《The Feral, Alpha K》TWENTY SIX

All the air was sucked out of me as his words washed over me. Did he really? I peered up at him in disbelief. What does he mean? All I could do was stare up at him shock.
I lowered my gaze until it rested on his chest. Was this another one of his games? He doesn't really care for me, just toys with me and belittles me.
A low growl rumbled from him before he placed his finger under my chin to tilt my head up.
He face was twisted in frustration as he watched me with carefully.
What was he trying to achieve? He never opens up. before I could finish my sentence I was pulled closer to him as my body melted into his.
He had one hand firmly grasping my chin while the other around me waist.
He leaned down before giving me a soft kiss. " His hands grazed my elbow before sliding down until he grabbed my hand, holding it firmly.
I quickly moved towards him as he began to walk. My eyes were as wide as an owls as I stared at the back of him before darting to our hands and then back up at his loose waves the swayed slightly with each powerful step he made.
He is holding my hand! What is going on? Was this another one of his games?
Does he not already have me? I'm whipped beyond belief that I constantly tolerate all of his bullshit.
It's him who I cannot get out of my head. He captures almost my every thought while I'm constantly treated like less.
All he ever does is make me cry.
I whispered smoothly as I tried to keep calm.
I spoke again. He only continued to walk and didn't even bother to look back at me.
I continued as I raised my voice a little bit. He let out loud breath signally that he was getting upset.
I questioned accusingly as felt my wolf become restless within me. It was making me antsy for she usually doesn't show herself to me.
He gritted out turning to glare at me from the corner of his eyes as we continued to walk throughout the pack house. Trying to do what?
He said as if he was annoyed and didn't want to explain. I began to smile slightly as fought the urge to blush. This was not the time for me to fall under his charm, I needed answers.
He continued.
I blurted out as we moved quickly to keep up with his fast pace. We were heading towards the dining hall but we were still far away.
He turned back to look at me over his shoulder as he waited for my response.

Was he really infatuated with me like he says to be or was this another one of his mind games?
I was beyond confused and shocked at his confession. I tried to pull away from his grasp as we neared the door but his grip tightened around my hand. He wouldn't let go.
On queue, two men opened the door from the inside, displaying rows of tables with hundreds of pack members dressed in traditional furs and clothing.
The dining room was decked out with gold and crimson draperies and ornaments. I was astounded by how beautiful it appeared. As we walked in, my heart raced fiercely. There were so many people staring at us, I couldn't help but to tremble nervously. I could tell that the majority of them were shocked as well.
I trailed behind him as he made long strides down the aisle. His dominant and predatory aura poured off him in waves, prompting all wolves to rise from their seats in his presence.
I was so preoccupied that I almost missed his abrupt halt. I stumbled a little and almost walked right into him. I took a step back to avoid being lured under the spell of his sickly enticing aroma. I was going crazy, I already hated being in heat and I hadn't even fully gone through my first one yet.
We stopped at the biggest table centered in the middle, Valnush and Xeon were the only people I could recognize. There were about 8 other people at the table as well. I looked up at Klaus shocked to see that he was already looking at me. He motioned to the free chair that he had pulled out.
I sat quickly trying to take everyone's attention off of me. Klaus pushed my chair in slightly before sitting down in his throne-like chair fit for a king.
Everyone bowed their heads slightly before sitting down to continue whatever conversations they were having.
Is this how things were here? Never had I ever witnessed such behaviour at my old pack.
The old woman to the left of me spoke, her voice was chilling and suspiciously sly. I could tell this woman has been around for a long time by her powerful aura and poise. She had long grey hair that almost looked silver and cold green eyes.
My eye skimmed over the other unfamiliar faces before I turned to look at Klaus; He was staring at the old lady with annoyed glare. I turned back to her before clearing my throat.
I said quietly because I was well aware of the all the listening strangers at the table.
Klaus growled lowly but I paid him no mind as I nodded at the lady.
I said nervously as I dug my nails into my palm.

Xeon commented sarcastically with a smug look on his face before Valnush elbowed him roughly while shooting me a genuine smile. He growled at her but she hit him again to shut him up.
I wish this awkward moment would just end already. I was going to make him pay! This was his last time picking on me, I will have my revenge one way or another.
Klaus grabbed my hand, loosening my grip so my nails were no longer stabbing into my palms before he let go of my hand and slid his palm down until his hand rested on my knee.
Klaus warned Xeon before he waved his hand up as a signal. Servers began to come out of nowhere placing plates of food on everyone's tables.
Dara smiled causing the wrinkles on her face to stretch. She placed her hand on top of mine startling me.
Her eyes widened slightly before she removed her hand and looked away.
What the hell? I just met this lady, why the hell is she touching me.
Klaus growled lowly as his eyes pierced Dara. He seethed before moving his hand from my knee and then grabbing the leg of my chair. He swiftly pulled until my chair to him and farther from Dara.
She cackled as she lowered her sly gaze. Movement by the door attracted my gaze as Ezekiel walked in with Avery. Silver cuffs were bound around his wrists while Ezekiel held onto the chain that was attached.
Avery's eyes met mine, his were filled with anger and fear. His eyes were read as if he had been crying. Ezekiel's jaw was clenched as if he looked unhappy as well. What did he do to my brother and why was he in chains?
Klaus cleared his throat causing everyone to stop their conversation. By now the servers had placed dinner plates in front of everyone. There was abundance of meats and sides that smelt absolutely delicious adorned in front of everyone.
Klaus belted with authority and dominance slipping from each word. I lowered my head in grief. He really is evil.
Some wolfs began to bow under the pressure of his aura. A brunette man yelled from across the room. He was muscular with a huge beard. It was evident that he must be one of the pack warriors. Men and women began to chime in, in agreement as they all began to yell vulgar promises of death.
Klaus glanced to me, his eyes observed my bewildered expression before he placed his fingers under my chin. Sparks erupted all over from his touch. His red eyes lowered to my lips before looking back up to meet my eyes.
His eyes left mine before he gazed upon the room filled with wolfs watching him closely.
His cold voice sliced through air with absolute dominance. This was a command, they would have to listen. A series of was heard as everyone bared their necks in submission.
A man with red and white hair stood up. He was visibly old, maybe in his late 40's but he was still tall and muscular. It was obvious that he was a powerful wolf. I recognized him as Fay's father, one of Alpha Dom's close men.
Klaus didn't hesitate to stand up and began stalking towards the man. Before I knew it I had left my chair following after him.
The man took steps forward, closing the distance between us. Klaus snarled as he fisted Garon's shirt. Garon gritted his teeth as he stared at Klaus with distaste.
Garon was large as well, almost as big as Klaus but not nearly as menacing and powerful. " Garon spat as Klaus began to lift him off his feet, choking him with his enlarged scary claws.
I watched a s blood began to pop out of the wounds on his neck, he was struggling and wheezing for air. He was going to die, Klaus would kill him and I couldn't let that happen. Garon was Fay's father.
My arm snaked around his back while I placed my other one again his side. I could feel the tenseness in his body under his suit, all his muscles were rocked hard.
I whispered as I glanced up at him. I was shaking at his excessive use of brutality. His eyes darted to mine as if he hadn't noticed I followed him over here, he was too enraged to notice.
" He growled lowly at me, I took a few steps back as I watched in fear. Within seconds Klaus snapped his neck before Garon fell lifeless onto the floor, blood spilling out onto the floor.
I gasped in horror before I slapped my hand over my mouth. I looked away as pang in my gut made me want to throw up. I hadn't eaten all day so all I could do was suppress the urge to gag.
Klaus yelled as he gazed over the crowd wolfs, daring them to challenge him. The room was silent, no one said a thing.
Klaus turned around meeting my gaze. His striking auburn eyes focused on my honey brown one's as he took purposeful steps towards me. He stepped forward before placing his hand on my lower back to nudge me forward. I shivered from the sparks that raced against my skin. I slowly began to walk back towards the table with a bunch of thoughts racing through my head.
