. All went great, King Darnley stood by her side to protect their child but during those four months- we've found out that he has syphilis.

My mother decided to take him away from the baby first and let the court physician treat Darnley's sickness without letting other people know about it. She's pretty much sure that he'll be embarrassed with what he's experiencing.

With the queen's decision of provoking Darnley to go near his baby, he lost his mind. He was then charged for treason because he spread news about the Queen that he got the sickness from her being his wife but little did he know, almost all of the people in their country know that he cheats on the Queen. Plus, Lord James [my uncle] found out that he had been using the court's gold and funds for the people. A lot went against the queen's decision of charging him specially the Protestant Lords that are against the queen for being a female but the Catholic Lords and the people of Scotland approved the sanctions given to him which is banning him to go near the borders of Scotland and Scotland itself if given mercy or privately executing him.

The votes were settled and the sanction given to him was private execution- Lady Lennox was there, by the way. And soon, I'll be helping my mother explaining to James that his father was killed during our mother's reign.

"Princess Alexandra, King Marco and Queen Mother Isabella have just arrived"

A guard told me

"I will be there shortly, thank you"

So I went downstairs- very well-dressed. I didn't know they'll be visiting even in Marco's letter, he haven't mention coming here today.

"My love!"

Marco gave me a hug

"We missed you"

Queen Isabella said

Then here comes my mother

"Isabella, Marco!"

Queen Mary welcomed them

I whispered to Marco

"How are you?"

"Where's the baby???"

Queen Isabella asked

"Oh he's here!"

"Come, while the banquet's not yet ready"

She led Queen Isabella to the nursery where my brother is staying

"Can I see your brother too?"

He asked me

I pulled him at the side

He kissed me and said

"I missed you a lot"

I laughed afterwards

"Your craziness!"

He said

"I missed you more, love"

I hugged him so tight like I don't want to let go

"And I love you"

I told him before letting go

We went to the banquet hall to see if the food is ready

"Can you call the Queens already"

"Please tell them that the food is already being served"

I told one of the staffs

"Yes, my princess"

"Come, Marco"

"Let's take our seats"

I said

My Ladies-in-waiting came altogether to the banquet hall and chatted with Marco while I look at the food. Queen Mary and Queen Isabella have arrived

"There you are, mother!"

"Yes, here we are"

"We went to your brother"

"What is he doing?"

"He's asleep"

After how many minutes eating

"Alexandra, we will have an announcement to make later"

Queen Mary said

"What announcement?"

I asked

"I know you're not aware"

"Because it was just now"

"Though Queen Isabella and I will be making this announcement"

She explained

"What is it about?"

I asked

"You'll see"

Marco said

"You know about this?"

"I do"

He laughed

After eating, Marco brought me to the balcony and talked to me

"I'll just explain this because I think you'll get mad if I don't"

He said

"Explain"

"It's about our wedding"

"When do you want to have it?"

"W-Whenever you want"

"Tomorrow"

"Tomorrow?!"

"I wasn't expecting that but maybe the other day?"

"So our guests have time"

I laughed

"Great"

"You know this was supposed to be a surprise wedding"

"But I think you'll go crazy if I don't tell you"

"No! It's fine but too late"

I laughed

"We've planned all things for the last three months so I think we're good to go?"

He said

"Yes"

"I agree"

"But where though?"

"Here"

"Are you sure?"

"Yes!"

"Why not?"

"I would love to have our wedding here in your country"

I hugged him

"I appreciate it"

"Let's just have a celebration when we go to Italy"

"Agreed"

He smiled at me
