Chapter 29
SeniaMarie Milano
I had woken up with a slight headache, side effects were really starting to kick in as I found myself tired, spitting and sleeping most days.
Today was just another day whereas I had to get up and just do me, getting out of me bed I checked my phone seeing that five orders were placed in the last 24 hours. I sighed going over to my closet and finding something to wear today due to my appointment being today.
It wasn't anything serious but after telling my doctor that I was experiencing light headedness a lot, she simply told me to come in. I personally thought it was nothing, but Rah wouldn't drop it so I decided to just get this done and over with.
Getting Tae uniform ready, I decided to wake him one time. My appointment was for eight and it was already 7 o'clock.
"Come on Tae, Let's go." I said nudging him lightly.
"But Nia, I don't wanna go." He groaned.
"Deontae get up. We have to get going." I said sternly hearing him sigh as he sat up rubbing his eyes with a frown on his face.
"Whats going on with you Deontae?" I asked as he pouted.
"Nothing." He mumbled crawling out of bed as my eyes shifted from the bed to him.
Shaking my thoughts, I went to my room to do my hygiene and freshen up. After being done I walked to Tae's room to check on him as he sat on the bed with his head hung down.
"Baby you ok?" I said walking over to him. Something was obviously bothering him now.
"You gonna send me away." He said to me as my face scrunched in confusion.
"What're you talking about Deontae?" I asked hearing him sniff.
"The new baby is gonna come and have all of you're attention. I won't matter anymore." He mumbled the last part.
"Baby that not true. No one is gonna take your place. You'll always be my big baby." I said tickling him as he let out a small grin.
"I don't want you to ever say or think anything like that you hear?" I asked him and he nodded.

"Now let's get you dressed." After helping him get dressed, I got him some breakfast and not long after Rah had messaged me saying that he was outside.
Ensuring that everything was left in tacked at home dropping off Tae was the next stop.
"Ok Ms. Milano, it appears that you're anemic which is now just taking its toll seeing that you'll be sharing you're blood supply." She smiled reading off of a form.
"Now I don't want to prescribe you anything as yet. But as of right now I do need you to start eating foods that are high in iron, such as beets or beets juice." She said causing me to scrunch my face in disgust.
"I know I know, but you're gonna have to and I'm really hopping for a natural birth." She said writing some things down.
"Can something go wrong if I have a c-section?" I asked with my brow raised.
"We're hoping not if that does became an option. But considering that you are anemic we don't know what you're status will be when time comes for delivery and we don't need anything that will result in a lot of blood loss." She finished as I looked up at Rah who was listening intensely.
"So what do we do on our side to ensure this doesn't happen?" Rah asked.
"Like I said foods that are highly concentrated in iron for the next couple months would be a great boost." She said as Rah nodded giving me a stern look.
...
"I hope you heard her." Rah warned. All he was doing now was talking about how I had to eat healthy and stuff and it was really getting on my nerves.
I mean I appreciated it all but I just wanted to eat what I wanted to and obviously that was too hard to do considering me or my baby's life could be on the line.
We had just gotten from Walmart where he'd went shopping for foods that the doctor had recommended for me. It was definitely a lot of shit I didn't naturally eat. I wasn't into arguing with this man and I wasn't putting my health on the line like that, I'd be three months in the next two day and I was already over it when it came to dealing with this pregnancy. I've barely had any real symptoms yet and I was already irritated.

"I hear you Rahmik." I mumbled sighing as we pulled up to his house.
"Here, Imma bring the stuff in." He said handing me the keys as I got and went inside. Setting the keys down on the granite countertops I made my way upstairs and figured I'd get some rest.
Passing two of the four rooms he had I chose to walk inside of the one that was closer to his. It was weird discussing moving back together just before the baby was born. I agreed though.
I wanted my baby to have that two parent home that I've never had, and I was willing to put away all my selfishness aside to make this happen. I mean as far as now we weren't going through anything serious and I had made it clear that I still wanted to be with him. He didn't exactly made it clear about wanting to be with me, but he said he wanted me here just so I can have someone to 'look after me' for the time being.
Going over to the drawers I noticed that they were dusty, this was another room that had its own bathroom so I guess it would be better. Plus it was the closest to Rahmik's.
Pulling open the drawers I saw a lot of little trinkets. Buttons, needles, cards.....condom wrappers? I furrowed my brows in confusion as a spark of anger ran through my body.
"I guess after we find out the gender we can do the decorating." He said as my head snapped towards him to the door.
"Are you serious Rahmik?" I said feeling the tears flood the rim of my eyes.
"What, why you cryin'?" He asked confused and I held up the condom wrapper showing it to him.
"Why, and then ask me to be here knowing that you're having women over y-"
"Bro you needa chill, they ain't mine." He said holding up his hand as I raised my eyebrow giving him a 'really' expression.
"Baby they not, Tez was stayin here from for the past two months now." I watched as he walked passed me and over to the closet opening it.
I saw clothing that definitely wasn't Rah's, and I could've felt myself catching some breath.
"You be on some wild ass shit yo'." He chuckled but I didn't find anything funny.
"You neva' gone get it..." he said shaking his head walking out of the room leaving me there.
Sighing deeply I threw the wrappers back into the drawer and made my way to his room where he was now taking off his shirt, I threw the cover halfway off so that I could lay down.
I watched him walk over to his closet as I heard shuffling and decided to close my eyes.
I soon felt the bed shake a bed and then it did a dip.
"Embarrassment gotcho' ass huh..." I heard him laugh.
"Nope, I can breath now." I admitted with my eyes still closed which only made him laugh harder.
"What we namin' him?" He asked causing my eyes to open.
"I don't know, I haven't thought about it." I shrugged.
"If it's a girl you get to name her, if it's a boy I get to name him..." He said sounding convincing and I nodded.
"We have to agree on the name still though."
"You ain't find a girls name?" He asked in disbelief and I giggled nodding.
"Yea I have actually...Reighlynn." I said and he nodded.
"I like that but if it's a boy. Reagan." He said and I rolled my eyes slightly.
He always had mentioned the name to me, and since we hadn't brought up kids in awhile I didn't think that it was something he was serious about. But I guess I was wrong.
"Ok."
