《KATANA ~ a MHA fanfic》Chapter 18 - Here we go again

About a week had gone by and the sisters had been meeting up with the three heroes every morning to train together and/ or share information. Ever since Anna stood up for Bakugo in that fight, they had been more trusting with the girls.
Katana hadn't gotten any more long visions. Just short ones, like finding herself in a park for a split second. She and Anna hadn't talked about the possibility that it could be memories again, it was a sensitive topic and it was best left untouched. Both of them just wanted to go home and forget about this city.
Tonight, the girls were going to bust in in an abandoned building where they think the league is hiding. The three heroes would accompany them and be ready to call backup in case things go south.

The two assassins were on a rooftop near the place they were going to. The three pros were on one as well, just across the street.
"Ready?" Katana asked her sister who was right behind her.
Anna nodded and the girls started to move. They had agreed with the pros that they would wait until they saw movement before breaking in. Katana kicked down the back door and pulled out her sword. Anna was just as eager to fight as she held out her staffs.
But, the only thing they saw in that dark, dusty room was the three heroes. They were just standing there with disappointed looks on their faces. Anna threw her staffs to the ground and groaned loudly.
"Why are they not here?" she yelled and squatted down.
The white haired girl slowly put back her katana and left the room. It was silent but they all were thinking and feeling the same thing.
Back at square one again.
Katana went and walked back and forth on the rooftop of that same building. She tried to keep it together but she was so irritated at the thought of not completing this mission soon. It felt like they were going to be stuck in this city forever. As tears were streaming down her face uncontrollably, she started to feel dizzy. At first she thought it was because of her emotions being all over the place, but that idea went away when she couldn't open her eyes.

It was another vision.
The blue eyed assassin gave up immediately and got on her knees. She held onto her head as more and more tears escaped her eyes.
"STOP THIS! Not again..." she cried out as she struggled to keep it together.
She found herself on that same arena she saw in her last long vision. But this vision felt different... it was like a lucid dream. She looked down and saw pale, beat up hands. The lucid dream-state quickly disappeared and she couldn't control her actions anymore. It looked like this person was about to participate in the tournament, fighting one of their classmates. The pounding headache was making it hard for her to focus on who was in front of her.
Suddenly, she was surrounded by ice. But soon after, a large flame shot from her and caused a loud explosion. Flying towards her was someone with... red hair? She couldn't see because now she was going at an inhuman speed. For a second, it went back to a lucid dream-state and she looked at her body that was covered in white lighting.
Anna heard her loud cries and sprinted to her sisters side. The three pros thought there were more villains and followed her up to the roof. Instead, they found Katana drowning in her tears and on the ground.
"No! Not again..."
Anna held her sister who was struggling heavily. The purple eyed man had seen this before but even he knew that it was worse this time. The other two heroes were perplexed by the sight, but they couldn't help but feel a little worried for her as well. This past week they've grown to trust each other more and they didn't wish the girls any harm.
Katana heard people cheering from the stands as the fight went on. She had lost control again and was still going at that fast speed. All she saw was an orange blur, then white lighting shooting at that direction.

"And the winner is..."
The vision ended and Katana let out a loud gasp of air. Her eyes shot wide open as she stood up very fast. Anna wanted to tell her to slow down given the recent events, but the white haired girl interrupted her by yelling at the split-haired man.
"YOU! Tell me, who were you fighting at that quirk tournament thing you had at your school?"
Katana was angry and irritated. The tears hadn't even dried on her face.
"What? You mean the sports festival?" he asked. He hesitantly reached his arms out to help her from not falling down.
"You know what I mean!"
The white haired assassin was loosing balance but his arms were there to catch her. As soon as she felt her head hit his chest, she pushed herself off of him and shot him an icy glare.
"I've went up against everyone, you'll have to be more specific..."
"Someone..." she struggled to get her words out as she felt herself losing balance again. The blue eyed girl shook it off and tried to stand up as straight as possible before continuing.
"Someone with a white l-lighting a-and possibly fire q-quirk..."
All three heroes eyes shot wide open and stepped closer to her. Anna helped her sister stand by holding onto her.
"Why are you asking that?" the purple haired man stepped in.
"Because I..." she didn't get to finish her sentence as she felt herself lose consciousness. Her sister carried her bridal-style and began to walk away.
"We'll meet you at our usual rooftop in two days. She needs rest."
- - -
Anna had left with the blue eyed girl and instead of leaving right after, the three heroes stayed. It was so quiet that you could hear a pencil drop.
"I'm just gonna say it. She may know more about Mikio than we thought." the half-hot half-cold quirk user said, breaking the silence.
"If she could see her, she may be able to tell us what exactly happened to her. But what I don't understand is why she saw her in this vision of hers in the first place..." Shinso spoke.
"Didn't you idiots listen..." the ash blonde said, eyes fixated on the ground. There was a small pause before he spoke again.
"She asked who you were fighting, icyhot. That means she knows less than we thought." he clenched his fists tightly and turned around.
"I guess we'll have to see in two days..." the purple eyed man said and turned around to walk away as well.
The red and white haired pro froze in place. He closed his eyes and tilted his head up to the sky, taking in the nights cold air. As he took deep breaths repeatedly, he couldn't gather his thoughts in place. He came back to the same question over and over again -
"How much do those two girls really know about the case and why was she asking about Mikio?"
