Sometimes I am shaken awake

by the most pleasant of dreams; the

ones where everything is as

it should be, and you're right beside

me. Sometimes I awaken from

these wonderful falsities, and

I wish, with all of the bones in

my body, that life was the dream

and these mirages appearing

before my sleeping eyes were the

only reality I knew.
