《Ghost of My Life》chapter 4

He practically tingled with excitement, he'd really witnessed her kill someone right before his very eyes. She did the deed so beautifully, so skillfully that it sent a whirlwind of emotions through the Ghostface, he had to take a picture. Capture the moment forever. He was so glad he did. He looked over to Y/n sitting in his passenger seat, giving him a thrill of a lifetime. Never before had a victim sat in his car.
But she wasn't a victim, was she?
He revved the engine to speed up. He had to get her out of here, just in case. He gently set a hand on her knee, making her flinch in surprise, but she didn't remove it.
"So where are we going?" She asked, breaking the silence.
"My house." He answered, practically humming.
"What?" She whipped her head to look at him, and he smirked under the mask. She was so easy to set on edge, even with her killer instincts.
"What, you don't want to join me for a date at my place?" He asked, pretending to pout in his voice.
"I just...i don't know what to expect from you." She shook her head, "you confuse me, Ghostface." She said.
He let out a light chuckle, and rubbed her knee with his thumb in an affectionate little motion.
"Don't worry dollface, you'll understand me better when you go home tonight." He patted her knee, making the turn towards his part of town, before stopping on the side of the road.
"Alright, doll. Put on this blindfold, can't have you knowing where i live, can i?" He said, offering her a strip of black fabric. She looked at it and shook her head.
"Now that's not fair, you know where i live." She eyed him, almost teasing. He smirked at her under the mask.
"You have a point, however, i am wanted by the police in several towns all over the state. Can't have anyone knowing where i rest my head, for safety." She never took her eyes off his, and she shook her head once more.
"No, don't worry about that. Trust me. You have some pretty nasty dirt on me, so I'm not very inclined to turn you in and go down with you." He nodded, a fair point.

"Hmm...then should i worry about you showing up to my home unexpectedly?" He asked playfully, earning an amused giggle from Y/n.
"Don't you do that to me? You're known to stalk your victims for weeks before you make a move." She raised an eyebrow at him, and he let out a surprised scoff, laughing.
"What's so funny?" She asked, looking at him suspiciously. He sighed, collecting himself.
"Oh, doll..." He groaned, dropping the blindfold on the seat and taking her chin in his hand.
"You have no idea how much enjoyment I get from watching you. You're my favorite, for certain." He said, caressing her chin affectionately with his thumb. She leaned into the touch, still eyeing him, but with less striction. Hmm.. he thought to himself.
"Watch me all you want, but I'm going to kill my sister. And my ex." She said, that glint of bloodlust sent a wave of warmth and arousal through his body. He chuckled darkly to himself, releasing her and starting the drive again.
"So now it's not just the sister? Him, too?" He asked.
"Of course. They both betrayed me. I told him in the past that if he ever cheated on me I'd kill him. I don't want to be a liar now, do i?" She asked, innocently putting a hand over her heart, in an attempt to seem non-malicious.
"No, you aren't a liar, my dear. You will kill him and I'll help you do it." Ghostface set his hand gently on her knee, rubbing little circles into her soft thigh. She let out a long, quiet sigh and looked away from him, out the window. Arousal and interest played at his mind. No doubt in his mind that he was obsessed with this goddess of death before him.
"Ghost." She said, a tad shaky. He looked at her out of the corner of his eye, she was blushing under her hand. He gritted his teeth. He wanted her so bad.
"Yes, dear?" He asked, pressing slightly harder into her thigh skin. She tightened under his grip, and shuffled slightly.
"What's your real name?" She asked. His hand froze on her leg, and she looked at him. He noticed her gaze as he thought about it.

"Ripley." He said, chewing the inside of his lip.
"Really?" She asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Yea. You can call me Ripley if you want." He squeezed down on her thigh again, making her jump slightly. She gasped as he let hid hand go farther up her leg.
"Okay.." She squeaked, trying to hide her blushing cheeks behind her hand, Y/n was satisfied with the answer. At least she had something else to call him, besides Ghost. He traced little circles into her leg muscle as he pulled into a neat and clean looking home. A small one-story with a garage. He pulled into the garage, quickly shutting the large mechanical door behind the car with a press of his clicker. He slid out of the car quickly and looped around to get the door for Y/n. She looked up at him with a slightly distrustful smile, but her cheeks flushing pink made it look more endearing to Ghostface.
"You're so beautiful, dear. What guy in their right mind would cheat on you? I know i wouldn't." He chuckled, offering a hand out to her. She giggled softly at his remark, and took his hand. He pulled her upwards gently, and led her inside.
"So this is where you live?" She asked, looking around at the dark grey ornate tile floor, the white walls, the minimalistic wooden furniture. She nodded to herself.
"Yes. This is where i live." He said, taking to the kitchen. "Hungry?"
"Um...Yeah, a bit. You cook?" Y/n walked up behind him as he inspected the fridge, and retrieved a set of hamburger patties and cheese.
"Kind of, I'm no Gordon Ramsay, but i can get by." He said as he stood with his food items and shut the fridge. She looked around the tiny kitchen, studying the basic layout of stainless steel and wooden cabinets. He pulled a pan from the cupboards and started dashing around the kitchen, preparing a couple cheeseburgers for the two. He was giddy at the idea of sharing a meal with her. He knew he'd have to take off the mask, but at this point, did it really matter? He was invested in her. He wanted her as something more. No one else can have her, she was his.
"So, what's the plan for your murder spree, darling? Also, cheese?" Ghostface turned around to look at her, she had a stupid amused grin on plastered on her face and a look like she was trying not to laugh.
"What?" He asked, tilting his head. She couldn't contain herself any longer and she burst into a bubble of giggles.
"I'm sorry-I'm sorry. I'm just laughing at this image here, The Ghostface is in the kitchen cooking hamburgers for his lady guest. It's just, it's too funny looking. You look like you're trying to impress me." She leaned forward on the counter on her elbows, he swallowed. He hadn't really thought about it, but she acted so comfortable around him. He was wondering if it was due to her integrated killer instincts, two beasts of prey recognizing one another. She was the first person who didn't show a hint of fear around him. He smiled under the mask.
"What if i am?" He asked, teasing. She blushed. To his delight, the attempt at flirting did not go unnoticed.
"Are you?" She retorted, a playful look teased the corner of her eye.
"If we kill your sister, you'll know if i was or not." He said, taking her chin in his hand, leaning her face up to look up at him. He pulled at his mask to uncover his chin and lips, and pressed hers to his, kissing her lightly. She parted her lips, allowing him to lick at her bottom lip and into her mouth. She slipped and a soft moan echo between them, and Ghostface took this as an opportunity to deepen the kiss, but when he felt her hand snake around his chest he grabbed her wrist, and pulled away.
"Business first, pleasure second, dear." He huffed as he pulled the mask down, and resumed his duties cooking.

First Draft
Taking care of someone was hard. Harder still when the only job you can find is a graveyard shift at your brother's school, which is apparently haunted by a man claiming to be the devil. Oh, no, how horrific. I'm so scared. So, terribly, horribly, atrociously scared. Whatever shall I do? My life as a janitor is a simple one, and that clingy asshole won't leave me alone, so forgive me if I don't put enough gravitas into the situation. The only really scary prospect to this whole thing is that the KKK is in town, and I really don't want to deal with their bull. The gang activity is enough, why do we need to have an all-out war on school grounds? That will be too much for me to clean as a poor, lonely graveyard janitor. Old Summary: My gaze raised, and I observed the darkened face of the ghost, only visible feature being glowing red eyes. They faded into darkness, and I thought the offer over even as the body seemed to grow heavier in my arms. My first friend since this whole thing started, a few years ago. My brother needed to survive. That didn't mean I did. "What's the price?"

I was going to die on the stairs. Before I could actually feel the other steps of the stairs, I felt hands wrapped themselves around my waist. My eyes were closed. Why do we close our eyes when there were some dangers? That was stupid. As if with closed eyes, we weren't going to feel any pain. "Fuck. Are you okay?" I opened my eyes quickly when I heard this deep sexy voice. My eyes widened at the sexy piece of human standing in front of me. No human had the right to be that sexy. "God?" I asked. When he rose one of his perfect eyebrows in confusion, I realized how stupid I sounded. His perfect face was everything. His well trimmed beard made him look so handsome. His green eyes was hypnotizing. As his body was pressed against mine, I could feel how muscular he was. He helped up stand up and roughly let go of me. His eyes trailed to the floor. I followed his eyes to see a cigarette on the floor. "I'm sorry?" I more like questioned. Was I supposed to apologize for the wasted cigarette which was going to ruin his health? "Thank you" I said when I decided to look at him again. He was already staring at me. He was wearing a black suit. His hair was perfectly fixed. I wonder how would he look if his hair was messy and he was wearing a Jean. Noticing that he was not going to say anything else, I stared at the stairs. "I'm going to go" I simply said and walked down the stairs carefully. When I was on the grass, I gently lifted my dress so that it wouldn't be ruined and walked bare feet on the grass. I turned my head slightly to look at the man, who seemed to be observing me. He was still on the stairs, his eyes on me. He was model worthy. He did seem to the snobby type of man. I quickly turned around to face the woods. That man could take the breath away just by his looks.
8 881The Thing (Because its basically only the draft)
I want to write a story, have zero confidence. So I'll write a draft which I can constantly improve with the possible help I get here, not really interested in fame or something. But I guess want to share the story. Its a story about a guy who got transportet into another world for (atm) unknown reasons. This game-like yet fantasy world seems to be one of those worlds. He read about many of those in the japanese Web/Light Novels of the "isekai" genre. So he intends to use that knowledge.
