Barry got up early as he wanted to make sure Dawn was okay. He hated being away from her. It was 7:00 in the morning and Caitlin was already up as per usual. She heard two knocks on the door and went to go answer it in a sweatshirt and trackpants. "Hey" Barry said

"You're up early" Caitlin said leaning against the door

"You're not wearing work clothes, don't remember the last time I saw you in anything but work clothes" Barry said eyeing her clothes.

"Hey at least I'm not always wearing pencil skirts and dresses." Caitlin argues back and Barry nods "Come in" Caitlin says gesturing Barry into the house. "Dawns not up from her sleep yet"

"Okay, do you mind if I hang around until she wakes up?" Barry asks politely

"Not at all" she says "Come sit" guesting to the empty spot on the couch. Barry sat down and looked at Caitlin.

"You have a very comfy couch" he says

"It was a bonus in buying it" Caitlin said, and he left out a small chuckle

"Is that so?" He asked playing along and she nodded

"You know I feel like we don't hang out that much anymore" Caitlin said

"Yeah, we don't, life has gotten crazy. I have two future daughters and turns out one of them I have with someone who is not my wife" Barry said and Caitlin nods "Have you made any improvements to getting back Frost?"

"Well, I know her DNA is still part of me I just need to find out how to activate her" Caitlin said, and he was nodding.

"If you need help, you'll tell me, right?" Barry asked

"Always" she said, and the pair heard a yawn come from the bedrooms. They turn their heads to see a sleepy Dawn.

"Hey, how you are doing sleeping beauty" Barry said

"Great" Dawn said tired and Barry and Caitlin laughed.

"I'm gonna go to the bathroom" Dawn said

"The pink toothbrush is yours; I got an extra one" Caitlin said

"Thanks" Dawn said wand went to the bathroom

"Hey Cait" Barry said, and she turned her attention to him "Thank you so much for letting her stay here. Are you sure it's not too much trouble"?

"No, I don't actually remember the last time someone stayed over here" Caitlin said "But I am assuming that is you and Cisco"

"Oh yeah, was it that time where we came to watch that move you suggested and all of us fell asleep"

"Yeah, when was that?" She asks

"That was like 3 years ago" he said

"Oh my god, that was ages ago" Caitlin said "we need to hang out again"

"We really do" Barry said, and Dawn came in looking much better than before

"Hey" she said plopping down on the other couch "So what you are talking about?"

"How the OG three haven't caught up together in a while" Caitlin said

"Why don't you just hang out today, you can have like a game night or something" Dawn suggested, and Barry and Caitlin looked at each other

"That's sound fun you we can do it here" Caitlin said

"I'll tell Cisco" Barry said and looked at his phone "Got to go to CCPD, another crime scene, bye" he then sped away and the girls waved him off.

"So, what do you want for breakfast?" Caitlin asked

"I don't mind" Dawn said

"Come on, what's your favourite breakfast" Caitlin asked

"Only one person can make my favourite breakfast" Dawn said

"It's Barry's pancakes, isn't it?" Caitlin asked

"There soooooooo good" Dawn said

"Now I'm in the mood for them" Caitlin said

"We can call him" Dawn said

"Ok" Caitlin said and got her phone out "Hey" she said

"Miss me already" Barry said

"Haha" Caitlin said mocking him which earned an actual chuckle from Barry.

"So what's up?" he asked

"We need you to come back to the apartment" Caitlin said

"Is something wrong?" Barry asked worried

"Yes I need you pancakes" Dawn said moving closer to the phone

"That is the emergency" Barry asked "You guys do know I have job"

"Well this an emergency, your daughter is unhappy, you wouldn't want to her more unhappy" Caitlin said

"Ok I'll be over once I'm done with this" Barry said

"Thank you" Caitlin said and hung up the phone. Caitlin and Dawn high-fived and in 30 minuets Barry was knocking at the front door with a bag of groceries.

"Hey again" he said

"Come in" Caitlin said and this time she was in her work clothes

"Me hungry" Dawn said lying down on the couch

"You know it will faster if you don't complain" Barry said but earnt a glare from his daughter. "Ok I'll be fast" he said, and a smile lit up her face. He ruffled her hair and went to the kitchen.

"You need help?" Caitlin asks sitting on the stools near her counter.

"Nooooooo" Barry said straight away and Caitlin thought that he didn't like her cooking

"What? I can cook" Caitlin said

"You can cook" Barry said "But I am not letting anyone near this recipe"

"Where did you even get it from" Caitlin asks

"I think from my mum" Barry said

"What do you mean you think?" Caitlin asks

"Well, I had to back up my room in that house and I found the recipe in one of my books and I made it for the first time in high school. Ever since then I've been using it" Barry said

"Sorry" Caitlin said, and Barry finished the batter and put it on the frying hot pan.

"What are you sorry for?" Barry said

"I know you don't really like talking about your mother" Caitlin said putting her head down

"Cait, you didn't do anything wrong there is nothing to be sorry for" Barry said and smiled "first pancakes ready" As soon as Barry said that Dawn sped to the kitchen and stole it and gave a apologetic look to Caitlin.

"Sorry speedsters got to eat" Dawn said smiling and then sat down on the table joined by Caitlin. A few minutes later he put a pancake on Caitlins plate.

"Thanks, Bare" she said

"No problem" he said and went to make more. Once he was done, he went to go sit with the two girls. They ate talking about funny stories and great ones too. "Do you know about that time when me and Caitlin went to bar"

"No" Dawn said

"I thought we wouldn't tell anyone about that" Caitlin said giving Barry a death glare

"Come it's my daughter" Barry said

"Ah this must have been that one story that you would never tell me" Dawn said "there was always this one story that you would never tell me, you would tell me everything else except one thing"

"If future me wouldn't tell you than why should I" Caitlin said taking a bite of her pancake

"Because I can tease her about it" Dawn said

"I'm not going to that. I will not put myself through that embarrassment" Caitlin said

"But I will" Barry said

"I swear to god Bartholomew Henry Allen if you do" and Caitlin was interrupted by Dawn laughing.

"Sorry whenever someone calls him Bartholomew, it's just too funny" Dawn says holding her stomach.

"See what you've done" Barry said

"I didn't do anything, it's your name" Caitlin said in defence. Barry then looked back to Dawn who was still laughing and started laughing at her. Caitlin joined in as well because Dawn just couldn't stop laughing and her laugh was so infectious.

"Why are you laughing?" Dawn managed to ask Barry

"Because of you" he said going behind her chair to hug her from behind. Caitlin secretly got out her phone and took of photo of the two speedsters. When Barry's phone ringed again. It was Joe saying he needed Barry back at CCPD. "Sorry guys I got to go" Barry says speeding away

At CCPD all Barry could think about was how happy he felt this morning with Caitlin and Dawn. He was waiting for some results to come in and was smiling to himself thinking about the perfect morning he had when Joe came in. "Hey, Singh told me to come and check on you"

"Oh yeah, the tests are still running" Barry said and saw Joe look at him weirdly. "What?" Barry said

"You seem different, you seem happier" Joe says

"Am I just usually sad and depressed" Barry said, and Joe shrugged his shoulders. "Hey" Barry complained

"Relax I am just messing with you" Joe said, "But did anything happen this morning?"

"Well, I spent the morning with Dawn and Caitlin, I had such a great time. I haven't really seen Dawn that much and I want to get to know her more but if Iris and Nora find out they get really mad" Barry says

"Do they know about this morning?" Joe asks

"No, they thought I just went straight to work" Barry said

"You know you are going to have to tell them at some point" he said

"I know" Barry said "I just don't want to get into another fight again"

While Barry is now sad thinking about how he has to choose between his two daughters.

Later that night Cisco and Barry had come over to Caitlin's for game night. Dawn didn't want to interrupt them so she stayed in her room. "Ok so what will I defeat you guys in first" Cisco says rubbing his hands with a smirk on his face.

"You wish" Caitlin said "The only award your gonna be getting is nerdiest guy in the room"

Barry reacts and Cisco is pretending to be offended. "Now that really stung, let's do this, what are we playing?"

"We are playing game of life" Barry says getting out the board game and setting it up on the table. They played and Caitlin came first, Barry came second and Cisco came last.

"I swear you cheated" Cisco says

"I did not" Barry said

"You did too, I saw lighting in your eyes" Cisco says

"Look dude you're just mad that you came last" Barry said and Cisco stuck his tongue out.

"What are you 5?"Caitlin says

"Mentally yes" Barry says and they fist bump each other

"Gang up on me all you want but I will defeat you" Cisco says and Caitlin gets out charades.

"This one we are playing in teams" Caitlin said

"I'm with Caitlin, ha ha your all by yourself" Cisco teases Barry.

"Ok fine, I'll be back in a sec" Barry says and goes to the bathroom. On his way he passes Dawn and gets an Idea. "Hey Dawn"

"Hey dad, aren't you supposed to playing games with Caitlin and Cisco" She says

"Yeah we're taking a break. Do you want to be my partner because Cisco and Caitlin are partners and I don't have anyone?" Barry says

"Yeah but are you sure I won't be intruding" She says unsure

"Not at all" Barry says and brings Dawn out of her room.

"Hey ready to lose Allen" Cisco says

"Allens" Barry corrects

"Baby Flash is playing as well" Cisco says

"If anyone is a baby in here it's you" Dawn said to Cisco, Caitlin and Barry start laughing. "What are you laughing at? He's your partner" Dawn said to Caitlin

"Damn, she fierce" Cisco said

"I play to win" Dawn says

"That's my girl" Barry says and high fives her. "Let's play" Barry says and the Allens won.
