《Sticky Love - OsaYama (Osamu x Yamaguchi) -Haikyu!!-》Chapter 4: Locked

Of course, Yamaguchi would need to change first since he just finished a match. He knew his team saw Osamu approached him, so he expected they will be all over at his about this. And he was right. The moment he opened the door, the Karasuno boy's squealed out Tadashi's name, giggling collectively.
"Yamaguchi's going on a date!" Nishinoya chanted at the locker room, startling the poor freckled boy as he took off his clothes to change.
"What the heck!?" He shouted, gripping his clothes tightly on his chest. "It's not a date!" Stuttering and sweating, to prove it's not a date.
"Having lunch with someone alone, on this beautiful day at a restaurant to celebrate a victory doesn't count as a date?" Sugawa said, smiling at his little baby boy.
Yamaguchi turned to Sugawa, pouting in his direction for this betrayal. "Suga-san! Not you too!"
"Who are you going out with again?" Daichi said, looking at him. Meanwhile, Tsukishima is quietly listening in to them.
Yamaguchi looked down, as the blood rises up to his cheeks. "Samu-san."
"Come to think of it, I did hear him shout your name a few times when you served," Kinoshita said, rubbing his chin. "His accent kinda sounds adorable, to be honest."
Tanaka grinned, snickering a little. "Wait till he shouts it in bed," Noya walked to him to snicker with him as they stared at Yamaguchi, wiggling their eyebrows together. Ennoshita just chops the back of the head of the two idiots, banishing the dirty thoughts from the conversation.
"Damn, you're lucky Yamaguchi!" Hinata said, crossing his arms. "Osamu looks like a chill guy but I prefer Atsumu, to be honest." Kageyama's ear suddenly grew big, trying to make sure he heard that right.

"When did you and Osamu even met?" Asahi said as he ties his hair.
"Wait, are we just gonna ignore what Hinata just said?" Narita narrowed his eyes at the orange-haired boy.
"Yes, please don't ignore it!" Yamaguchi stuttered. "He looks like he likes him! Jump one that guys!"
"Yamaguchi!" Hinata cried out, blushing intensely at the freckled boy's attempt of misdirection. His blush disappeared, replaced by a face of fear, and dread when he felt a chilling stare aimed at him. He slowly looks around and saw Kageyama staring at him with sinister intent.
"Looks like Hinata won't be walking tomorrow," Nishinoya whispered with a wide grin on his face. "I hope you too, Yamaguchi."
"Shut up!" Yamaguchi shouted before walking out the door, slamming the door behind him. As soon as he stepped outside, he saw Nekoma walking by them, who stopped for a moment staring at the freckled boy. Yamaguchi titled his head, wondering what's wrong.
He noticed other people were looking at him too for some reason when he looked down, he finally saw why. Yamaguchi quickly turned around to go back inside, but it appears he locked it by accident.
"Guys! Open up!" Yamaguchi cried out, banging the door with his right hands while his left hand was covering his chest. His whole body turned to a tomato."Guys, I'm freezing out here!"
Kuroo and the others laughed a little, Kenma took out his camera and took photos while Lev just froze, blushing intensely. When Inuoka and Shibayama saw Lev's expression, he turned to each other and smiled, excited that they were going to get free lunch from Yamamoto since their hunch was right.
Meanwhile, inside. "Should we open it?" Sugawara giggled a little.

"Wow, didn't think I'd see this side of you Suga-san," Kageyama said as he chocked Hinata around his arm for what he said earlier about Atsumu.
"I think we should let him in now." Asahi stuttered worried that he might catch a cold.
As they continued to argue, Tsukishima just went over to the door and let the freckled boy in. The Karasuno team just smirked at him, some giggling at what happened.
"I forgot to put a shirt on," Yamaguchi said with a soft and faint voice, blushing even harder. People even saw his freckled brown skin, slightly tone muscles, and erect nipples, saluting for all to see.
Outside, Lev just fainted on top of Inuoka and Yaku. His face was still steaming red. "Oi! Slendy-man! Get off!" Yaku shouted.
"I think we should bring him to the clinic." Inouka stuttered, panicking at the sight of their fallen member.
Kuroo just smirked at Kenma, handing out his hands for his reward. "I can't believe I lost a bet." He muttered before handing out the money they've agreed upon.
"You may be good at reading people but I'm better at reading emotions, dear."
The entire Nekoma team raised Lev over their head, carrying him like a rockstar that was trying to surf the crowd. Instead of a rockstar, it was a very tall unconscious cinnamon roll.
Osamu noticed a group piling up in front of Karasuno. Wondering if there is some sort of show. "What the heck!?" He cried out when he saw Nekoma carrying someone across the hall. Maybe it was some sort of ritual they do when they lose?
Since playing volleyball, oddities and bizarre things became a common occurrence for the gray-haired boy. He started meeting cool, interesting, and weird people, like Nekoma earlier. He also began to tolerate his brother more. He began to like someone.
There were so many things he can thank volleyball for but, somehow he felt like this wasn't a long-term thing. Sure he was a great player but he wasn't a volleyball monster, unlike his brother.
They were in their second year now, which means the time for him to hang his hat is near. He always feels guilty when his brother talked about the two of them being pro, the smile he makes, his excitement. He didn't want to break them. As negative thoughts of the future plague him, he suddenly heard a familiar voice bringing him back to the present.
It was Yamaguchi, running towards him. "Samu-san!"
He waved back, greeting him with a smile. He thought he would stop next to him but he was wrong, Yamaguchi grabbed his hands pulling him towards the exit.
"The Onigiri Place is closing early!" The freckled boy tightened his grip on Osamu's hand. The rush of the wind hits their faces. "Come on, we have to hurry!"
"Alright!" The gray-haired shouted, holding Yamaguchi's hand tighter.
Osamu always had a bad habit of overthinking stuff, especially when it comes to the future. But for now, his fears would have to wait, because right now, he had to focus on running. To focus on his holding on to Yamaguchi. To focus on this moment and nothing else.

Path of Righteousness
What do you desire? What are you afraid of? You run away from one, pursuing the other. Is that all you are? Conquer your fears. Dig to the bottom and confirm, what you really want... ...For you cannot escape suffering and death. You only have a little time. Use it wisely. Uru, a young boy with no talent for magic or fighting, sets out on a quest to become an avatar of order, the physical embodiment of righteousness, in a distant future, where control of origin energy allows people to defy physics and manipulate causality. Mocked by fate and broken by impossible dreams, all that's left is to stand in defiance to cruel existence. Because there is a Truth out there, somewhere. Singular, transcendent, eternal. What would you sacrifice for it? *** This is a fantastic sci-fi epic. It's going to blend both western and eastern traditional fantasy tropes – like might & magic and cultivation – with rational sci-fi grounded fully in reality, to produce a purely fictional fairy tale. I'd like to deliver something light-hearted and yet wholly serious. An uplifting adventure exploring the unfathomable reaches of humanity, free of indecency, with a healthy dose of humorous banter, legendary beings, and most importantly – lots of exciting, firework-filled mayhem! I've tried reading many web novels, but there's a fundamental problem with them – the eastern ones are annoyingly repetitive, superficial and morally destitute, while western ones are often dark, convoluted and profane. There's only so much one can do to filter out the bad and try to fill in the gaps with their own imagination. It's one thing to eat tasty fast food, but if it's moldy and filled with toxins, then it's not only poisonous, but also disgusting. The appreciation of beauty and higher values is disappearing at an alarming rate. Although there are throngs of talented people out there, none of them are creating what I want to witness – an inspiring battle against impossible odds, ending in absolute victory. A triumph of the spirit so overwhelming, it crushes the spectator into his seat and takes his breath away. I'm looking for a real paragon, so now I'd like to try conceiving one. *** The MC's name comes from Tolkien's Elven dictionary in Silmarillion, 'Uru' meaning 'Fire', and 'Dagnir an Uruloki' meaning 'Slayer of Dragons'. *** Note: I'm neither a native speaker, nor an aficionado of literature – I've never written anything before, and despite proficient English my literary prowess is abysmal. It therefore takes me a painful amount of effort to polish the chapters and bring them up to par. Last year I wrote and posted some on FictionPress, but I stopped since it wasn't going anywhere. The appalling amount of filth and mediocrity being peddled in all the media nowadays – a result of no conspiracy to manipulate the masses, but plain supply and demand – is no longer just the triumph of form over substance, but most worryingly corruption of the latter. Who wants to read about ideals anymore? And yet, masses flock together to gobble up perversion and depravity. That being said, I can't rule out pitiful exposure as the culprit to my failure, so I am now once again trying to increase it here, possibly for the last time. If there are still human beings present, hungry or in need of a detox after eating too much garbage, make yourselves heard, so I can see a reason to continue the story. Otherwise it's pointless – I'm not going to make fodder for the masses, and I'm most certainly not going to throw pearls before swine. I'll simply stop writing altogether.
