《Sticky Love - OsaYama (Osamu x Yamaguchi) -Haikyu!!-》Chapter 5: Date

Osamu slowly rubbed Yamaguchi's back, as the freckled boy kneeled down on the ground, in front of the "Close" sign. The only thing missing was funeral music to make it seems more dramatic. They run as fast as they can, almost got hit by a bike but some things aren't just meant to be. Especially if it turns out they're closed for renovations.
"I'm so sorry!" Yamaguchi covered his face in embarrassment. "I made you run all this way for this too!"
"It's alright, I skipped morning jog to watch you during your match, so I guess it's all good." Yamaguchi snapped his head to him and just stared at the gray-haired boy. Wait, did I say something wrong? It took a few seconds for him to register what he just said.
" Wait, I didn't mean it like that! I meant I just wanted to see your face again!" Wrong again idiot! "I mean I wanted you to spike me!" How is this getting worst!? The gray-haired boy just covered his mouth, something he should have done earlier.
"Sure, I will be glad to." Yamaguchi smiled at him.
HUH!? Osamu just turned to him, shocked by what he said.
"Isn't that a lingo for practice?"
Oh, thank God you're literally an angel. "Yes, that is correct." Osamu stuttered, slowly regaining his composure. "I know I place where we can eat, follow me." They went to a busy market, flooded with people and food stands. "Give me your hand," Osamu said, to which Yamaguchi agreed.
The two didn't want to lose each other in this crowd, especially Yamaguchi since he's not familiar with this place at all. So he was definitely nervous especially after the fortune teller from Karasuno's School Fair told him that if ever he got lost in a crowd he will never be found again.
Everyone knows this is all bogus though. The fortune-teller even says that Hinata, one of the healthiest members of their team will fall ill at a crucial moment. Definitely, something that can't happen, right?

Osamu suddenly got a call from his brother. "Samu! Where are you!? We're having lunch at-"
"I'm sorry, I can't hear you," Osamu said, making noises like there was a power interruption. Yamaguchi just covered his mouth trying to not laugh. "I'm going in a tunnel. I'll text you guys later. Bye." Then he hanged up.
"That was horrible." Yamaguchi laughed. "It didn't sound like an interruption at all. You should gurgle a little more, my tip is built up some saliva it'll make it sound more believable."
Osamu just grins at his suggestion, shocked that he knows something like that but he was definitely gonna use it. "I'll take note of that," Osamu said before grabbing Yamaguchi's hand again, heading to a barbecue stall.
"That bitch hang up on me!" Atsumu shouted, bringing attention to the table they were at. Kita just bops his head to calm him down. "It's bad enough Sakusa ditched me to go to the hospital and have an emergency checkup, then my own flesh and blood abandoned me too!"
"Pretty sure anyone would," Suna said before sipping his tea.
"Why you-!"
Before Atsumu can finish, Aran pointed outside. "Isn't that Samu?" He said. "That guy he is with looks familiar." It didn't take long until they realized he was from Karasuno.
Osamu and Yamaguchi were eating some barbecue on a stick as they walked around checking out other stalls. But more importantly...
THEY'RE HOLDING HANDS!?
The entire team shouted, Kita just plugged his ear with his hands.
"Holy shit, he finally has a boyfriend." Akagi blushed, clearly happy for Samu.
"God Damn it," Suna said before reaching for his wallet, taking out some cash, and gave it to Ginjima, Aran, and Riseki. "Can't believe I lost a bet."
"Wanna spy on them?" Riseki looked at the others.
Kita thought it was a stupid waste of their free time and spoke out."That's a terrible i-" Before Kita can finish the whole team agreed. It seems it was decided. Can't believe this is how I'll spend my day off. Kita sighed.

So it begins. The Inarizaki High team members tailed Osamu and Yamaguchi. Suna made sure to take pictures, wondering if they can use them as blackmail later on. It didn't take long for Osamu to noticed them following him, it's kinda hard not to since they were literally tailing them as a group. They looked like a pack of gazelle making sure their children weren't eaten by a predator.
"I felt a disturbance in the air."
"Is something wrong, Samu-san" Yamaguchi turned to him.
"Run," He whispered before running away, his grip on Yamaguchi tightens. The team was shocked, it seems they have been found, so no sense in hiding it anymore.
"What's going on Sam-" When Yamaguchi turned around he saw a group of people chasing after them. Yamaguchi just screamed in panic, running a lot faster because of the adrenaline kicking in. "Are those gang members coming for our organs!?"
"Worst, they're my team."
The two ran and ran, and managed to finally lose them when they passed a crowded area. They found a vacant corner, a good place enough to take a breather.
"YOu think we lost them," Yamaguchi said as he leaned against the wall panting heavily. Osamu moved close to the wall, pressing his hands against the red brick, not realizing he was basically pressing against Yamaguchi too. Osamu peeked outside and was relieved to not see a familiar face while Yamaguchi faced away, their faces inches from each other.
"I think so," Osamu said, "Give it a few minutes though, I mean they could have scattered to try and find us." Osamu leaned closer, his breath a little heavy from all the running.
Yamaguchi can't help but giggle remembering how scary his teammates look when they chased after them. "I felt like we were running from zombies too," He said excitedly. "I heard there was a marathon where you get chased by zombies or aliens. Zombies I get but aliens? Really? I mean-"
"Who would run from aliens, they're cool!" The two of them shouted together, completing the sentence. Both of them just burst out laughing at how dorky they sound.
They were right and wrong, aliens were cool but depending on what alien thought. Green humanoid aliens who want to make contact with humans cool. Aliens who wanted to snack on people, not cool. Unless you're into tentacle porn. No judgment.
Oh my God, he's perfect. Osamu stared intensely at the freckled boy's eyes. I can't look away!
Meanwhile, Yamaguchi is panicking too. He's so close, and too hot. Holy shit! He can feel the heat on his face. Why does he have to look at me like that!?
Why are you staring at me like that? Should I go for it? What if he doesn't like it? Fuck it!
And then, the two locked their lips together. Osamu's eyes widened when he felt Yamaguchi's tongue enter his mouth. This was his first kiss and he clearly wasn't expecting it to have so much tongue action. Yamaguchi put his hands around Osamu's waist starling the gray-haired boy for a second before doing the same.
The kiss was messy, hot, and intense. It lasted for a solid minute. When they both pulled away, the two just stared at each other, both thinking. Well, that just happened....
I'm starting to write another story, this time it's Kyotani x Yamaguchi. Rare pair I know. I was supposed to make a Yamaguchi harem so why not just branch them out. XD
You can check them out if you like. :D

Lone: The Wanderer [Rewrite]
Nine-to-five. The daily grind. Life. Painful years of school. Working as a slave for some undeserving corporate big-wig. The monotonous life of unemployment. We all experience this in one way or another, and we can all conclude one thing: it's dull. Such a fact rings true even for the fabled Lone Immortus, a powerful nine-tailed Golden Foxkin. However, what would you do if your monotony was suddenly ground to a halt and you were thrown out of your comfort zone along with a young girl forgotten by time? Perhaps you might have done things differently, been more organised, immediately died, gained control of the world in a matter of days, but this is Lone's tale, not yours. Watching two insecure people struggle to survive and find their place in an unfamiliar land just might be enjoyable to witness. Who knows? One thing's for certain: it won't be an easy path for them to tread, and what could possibly be more entertaining than watching people endure hardships and grow? I know of at least eight gods that would answer with, 'Absolutely nothing.' I wonder, after seeing this journey from start to finish, how would you answer?
