A/N I SAW ALL THE COMMENTS ABOUT THE IMAGE IN THE LAST CHAPTER AND WHEN I FOUND IT IT WAS ON A PNG OF SUNDROP JUST SO YOU KNOW
You sprinted out of there like hell, heading back towards the kitchen. You didn't care about anything else you didn't care about how your lungs burned as you ran you didn't care about the pain in your chest you just had to make sure he was okay. You busted through the doors, breathing heavily as you ran back to where you had left moon. Both him and chica were gone. "Oh god oh my god" you said in a panic, curling into the fetal position and holding the sides of your head, covering your ears. "Oh god where is he did she take him? Oh god fuck"
Suddenly you heard the kitchen doors slam open, you hid behind one of the sauce dispensing machines, peeking around it to see who came in. It was monty, you could tell his ai was still under control by the way he walked in. He seemed angry and was calling out for Gregory. You shifted behind the counters, avoiding monty quietly as you moved towards the door, that was until you bumped into something that had fallen off the counter, making a noise.
Monty quickly whipped around and stared at you, growling as he ran towards you. You shot up, running out of the kitchen. Where were you running? You didn't know but you had to find somewhere to hide. You could hear monty running after you as you ran upstairs, dashing into the crossed off area of the pizza plex. The area had once belonged to bonnie when he was still in commission. You lost monty as you ran inside, busting into a room with a small curtain at the back. Parts and service was a few rooms away and you had a hunch "vanny" had put both chica a moon there.

You made your way to parts and service, looking around at all of the forgotten bonnie products and bowling balls. Man why did they have to get rid of bonnie... you soon arrived at parts and service, you couldn't help yourself as you raced to open the door. Nothing was there or what looked to be nothing until you saw a recharge station in the corner. You looked inside to see moon!! You felt a bit of hope as you slammed your hand on the small window. "MOON!!" You shouted, not caring about who heard you as you looked around to see if you could open the station.
You stood there pitifully as you stared at moon, you didn't know how to open it, you felt so helpless as tears began to form in your eyes. Eventually his eyes opened, it caught you off guard at first before you smile, your face still red from all the crying you did that night and the fact you were crying again. He looked at you with a concerned look. You couldn't answer him you were just so happy he was okay, you couldn't even find the words. Both sundrop and Moondrop had kept you safe the entire time you were locked in that damn pizza plex, the amount of trauma you both had to experience tonight really gave you a bond as bad as that sounds.
They both really seemed to care about you from the hours you've spent together and you cared for them too. It didn't take you long to open the recharge station since moon was now awake. As soon as he came out you collapsed into him, hugging him tightly. You couldn't help but start to sob as you felt him wrap his arms around you, bending down slightly. His tone was firm, you could sense anger in his voice but he was trying to stay calm.

"I..." you tried to find the words to say but you just couldn't, it just came out as a string of words vaguely forming a sentence. "I-..roxy she..I don't..you just..you shut down- i-i didn't know what to do-" you said as he picked you up. his voice was calming, still angry, but calming. You leaned your head on his shoulder as he just held you for a bit, like you did with him. Then a thought came to your mind. Why was moon in a recharge station but chica was gone..? Did vanny, whoever that was, put him there? Did they already do something with chica? These thoughts made your heart race.
You heard moon say in a soft tone, "n-no.." you interrupted, "vanny will just shut you down again i-i-..we can't do that.." He said he sounded angry again, continuing to carry you out of the room. "W-Where are we going..?" You said, holding onto moon tighter as you left the room. "me..? What about you??" You started to squrim slightly in his grip, "n-no!! Let me go with you! You can't just leave me!!" Once you said this, moon hesitated for a moment.
"not without you! Face it vanny can shut you down like it's nothing and even if she couldn't she'd surely find me!" You said in an upset tone. Moon sighed with a defeated nod.

Age of Regression
[Author's Thoughts] Dropped, obviously. Still, it's my first attempt at a novel and I do love what I did with it. Big step towards learning. Far in the past, there was a civilization much more advanced than the one of modern times. Evidence of that time remains, but it is all but shrouded in mystery as there remains no way to decipher it. Currently, normal individuals wage war with guns and smaller machinery, but those who can wield a higher power vary in their abilities. Scales, born upon humans, are a mystery in their origins but are the source of their abilities and their way towards advancement. Although normally powerless, humans have adapted to the scales and thus can connect with the power of the universe, much like the other races that inhabit its various corners. In one of these corners, there exists a human settlement where Lancing follows his father's footsteps to begin his own ascent to power. However, he finds he is far different from his gifted father, whose scales below his eyes were among the purest ever seen, reaching gem-like quality. Far from perfect, Lancing shows no desire to give up and ceaselessly moves forward to reach the peak of the universe. However, he begins to notice that the mysteries of the universe slowly begin to unravel in front of his eyes. To reach the heavens, Lancing must carve his own path.
