《KATANA ~ a MHA fanfic》Chapter 26 - Old friends

The sisters looked at each other before slowly sitting back down on their chairs. There was a loud creaking noise as they did so, it startled Anna but Katana had her mind focused on Shigaraki. She needed to ask the right questions if she wanted to know the real truth about her.
"Tell me, Shigaraki. Aren't you supposed to be locked up?"
"You should know by now that no prison can hold me..."
He turned to face the white haired girl, with his red eye staring intensely into hers.
"Now, back to business. I need you to stay here until I figure out what to do with you..."
He turned to an angry Anna and smiled creepily.
"And I don't have much use of you..."
He began to walk towards the door and gave the other villains a look before exiting the room. Now, the girls were alone in the room but none of them could get any words out. Usually they're the ones to do the kidnapping and killing, it was weird being the victim. After a while, the black haired assassin spoke up.
"So... he's kidnapped you before."
"I don't actually remember it, but I guess if I'm Zella, then I got kidnapped by him 5 years ago... But more importantly, what has dad done for Shigaraki wanting to kill you in return?"
"Dad has done a lot of messed up things, it shouldn't come as a surprise really. And I disagree, it's not more important. What's important, is that you get some answers before we bust out of this place."
"Sh-Shigaraki!" Katana called out, hoping only he would come in.
"What do you want?"
"I want answers. I lost 5 years of my life because of you, you could at least tell me if I'm about to lose 5 more..."
"Hmm..."
He stepped closer to the girls who's chains were broken, but they still sat as still as ice.
"It's... something you don't have at the moment. But we're working on that."

"And what's that?"
"You really don't know?" another creepy smile appeared on his face, showing his yellow teeth. He let out a little chuckle before speaking.
"I guess it's been a long time... but I thought you would've remembered, little Inazuma."
The name triggered something in Katana. She couldn't move, it was hard to breathe and her head was pounding. Even Shigaraki was taken aback by her suddenly struggling with herself.
Anna wanted to rush to her sisters side, but she didn't dare to move or Shigaraki would've turned her to dust in an instant.
"Little inazuma... don't worry, he'll be here soon to get me what I want and then you'll be let g-"
He was cut off by a loud explosion that seemed nearby. I had learned to ignore the pain and let it flow through me to be able to hear my visions better. But it still hurt like hell.
I could see Shigaraki in front of me in a similar looking room. My feet and hands are tied up behind a chair and no one else is in the room with us.
Suddenly, he dragged me off out of the room. A man with a purple fog head looking thing is in front of us now... what is he doing? He's, taking me?
That coward, Shigaraki is running away but this man is dragging me elsewhere. Suddenly there was a familiar dark fog all around me... I recognised it from somewhere. It had to be from my earlier visions...
I found myself in a dark alley with the fog man. But... he just stood there. Like he's waiting for someone. My hands are still tied but my feet aren't... why am I not running away?
He was talking to someone now, but I can't see or hear what he's saying. I felt my head shake and someones hands on it, then my arm get grabbed and I was thrown to the ground.
What the hell am I doing? Get up!
But I didn't, I was frozen in place. And now, the fog surrounded me again but this time it was just me.

And I was falling.

The white haired girl fell to the floor, one hand still on her head and the other on her chest. As she was panting, she stood up with a snarl on her face.
"I don't know what you did to me, but there's no way that's happening again. Anna, let's do this."
She didn't have to tell her twice. Simultaneously, the girls used Annas dizzy quirk and to his surprise, he couldn't do anything about it. When the girls thought he was weak enough for them to run, they did.
But as soon as they stepped out of that door, 5 more people, villains, were awaiting them. The girls looked at each other before determined smiles crossed their faces.
As eager as always, Anna was the first to attack. She would've preferred to have some kind of weapon but combat was alright too. One of the villains tried to grab her but she kicked them down, all while punching the person behind her.
The remaining three villains attacked Katana, but she had Shigarakis quirk in her corner. Two of them pulled out their swords and aimed to slice her arms. But she didn't move, instead, she activated his quirk and turned their weapons into dust.
The villains looked at each other with faces that said: yeah, it's over for us.
And it was, cause the assassins punched one of them in the face and elbowed the other in the neck, making them both unconscious.
The last one turned around and was going to run away, and as Katana was going after him her sister stopped her.
"I want this one."
Katana rolled her eyes and watched as her sister beat the living daylights out of the villain.
"Okay, that's enough. We gotta go before Shigaraki comes." she said as she looked around to see if there were any exits.
"Look! There's a window right over there."
The girls made their way to the window and worked together to climb up and go through it. But that window didn't lead them out, only to another dark room.
"Shit." Anna murmured as the two walked fast, but carefully.
Suddenly, Katana stopped. She had bumped into something, or rather, someone. She went ahead and used her hands to guide her but she could only feel someone's body. This person was...
"Standing up?"
"More torture? How many times have I told you that I'm not gonna talk..." a deep voice said in a low tone.
"Let's go! Before they-" the green eyed girls' words were cut of by the sound of a blade cutting flesh.
The white haired girl forgot all about that person and rushed to her sisters side as fast as she could, the room was too dark for them to see anything.
"M-my leg's bleeding..." Anna said in a strained voice as she stood up.
"But we can worry about that later, right now we have to get out of here."
Katana grabbed her sister and began to run away. But the running didn't last long, cause she felt Anna get ripped away from her arms.
"Keep running!" she heard her scream and she did as she was told.
One thing the girls learned as assassins is to always trust your teammates. In situations like these, the wisest thing to do was to run away to figure out a plan to come back for them. If Katana hadn't listened to Anna, they both would've been captured again and that wouldn't be any good.
Katanas legs took over for her as she ran as fast as she could towards the glimpse of light she could see. That light lead her to a big window and she jumped face first out of it, activating Shigarakis quirk and broke the window. She broke her fall by catching onto one of the nearby tree branches she could see and swung onto another one before gracefully jumping down and continuing running.
