《Escape The Night - Season 3》Episode 2, Part 1 - A Royal Visit

Previously on Escape The Night, 20 guests arrived at a castle for a medieval themed party, but soon find out that the castle is possessed by evil. Mark and Yammy are voted into the first challenge, and Mark won, leaving Yammy to be killed by the king.
A very regal looking woman entered. She was tall, slim, covered in jewels and gold and silver. She wore a beautiful crown, and everyone immediately knew she was the queen.
"I see my wonderful husband has eliminated the first of your number. I wonder which horrid person will be next," the queen laughed.
"Back off," Thomas said, "your husband was evil, and you suck."
The queen looked incredibly offended. The group smiled, some people even laughed.
"How dare you! You must not criticise your betters, you ungrateful swine!" the queen shouted.
"What will you do, kill him?" Lilly said, stepping to the front to stand with Thomas.
"Unfortunately, no. I cannot kill him unless he has lost a challenge. But I look forward to killing whoever loses the challenge," the queen eyed up Mark.
This queen is eyeing me up, and I am resisting the urge to give her the finger.
"I leave you with this clue. In the place where banquets are made, but never where they are kept, you will find your next clue," the queen left.
"Why was the queen eyeing Mark up?" Lizzie asked.
"Maybe she's attracted to me because of my handsomeness," Mark said. They laughed at that.
"Anyway, we should go to the kitchen. There might be some food there and I'm starving," Sean said.
"Sounds good!" Mark shouted, earning another laugh from the group.
I'm so glad Mark is here. He's so funny and he'll keep us laughing tonight. God knows we'll need it.

"We'll show you where to go," Alex said, smiling. The group followed Lauren and Alex to the kitchen.
"Bon appetite," Alex said with a small grin.
The doors opened and the group were presented with a room full of cakes and sweets, and a locked chest on the table in the middle.
"There's a note," Willow said as she ran for the note, "it looks like a letter:"
Dear friends, my name is Liza Koshy. I was a guest at Joey's last party, but my life was taken by a harpy after I lost a challenge to Tyler Oakley. There is a key to the locked box hidden in a cake in this room. I do not know which one though, so you will have to eat them all, like I failed to do. Best wishes and deepest sympathies - Liza
"Ok, I heard cake, and now I'm hungry," Thomas said.
"You heard the note, we gotta eat the cake to find the key," Dan replied. Everyone ran towards a cake and started eating. There were various shouts of 'I love this' and 'this is SO good'. However, Willow stayed back, scanning the room to find a hidden cake.
After what's happened tonight, I can only assume the cake is hidden, so I just start scanning the room, and soon, I find a little chocolate cake.
She ran over to the cake she spotted, and soon she was joined by Phil. They stared devouring the cake. Soon, Phil found the key.
"I got the key!" he shouted triumphantly.
"How? And where was that cake?" Nate asked.
"Willow saw it and I nearly ate the key," Phil laughed.
"Well, lets finish these cakes and then open the chest," Dan said. The group turned back to the cakes and finished them off. Then, they washed their hands and ran towards the chest. Phil unlocked it and they saw another note.

"Willow, you read it," Phil handed the note to Willow, "you did well last time."
She took the note and read it out:
My friends, I hope you enjoyed the cake for me but that is, unfortunately, the best the night will get. You peaked too early. There is extra information here, but I cannot just tell you. Good luck - Liza.
"Maybe she means that the rest is written in invisible ink?" Stacy offered.
"True, are there any lemons here?" Tiffany asked.
"Yeah, here they are," Callum handed her a half a lemon.
"Can I get the note?" she asked Willow.
"Yeah," Willow handed Tiffany the note. She squeezed lemon juice onto the note and rubbed it in. Soon enough, more writing appeared.
"Nice going," Thomas said. She smiled.
"So, what does it say?"
The group looked at Willow expectantly.
"Don't look at me, I didn't bring my glasses, and that looks hard to read," she said.
"I'll read it," Stacy said. She grabbed the note and read it:
My friends, I am sorry to do this to you, but you must vote two more people into a challenge. The evil entity has trapped me in the house, and I cannot be freed until someone defeats the queen's challenge. I truly am sorry, but this is the only way. Good luck - Liza.
"No, I don't wanna do this again," Thomas moaned.
"It looks like we have no choice," Lizzie said.
"Alex, Lauren, you've been quiet recently," Oli said.
"Its just that... I saw Liza get dragged away by that harpy. I heard her screams. And now, here she is, helping you from beyond the grave," Alex said solemnly.
"She wasn't in the afterlife for long. After you came, the others were taken. I don't think they knew you were there. They thought Alison was the last guest. She stayed, but the others were taken and we were sent here to help you," Lauren explained, "we should go. You need to vote."
The guests left the room and headed to the break room, all dreading what was about to happen.
