Lied: Game Division.
Elizabeta: Beauty.
Allocer: Movie.
Caim: Female body research.
Alice: What idiots!
Elizabeta: Hey!
Lied: What about you Iruma-kun?
Me: I'm-
Lied: I am sure you must be pretty popular.
If that would be the case hahaha
Elizabeta: Right! You're always the focus on attention!
Nope!
Hate to break it but Alice is.

Even Clara has a reputation.
Me: I still don't know.
It was at that moment that I felt something.
Can this be?
No way!
But this Aura!
This must be!
Before I could even listen to what everyone had to say, I closed my eyes and focused on it. There was no doubt in my mind that it was a dragon's relict that was calling out to me.
Me (whispering):
I used my magic to give my words meaning and answered the call from the relict. It was very simple but the words were in the old dragon language.
Lied: Did you say something?
Me: Ah no. I was just thinking.
It didn't take long that a guys was kinda thrown into my direction and only landed face first in front of me.
Me: Oh my gosh! Are you okay?
I immediately kneeled down and looked at the guy that slammed into Lied. Both of them were down on the ground. Lied was okay and was immediately standing up but the other guy had pale white skin and light blue hair as well as dried skin.
???: I am, thanks for asking.
Clara: You bleeding. You sure you okay?
???: Haha thanks. I have a naturally weak body. This happens a lot to me but no one ever told me that my blood looks beautiful.
Me: Are you really okay?
He finally somehow managed to sit up and look at us.
???: I do wonder why I was suddenly dragged or more like thrown here to you ...
Me: Say what is that thing around your collar?
I pointed at his collar. The answer was simple. Now I knew why I had such a useless ring at my hands. It too was a relict. However it's magic was drained and since I had it on me all the time, I just woke it up and called out to the other relicts to call out to me.

???: Ah I see what happened here.
Me: What?
???: Your ring must have reacted to my cheat. You see my collar was made out of the same material. There are other magical tools like these too that helps defeat a boss level.
Something was off this guy and I could feel it! The problem was not that he was weak. His body was only not able to reproduce the desired output but I could tell that he had the same magical aura like a rank 5 student even if he was only rank 2.
Not only did this made me suspicious but he also described his necklace as a tool like my ring. However my ring was also known as the ring of Solomon. The one from legends. This made me wonder if he knew that too and was only downsizing things or if he was an idiot.
However he was none of that. I could see it in his eyes. He was hiding something.
???: I want to create a machine that could be used even by a demon without magical energy.
..
Why do I feel like you are trying to get me to believe you with these words?
I would have done it if I wasn't able to feel the energy around you.
You obviously are not weak but only can't control your output very well if that is even the case!
If my hunch was right than this guy was very dangerous and I wouldn't like if he was left rooming around the hallways like that. I had this feeling that he was up to something and it was nothing good that was for sure.
Me: A demon with no magical energy... huh.
The next day Kallego-sensei gave us all the paperwork we needed to fill out and hand in in order to officially be part of a battra. There was only one battra I was interested in.
That guy was a bad sign and the dragon relict was not in his control anymore after I chose to answer it. My hope was that he would cast it away.
This was how I decided to enter the Magical tool research division with Kirio.
It didn't take long after that that I formally introduced myself to Kirio and told him that I was his new member. The guy was all alone and as I hoped he also threw his collar away. It took him 2 weeks for that.
Me: Kirio-san! Why are throwing your collar away?
Kirio: Oh Iruma it's you. It stopped working and I tried everything I could to get it back to work.
Me: Ahm would you mind if I take it then?
Kirio: No of course not! If this helps you than go ahead and take it.
Me: Thanks!
There was a part of the collar that I took out and quickly created a necklace out of it. Once it was done I could feel the body between the ring and the necklace. They had both dragon energy stored in them.
Not only that, but 3 weeks after I started Alice and Clara transferred into my battra as well. The reason was simple. Clara was thrown out because of how much damage she would make on a daily basis. Alice on the other hand was tasked with all different stuff and got bored in the arena battra. He was one of the strongest member and his goal was to get stronger to protect me but there was no one that wanted to fight him so he needed to hold back every time.
