Professor Minerva Mcgonagall was currently in hogsmeade, supervising the young wizards and witches whilst having a pleasant time of her own. She took a sip of her drink and watched the snow fall when she felt a soft pull on her green and black robe. The teacher looked around to find no one that was until she looked down. A small child about 6 or 7 sitting in the snow with watering eyes. "Can you help me?" The child asked in a quiet voice. Mcgonagall was shocked at the sudden surprise of a 6 or 7 year old sitting at her feet. "M-my name is (Y/N)" (Y/N) said looking at the ground . "Ok (Y/N), what's your last name" Minerva asked thinking a teacher/student perhaps drank to much butterbeer and forgot to keep an eye on their sibling. " Um... I'm not sure" (Y/N) responded with a sad tone. Mcgonagall knew she needed to help the poor child but without a surename it was impossible. Minerva reached out for the child and was struck by the freezing cold skin of them. As soon as Minerva picked them up, they fell asleep. When the two reached the common room (Y/N) was placed on the sofa next to the concerned teacher. Who was this child and who were their parents?
