♡ Mackenzie's POV ♡

I sat on the sofa with Dexter in my pyjamas, they were cream shorts with small Mickey and Minnie Mouse's kissing and the the top was cream with Mickey and Minnie also kissing. Dexter kept pointing out the fact that he wished he was Mickey and I was Minnie but I kept flipping him off.

My parents sat on the other sofa huddled up like most couples, sharing a box of chocolates while me and Dexter slouched on each other and ate our Tacos.

Okay so I may be popular and rich but I would still be lazy at home and slouch around but it was a thing.

Now you're probably wondering why I'm the only child and the reason to that is because after I was born, my mother struggled to have another child but she never could. So after I met Dexter they decided that Dexter was like their second child well you understand what I mean.

I looked over to my best friend as we watched Mean Girls and watched how interested he was and the way his jawline moved swiftly with every chew of his taco. I smiled to myself and rested my head on his shoulder, maybe dating him wasn't a bad idea.
