Just when I closed out of Instagram, the doctor called me

I agreed to what she said, then she took the gel off my belly and handed me the ultrasound pictures. We left the room

As me and him are walking out, some girl is staring both of us down, mainly me.

I then was about to close out, when suddenly I get a dm from a random person. Wtf

I opened the dm and couldn't believe what I saw. It was the same girl from earlier at the doctors, sending pictures of her and Shiesty. The lady pictures was them boo'd up, and the last one was a fucking SONOGRAM

I screen recorded me scrolling through the pictures she sent, then I sent it to Shiesty. I'm pissed. Immediately, he texted me back
