luke and karl walked into caroline's hours later. luke had flowers in his hand when he walked up to me and gave them to me.

"for you m'lady" he said with a smile

"why thank you darling" i said giving him a quick kiss

"okay get in the car it's time to surprise you" caroline said and i clapped before grabbing my phone.

everyone worked their way out of the door while i got my life together. luke waited for me.

we got into his car together and he drove away while everyone followed. i extremely anxious for what was to come.

"i can feel your anxiety baby girl" he said placing his hand on my thigh while still driving

"you know i hate surprises" i said

"well right now we are just going out to eat somewhere" he said which calmed me down quite a bit.

"ok"

as we arrived at my favorite restaurant luke parked in the parking garage and got out. he came around to open me door so i could get out.

we met with all the other at the front of the car while i leaned into luke's side and caroline took a photo

"you two pose" she said and we did until karl grabbed the flowers and made them part of the photo as well.

"i love you" he mumbled against my lips as we kissed. i smiled and pulled away

"i love you too" i mouthed before we all made our way into the restaurant.

we got our table and sat down. i was purely happy at this moment.

i laid my head on luke's shoulder and looked at the menu with him. i decided on a salad so i didn't get bloated for the party later

i was so early in my pregnancy that no one could notice which i was thankful for.

we all sat around the table and talked about my birthday and the after party until luke pulled me away from the conversation

"baby," he started. i looked at him. "i gotta tell you something"

"what? are you okay?" i asked and rested my hand on his knee

"i'm fine. but look behind you" he said and i gave him a confused look.

when i turned around i was met with my sister and her girlfriend smiling.

"holy fuck" i said standing up and hugging miley then olivia.

"happy birthday" miley said. i turned to luke who was smiling and hugged him knowing he made this happen.

"thank you" i whispered in his ear

"you're welcome darling" he whispered back

"okay before i cry" i said standing up. "why don't we all enjoy dinner together" i said and we agreed.

"hi miley" caroline said.

"oh shit. everyone this is miley and olivia. this is luke, karl, caroline, weston, kalynn, hunter, and mikey" i said

they greeted each other and i sat back with a smile on my face. i felt eyes on me so i looked to my left to see luke smiling while staring at me like a creep.

"what you weirdo?" i said sitting up

"it's good to see you so happy" he said and i agreed with him before taking a drink of my water.

"so was this what you were putting together?"

"yep. took a lot to keep you from not knowing"

"you my friend and getting my birthday head tonight" i whispered in his ear and he smirked

"no. not how that works" he said

"not how what works?" karl asked loudly

"nothing!" luke and i exclaimed quickly.

"mhmm sure" mikey said

god i hate my friends so much.
