Ripley...That's the name of Ghostface? I almost don't believe it. It has to be an alias of some sort. I sighed, tapping my thumb against the marble countertop.

"Something the matter, doll?" he asked, turning around with two plates of finished cheeseburgers in his hands. He set one in front of me, and took his spot at the other end, opposite me. He studied me, his eyes under the mask scanning each little expression i made.

"I was just thinking. I know your name, where you live. We're even about to share a meal. Am i gonna get to see your handsome face?" I teased, leaning forward. He chuckled under the mask.

"Only if you don't make a big deal out of it. Not even my victims have had the privilege of seeing my face before." He tilted his head at me, and i could feel the mischievous smile under the mask reflecting at me.

"Oh, so it's like, a special occasion when you take the mask off." I couldn't stop the amused smirk that painted across my face. He laughed at me, but it felt like he was on end.

"Special occasions, and for you." He said, a hint of flirting tone to his voice. I felt my heart stop for a moment, and the heat rose in my face. Was he trying to push my buttons?

"Doll...I can trust you, can't i?" He asked, circling around the counter to take my jaw him his hands. I sighed and involuntarily closed my eyes at the touch, it was so tender and comforting. He traced my cheekbone with his thumb as i opened my eyes to look at him. I nodded,

"You can trust me." I said, letting him continue to pet my face and work his fingers through my hair. He hummed softly to himself, and took his hands back. He withdrew around the other side of the counter again, and took the mask in his fist by the top of his head, and pulled it off.

He looked at me with shocking electric blue eyes, it contrasted in an almost fantasy-character like milky pale skin, and his hair as black as midnight. I had to swallow the lump and saliva that had gathered in my throat. He smirked at me and i felt my chest flame with heat.

"What's the matter, dollface? You look a little hot there." He leaned over the counter and his eyes turned up at me, like a puppy dog.

"Where's your bathroom?" I squeaked. He chuckled and nodded his head towards a hallway behind him.

"Second door on the left." He said plainly, like he was pretending he wasn't trying to be so seductive.

I wasn't expecting him to be that gorgeous. I grabbed what i could of myself off the floor and headed to the bathroom. I needed a moment to breathe.

I closed the door behind me into the tiny little room. The hammering in my chest hadn't eased one bit.

"Oh, no. No no no." I groaned softly, "I can't do this to myself. I can't fall for him. No way."

I sighed, letting my hands drop from my face. I looked in the mirror, and realized i looked sunburnt with how red my face was. i closed my eyes, took a few deep breaths.

"Ok, Y/n. You're just infatuated with him cuz he's hot. No big deal." I chewed at my thumbnail, barely believing my own words as his face resurfaced in my mind. I mentally had to beat the voice in the back of my head the screamed to get on my knees for him into silence. This was not like me. I let out a long breath, laughing at myself.

This just became more than dangerous. This just became a ticking time bomb.

I ran the water on cold, sending it to rinse over my hand, the cold water shocked my senses through my entire arm, until the heat in my body chilled and i felt more in control. I pressed my wet, cold hand to the back of my neck to suck out the rest of the remaining heat from arousal.

I stepped out of the bathroom, Ghostface was standing there where i had left him. He turned around to look at me from his phone screen and floored my progress to calm myself all over.

"Feel better?" He smirked.

"Shut up, no." I said quickly. He chuckled at me as he took a bite of his cheeseburger, i had no more appetite for food.. He gave me an interesting look and narrowed his eyes at me, like he could read my mind.

"Hungry?" He gestured to the plate in front of me. I let out a sigh, and leaned over the counter. His smirk stayed plastered on his face as i took a bite out of the food he had made. He lifted off the counter, and scooped up his own now-empty plate. He looked at me out of the corner of his eye and muttered something i could barely hear, but i could swear he said something along the lines of,

"Good girl."

He is so lucky i don't fully trust him, or else i would pounce on him. My face flushed with embarrassment as i focused on eating. I had to think of something else besides my growing attraction to the most wanted serial killer in the state.

"So, what's the plan for sister dearest?" He asked, turning around to face me. He had this glint in his eye that just spelled bad news. Like he was picturing her guts on the floor.

"Well...Much like i did with our runner friend, i want to push her over the edge of the cliff. But here's the rub." I wiped my face with a napkin, and cleared my throat. Ghostface sat quietly, patiently waiting for me to continue.

"We can't have it looking like murder, what with i having a legitimate motive in the eyes of the police."

"Ahhh, the police." He mumbled, nodding his head. I didn't need to explain it to him.

"Exactly. So, I was planning on joining her for her morning run, and shoving her over the edge. Plain and simply."

"And if she survives the fall?"

"Highly unlikely, and even if she did she'd die there before anyone found her." I said, taking another bite of food.

"Good point, but what if you're seen with her before her fall?" He raised an eyebrow and crossed his arms. I swallowed and leaned forward on the counter, investing in the conversation.

"Join her in the center of the trail, where there's fewest people. I won't be seen with her before or after i leave, and there's no camera facing the trail anymore. And if she's with someone, then i can just try another day, she runs every morning." I shrugged. This was disturbingly easy, discussing the details of murdering my family with a complete stranger, who was going to kill me just a few nights ago.

He smiled at me, and nodded.

"It's solid, i'll admit. But where do you need my help? Seems like you have it all figured out."

"Killing my ex is the problem." I said quickly, licking my lips. "I need your help to find him, since he's no longer living with me, and i would like you to join me in killing him. It's a win-win for both of us. I get my revenge, you get another kill under your belt and in the process, cover up the double murder with a single one." I leaned my chin on my palm, elbow on the counter. He blinked at me for a moment, then a wide, wicked smirk spread across his face.

"That's brilliant, love." He said, his eyes growing wide with the intricacies of the plan rushing through his head. He couldn't help but admire this beautiful, deadly creature before him. She must have thought of this for a while.

"Ghost..." I blushed, he called me love. That's something no one's ever called me, but I've secretly always wanted to hear it. Fuck, this is bad. I thought as he crossed the counter, standing mere inches from me. The heat and cheap cologne that wafted from his body made my skin shudder as he stripped the thick leather gloves from his hands. He cupped my face with his gloveless fingers and turned my face to his, meeting my lips with his own. I gasped softly as he moaned deeply in his chest. I grabbed his arms, holding him there with a light squeeze. He parted our lips and danced his tongue with mine, I felt my knees go weak under me. He cupped my face with both his hands, and ran them through my hair. I sighed listlessly against his lips, melting from the gentle touch.

He let his hands drop down and trail down my back, sending shivers and heat pulsing through my body. He pulled my waist against his and gently caressed the curves of my body, plucking along the hem of my shirt, slipping a hand up my back under my shirt. His hand was scorching hot against my skin. He groaned in his chest and tightened his grip onto my skin, drawing a low moan out of my throat. He pulled his lips off mine and trailed a line down my neck, stopping just above my pounding heart.

"I'm sorry doll...I hate to cut our fun short, but we should prepare for your little killing spree." He said, releasing me and taking a step back. I gritted my teeth and grabbed his jacket, pulling him back. He looked at me with surprise, and blinked. His cheeks were dusted red with arousal, but why was he holding back?

"you don't trust me, do you?" I asked quietly, looking him in the eyes. He chuckled, a hint of amusement danced across that mesmerizing blue.

"I trust you doll, but i wanna make you wait for it. Make it worth it." He snaked a hand around my throat and squeezed the sweet spot i liked so much. I trembled in his grip as he kissed my forehead.

This kind of pleasure just might be worth my life.
