Akashi being summon by doctor to his room. Akashi goes alone, he know, the doctor is going to tell him about Kuroko's. The others insist on going to but Akashi reject all the request. He assure that he will spread the news to them later. In the end, they just agree.
The doctor welcome Akashi with a greetings. Akashi reply the greetings and smile.
He take his sit in front of the doctor and ready himself to hear what going the doctor says.
"How Kuroko's condition? You're going to talk about the MRI result right?" Akashi asks.
"Yes. Here the MRI scan." The doctor says as he show the picture of Kuroko's brain.
Akashi nods and observe the picture. He can see clearly there a lump inside Kuroko's brain. The same place he have seen before. But.. something wrong there.
"The tumour still there? Does this mean the treatment didn't work?" Akashi could feel like there a lump on his throat. His speak not as calm as he do before.
"The treatment just help us to delay the tumour from increasing its size but badly, it didn't kill the cell. I'm afraid we are to late when we discovering it. The tumour keep on growing. If you can look this is the first MRI. The size bigger this time." The doctor says.
Akashi observe the results. it's true.. this time its bigger.
"But the treatment already take half of him. He suffering lot from the treatment yet it didn't work?" Akashi's voice sound desperate.
"I'm sorry, we can't predict what will happen inside Kuroko's brain. We only trying our best to kill it." The doctor gives apology smile.
Akashi grips the MRI result tightly, frustrate. Why anything won't works?
"We are going to stop his chemotherapy and radiation treatment." The doctor says.
"What?" Akashi shocks, unconsciously yelled at the doctor.
"His body can't take the side effect of the treatment anymore. Chemotherapy and Radiation treatment are not recommended this time." The doctor explains.
"But what else can we do?" Akashi asks again.
"He is terminal, he is going to die. Nothing can we do." The doctor states.
Akashi frowns.
"No way..." mumbles Akashi.
"As the tumour keep growing, Kuroko's brain had nowhere to go but down, into spinal column. There would be no pain from this process and any discomfort Kuroko might have could be obliterated with medication. We will supply you with Dexamethasone to stabilise him for now but it will not last long. Kuroko will gradually sleep more and more, eventually losing consciousness and passing away." The doctor explains. Akashi is speechless as he hear the shocking news from the doctor.
"I am sorry. This is all we can help. Please cherish every moment with him before he die." The doctor continues.

"How much longer, Kuroko-kun have time to live?" Akashi asks, more like mumbles.
"I can't guess but from his current health, he likely have weeks than months to live" Listening to this Akashi couldn't think straight. No way his friend going to die this early! He can't give up now.
"I demand for you to continue the treatment. We can't stop now." Akashi look a bit angry. No, he is angry with the news.
"But it's going to pain Kuroko. His body can't take it anymore with his current state" The doctor keep on reminds Akashi, but Akashi don't care. He want Kuroko to be save, not to give up on him.
"You're going to continue the treatment. This is final" Akashi leave the room instantaneously without looking back.
The doctor become speechless.
==============SA================
Weeks passed, the treatments of Chemo and radiation keep on coming, more gradually this time. Kuroko health have dropped into a risky one. He needs to take blood transfusion and he always having fever. Most of the time. He starting to become bald and too skinny. His appetite have goes wrong, within three days, he only seep a few mouth of porridge. This worry them all, Akashi could feel the stress as he looking how the treatments have done to Kuroko so much. He is weaker 2 times than before but according to Doctor, there is no movement of the tumour right now, which is a good news to Akashi.
"I think we need to stop this. I can't bare looking Kuroko become weaker and weaker each day. We need to stop. It's already kill half of him!" Kagami shouts on the meeting. Yes, meeting between them.
"He can endure it. This is the last method on helping Kuroko to get rid of the tumour. The tumour will die eventually. I am sure of it" Akashi says confidently.
"But, I think this is madness. There is no way a human can withstand the side effect if the treatments are done frequently. We need to stop." Riko says with a begging tone.
"I can't even look Kurokochii's eye right now, it show how tough the treatment for him. How pain Kurokochii is. He is suffering. Can't you see it?" Kise asks Akashi, hoping that the red hair will change his decision.
"So, you want him to die?" Akashi warningly says.
"No, never once I thought of that but if he is going to die, let him die in peace, not torturing him till dead." Kise says, his voice sound like he is going to cry any soon.
"He is not going to die." Akashi angrily says
"Akachin.. Kurochin didn't want to drink his milkshakes. I am sad" Murasakibara tells.
"We are still continuing the treatment." Akashi states and staring at them right through the eyes of everyone which give shiver to them all.

Akashi open the door of Kuroko's room, only to be welcome by harsh sound of someone throwing out. He take a peek. Well, he should know from the first place who is the one making that sound. Kuroko.

Ogiwara holding a basket on his hand, giving the space to Kuroko to throwing out at the basket. On the same time he cares softly on Kuroko's back. His mouth keep on muttering "Everything is going to be alright" on Kuroko's ears.
Akashi observe Kuroko's face. True to be said, his face have change a lot. There is no more baby cheek on his face, being replace by a bones. His eyes look so tired, eye bags could be see clearly.
His hair, is no much there anymore. He look worse than he is few weeks before.
And Akashi know, this is his fault for forcing Kuroko keep on his treatments.
"Are you done now?" Ogiwara softly asks Kuroko.
Kuroko nods weakly. Ogiwara take the basket and move it to other place. Then, he moves toward Kuroko and help him to lay down on the bed.
"Do want anything more?" Ogiwara asks again.
Kuroko shook his head. He didn't utter any words yet today. Maybe because of the tiredness he feels lately.
"You should rest for now. You look so tired." Ogiwara sadly says.
Kuroko nods, closing his eyes.
Ogiwara takes his sit beside Kuroko when he hears Kuroko says something.
"....I want to go home..." Kuroko utters. His eyes is half open, looking at Ogiwara with pleading look on it.
Ogiwara frowns manage to cover back his facial expression. "You can't yet. When you're healthy enough, we are going to take you back home, okay?" Ogiwara is assuring Kuroko with his words.
Kuroko closes his eyes back and nods. Obey everything.
Akashi's heart pained at this.
He can't bare looking Kuroko this hopeless. Not the same Kuroko he known before.
This is all his fault.
He must end this madness.
"Kuroko-kun.." Akashi takes Kuroko's attention.
Both Kuroko and Ogiwara are surprise with the sudden call.
"Oh, Akashi-kun. When do you arrive? I didn't notice." Ogiwara welcome Akashi, telling him to move closer to them.
"Akashi-kun. Domo.." Kuroko greets.
"Domo, Kuroko-kun." Akashi shake hands with Ogiwara and turns to Kuroko.
"How are you doing? Have you got enough sleep?" Akashi asks Kuroko.
"I'm fine, thank you. I do have enough sleep" Kuroko lies. The truth is he barely sleep at night.
"You know you're bad at lying right?" Akashi smirks.
Kuroko just gives a small smile, look more like a force one.
"You look worse Kuroko-kun. I don't think this is call as fine." Akashi adds, brushing Kuroko's cheek softly.
"I'm sorry for making you worry but I'm okay." Kuroko smiles, but still its look weird.
"How many times has he thrown up today?" Akashi changes his attention toward Ogiwara.
"3 times. Nauseous since this morning.. Sometime he just heave, but nothing coming out. Maybe because he has nothing in his stomach anymore." Ogiwara reports.
"That is totally not okay Kuroko-kun." Akashi look disappointed.
"I'm sorry, Akashi-kun. I can't help myself to become healthier. Although numerous of medicine I have consume, it still the same." Kuroko looks down.
"I have one more question." Akashi says. This time his face look a bit cheer up.
"What is it?" Kuroko waits for Akashi question.
"Do you want to go home?" Akashi asks. Kuroko's eyes widen, shining in amusement.
"Is it okay for me to go home?" Kuroko asks back. Akashi giggles as he sees Kuroko's exciting face. It's been awhile since the last time he look at that expression. Kuroko is lacking of emotions since he woke up from coma. No one able to cheer him back before. The disappearance of Momoi and Aomine also effecting Kuroko.
Yeah, they did notice this. They try to contact Momoi and Aomine, to ask what happen between them which cause Momoi and Aomine stop visiting Kuroko.
They didn't tell the truth. Every time they ask, Momoi and Aomine will avoid from questions. They also didn't meet them in a long time. They just disappear like that. Akashi demand for answer, but still both of them managed to escape from Akashi.
One day, they just stop from asking. They just give their full attention on Kuroko since his health have dropped in a short time.
And they are sure, this happening because of the problem between the three of them.
"Of course, we will stop your treatments. You don't need it anymore. We will search for other method to cure you." Akashi keeps on giving the reassuring smile to Kuroko. Ogiwara looks so happy with Akashi's decision. He has been holding on himself from crying because of Kuroko's suffering. Every day, he wish that he can share Kuroko's pain. So that it can lift of Kuroko's burden even for a small part.
"I.." Kuroko looks down first. Akashi and Ogiwara are waiting for Kuroko next words.
Kuroko rises his head, with full confident and happiness.
"I want to go home!" Kuroko shouts. Akashi and Ogiwara giggle at this. Kuroko look cute like that.
"Okay, I will make you're wish come true." Akashi smiles.
"..hmmm.." Kuroko nods excitingly. He can't wait anymore to feel his freedom once again. He is going to get out from this hellish place. No more chemotherapy, no more radiation. No more pain thing!
"I'm glad for you, Kuroko-kun!" Ogiwara hugs Kuroko tightly. Kuroko struggles in Ogiwara's hug but eventually he hugs Ogiwara back. Sharing his happiness with his brother.
"Thank you.."

Meek
After failing as an apprentice cooper and a town guard, Eli finds his place at the Rockbridge archives. Sure, he's the oldest 'junior scribe,' but he likes the job. And he's good at it, too. Then he completes an apparently-insignificant project, and the brutal reaction shocks him--with consequences that eventually shake the world. Eli gains powers. Rare and inhuman abilities. He progresses slowly, steadily, and not without setbacks. He changes, too. Is he a hero, a villain, a human, a monster? Depends who you ask. Meek is an epic fantasy with elements of progression. The basic magic is simple: five Paths, each with a different powerset. However, complexity arises from combinations, and the protagonist wields a magic all his own. Meek is set in the Valley, the only (as far as anyone knows) human empire that survived a Final Battle against a terrible foe. The Valley is warded against infiltration, but the enemy learned how to warp human souls, to foment discord within. However, another soul is also ... changed. Perhaps even 'warped.' And that soul is starting on a long (long, long) path that might, one day, prove that the Final Battle wasn't so final after all.

Dungeon Core Chat Room.
This is a slower-paced "experiment and dungeon building" web novel that tries to use the idea of peer-to-peer communication with Dungeon Cores instead of Dungeon to slave monster communication to break up the detailed dungeon building. Rank 1 description: (minimum met for system initialization...detailed description as follows) Each race was given a system by the gods to make up for their shortcomings and balance their place in this world. Humans: Abysmally bad at understanding and using magic unable to use more than the lowest of magic were given the "Skill System" magic in the form of premade skills with use, study, and mastery tied to experience. Elves: Intuitively understand magic and have long lives leading to vast knowledge and skill in their chosen fields. However, as a species, they have nearly zero sex drive and less than low fertility, so they were gifted the "World Tree System" with experience gained through the care of natural areas – gifting the chance of children to increase their numbers without dirty copulation. All “natural” or “wild” monsters are given an "Evolution system" designed around killing and consuming as many creatures as possible, slowly increasing strength and, at thresholds, allowing mutations to alter them multiple times. Dungeon cores are different. Unlike humans, they can see, manipulate and live off mana. Unlike Elves, they naturally crystallize after extended periods of time in high mana level areas. However, they cannot easily move or communicate and typically go insane without companionship. As a species other than the odd eccentric they are unimaginative. Brute forcing solutions without the drive to truly innovate. Thus they have been gifted with the "Dungeon Connection System" a magical version of the internet accessible by their peers that allows them to barter and sell: bait, traps, monsters, and knowledge, as well as entertain each other with “adventure streams” using exciting recorded battles and humorous reels of arrogant chumps biting off more than they can chew to often fatal effects. This is the casual story of a dungeon unluckily spawned far from potential adventurers forced to innovate beyond its peers to find its place in this world. Rank 2 Description: Justification. I've been on a dungeon core kick for months and while I love the genre – it's sparse with entries. Often the forced conflict gets repetitive and frantic solving of threats "power levels" the protagonist to god levels to progress the plot – taking away the nice steady progression fantasy I'm looking for. (Progression in this story is linked to how strong of monsters/traps/whatever he can create not his "level"...this is demonstrated by some of his newer monsters beating his older monsters not with discrete "this monster has 10 attack this one has 40") Additionally, the focus on 3rd parties with their drama takes away from the reason I’m reading dungeon core novels in the first place – I'm looking for magical crafting, experimentation and kingdom building – not defence from higher and higher levelled enemies looking to steal/destroy/control the MC. This novel is kind of just me writing the story I wish I could read. I like thinking about the experimentation that can be done in fantasy settings using 'mana' as an excuse to make up rules and try to keep them internally consistent. IE once I define how a rule works, I'm going to commit to keeping it – no breaking hard truths I've given when it's convenient, even if it backs me into a corner. Hopefully, that should make the story interesting to read even if it's SOL and less action-oriented. There will be problems to solve and a clear progression in strength (of created monsters and knowledge) however due to not wanting to force conflict for the sake of conflict the general theme will be closer to slice of life with few action sequences and no overarching goal so please keep that in mind when picking this up as the genre is not for everyone. Finally, I have a clear goal of what I want from this story (not an endless romp but a series of arcs and then a conclusion that's a couple of dozen medium-sized chapters long) I want to commit to finishing it or at least bringing it to a point of rest. I hate all the engaging stories that stop with a “hiatus” indefinitely so in the event I lose motivation I'll work to end this even if the ending becomes rushed/unsatisfying just to give a sense of closure. I’m planning on including several polls in terms of direction and taking feedback heavily into account if I get enough readers (but may choose to ignore it if it deviates too far from the direction I want to take this as in feedback like: “The MC needs a cartoonishly evil arch-enemy that wants to enslave him and force the mc to pump out magic items” or “the MC needs to make a body and learn teleportation then live with humans” will get shot down without consideration.)
