《Alone (Joocie X Laff!)》4

Yes.
Laff's point of view:
Of course they want to attack now out of all times.... Like they literally could have done this any day in the past 4 years, but they chose the one time that our soldiers won't be prepared. It's kind of like life is out to get our kingdom. We barely have enough money to feed our somewhat large army; we can barely supply weapons! Not to mention that keeping our medics with us has been extremely difficult. We had 27 at the start of this; we now have 3. All I can do is simply hope that whatever happens in this battle, it'll all end just fine.
"Is now a bad time to ask you a question sir?" I was getting quite annoyed of this.
"Yeah, whatever Julio."
"What is our attack plan?"
"I'm not sure, you guys may need to come up with that."
"You're fighting as well, correct?" He knows darn well I ain't got a choice.
"Of course I am, I don't have much of a choice. I'm going to need you to find Hayden."
"I'm on it sir!"
Then he just ran off.
Oh, you don't know Hayden? He leads the army. You'd think me being the king, I might do so, but I chose someone to do it for me. He did it voluntarily too, which helps a lot. I already have to pay all of the royal guards.... You see, I don't actually have to, I just do. I feel like it makes me different than most kings.
Anyways, going back to the present...
Hayden and Julio walked back into the room, I could tell how stressed they both were. I don't blame them either, none of this is supposed to be easy.

"You called sir?"
"Yes, do we have anymore information on the attack?"
"As far as we know, Pika is attacking here tomorrow. We aren't sure if Willow will be joining them or not."
"Attacking here? As in this place? What do you think will happen if they bomb this place? None of us will have anywhere to live, and we'll have no choice but to give up."
"I'm well aware of that, we haven't figured out a way to get them away from the castle."
"You know what, I've got an idea."
This plan had to work, if they're busy fighting at their kingdom, they can't possibly come to ours, right?
"We attack them now. If they are busy fighting in their kingdom they won't have time to come here," I suggested.
"That all sounds great and all, but some of our soldiers aren't prepared. A lot of them are extremely tired. And it's already 12pm, the hike there will take hours!" Julio had a good point there....
"Well, the soldiers will have to toughen up. And if it's already 12pm, we better getting going," Hayden said. It seems like Hayden was in full agreement with this plan.
So after that we all got marching. Of course we needed all of the average items: Weaponry, bandages, horses, the flag, food, even some camping items. Wars aren't any joke, especially not this one. It felt like it took us forever to get prepared, by we had to do this tonight. What if we woke up too late in the morning and they were already on their way to our kingdom? It was too much to risk. It also gives us an advantage though. If we arrive late enough, all of their soldiers will be sleeping. Of course they have some on watch for obvious reasons, but it'd be easier to take them all out at night. You take out all of the guards, and by the time someone wakes up and realizes what's going on, they don't have enough time to get prepared.

Julio, Hayden, and I were all riding on horses up front. We had a someone holding our flag on a horse, a lot of our best soldiers on horses, and the rest walking. We weren't going to go too fast, so they could easily keep up with us. I still kind of feel bad that some of our soldiers are walking a whole 4 and a half hours without any breaks... After I gave them a speech, they all seemed ready for this battle. Deep down inside, nobody's ready for what's going to happen these next few days especially not me. I never planned for something like this to happen.... We had so many allies that were constantly ready for fighting, that Pika never planned on attacking us. I guess it's because they knew that they wouldn't stand a chance against us.
"This is going to be one rough week, you guys prepared?" Julio spoke as if we'd been best friends our whole lives.... I actually have known him for my whole life....
"I'm definitely not. Whatever happens, I want y'all to know... Laff, you're probably the best king we could've asked for. You don't force people to join our army, you try to feed the whole kingdom, you don't make us pay high taxes, you listen to us often, and you're just good all around. It's kind of hard to believe that you're doing all of this to prove to Pika that what they're doing isn't right... I definitely respect you, your majesty."
"I'm actually doing this for my father too, and he kingdom. But thank you so much, I respect you too. You voluntarily took these here soldiers and built them up into what they are now," I said. I meant every word of it too.
"Thank you sir. And Julio, even if it sounds cheesy, you were always like a little brother to me. I know you're the king's assistant, but you were still there when I needed you, thanks man."
Julio looked like he was about to burst into tears or something...
"Thank you! You were always like my big brother..."
It was silent after that... Until Julio said something.
"Well... Let's ride into battle guys!"
The entire army started cheering.
